I suppose I should put somewhere on my tumblr that I'm okay with my ocs being shipped with other ocs so for anyone that wants to, they can find that info. Perhaps in each of my characters intro posts near the end I could stat that? Since there are a few I don't want to have any romantic relations with anyone like CatMask, even if someone were to make a shadow creature that's similar to it.

I may have...mentioned a fankid a little while back (ｕ_ｕ*) here's the little squirt themselves, our very own Newt Utonium! The name is short for Newton, as in Isaac, who is often considered the grandfather of science (the professor's idea ofc) but they prefer to go by just Newt!

Just like their mother they came from an egg, which Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup were very excited and curious about! Especially since they were born 5 years old and at the same time, they were looking forward to interacting with a new sibling. And a baby at that! They spent a lot of time with the egg fawning over it, discussing what gender they hoped it would be and what they'd be like once hatched!

And ofc Utonium is just as wonderful a father with Newt as he was when the girls came into his life! 💖💖💖

Hi, How do you think would Axel & Aim react to human boys(or children) calling them weird due to to their behaviour towards each other?

(Since Humans, especially Kids, can be very aggressive towards things they don’t understand(sadly). So I was curious what you, or Zu, would think how the boys would react in a situation like this)

Hmmm this is an interesting question! I'll speak mostly on Axel since Aim is @zu-is-here 's character and I wouldn't want to butcher or assaainate any of her characterization for him out of respect <3

Axel is already kind of used to being alienated by other 'normal' children. Despite residing in the Omega Timeline with his parents, it's clear the locals can still hold some grudge towards his father for the suffering he inflicted among the Multiverse during the events of 'UNDERVERSE'. Who's to say some spiteful people whisper to their kids to stay away from him and his siblings or to not trust them? Considering Axel looks the most like his dad, there's a small fear of him turning out like him, and because of this kids that aren't his fellow skeleton kind are hesitant or flat out avoid him, even leading to teasing.

It's most likely if he ever managed to bring Aim to the timeline and something like this happened, he'd be upset and try to stand up for himself and Aim. He's shy with confrontation, but he'd be scared of them actually convincing Aim to stay away from him. He knows it's embarrassing and he has a habit of messing up, but he would 100% not stay silent about it. No body can make fun of him and his crush friend! But he probably wouldn't understand the implications of why they are teasing him, kids are mean.

That and if it gets bad he can always just get his dad to scare the bullies away, haha.

im sure everyone’s seen the argument by non-wincest shippers that canon weirdcest moments can be explained off as particularly close brothers. i’ve seen wincesties respond by straight up denying it, but honestly, i see where they’re coming from. they do TECHNICALLY have a point, yet still, it fundamentally doesnt sit well with me.

if you isolate all of these little incidents they could be perceived as purely brotherly. its got me thinking about what exactly makes wincest so appealing, and why i as a wincest shipper immediately have an exasperated reaction to people insisting that sam&dean are purely platonic.

i also see this argument frequently bundled with the stance that “weirdcest isn’t a justification for shipping wincest” (which is a whole other can of worms altogether— the puritan culture of ship culture rn), but you gotta take a step back and just ask yourself… why am i so intent on seeing these characters as platonic?

the prevailing argument ive seen is that siblings CAN be terribly close without being incestuous. this is totally fair. i’m not saying that if you are particularly close with your siblings in a sam & dean type manner that you are incestuous. obviously relationships between family is vastly complex & changes with the culture you grew up in.

the only problem here is that people try to go so far to explain sam&dean’s relationship as to not paint it as romantic. if they weren’t related, it’d be insane to think they weren’t romantic. they are consistently and repeatedly put in situations and exchange dialogue that’s used to convey romantic tone in western media. my point here being— the writers know that they are doing. and they are doing it INTENTIONALLY.

yes, certain cultures find extensive physical touch and kisses between siblings platonically acceptable. yes, you can be very close to your siblings without wanting to fuck them. but that is such a reach given what you are being presented with. you are missing the fundamental thematic point of supernatural: family horror!!

by so steadfastly arguing that sam&dean cannot be read as romantic you are purposefully ignoring the the text. you are glossing over the repeating themes of generational trauma and incest that are touched on time and time again, with john’s father abandoning him, mary’s parents being hunters, the struggle she went through to get out of the life but how family trauma & the past permeates itself into your being. you are ignoring the benders, the ghost pregnant with her fathers child, and the time azazel KISSED MARY in HER FATHERS BODY.

supernatural pushes incestuous themes SO HARD. it purposefully plays with & explores the double-sided blade that is family. it touches on a REALLY TABOO subject without being overwhelming or heavy handed. of course its going to attract people who enjoy these themes. OF COURSE we’re going to look at the two homoerotic brother leads and see something between them! it’s intentionally placed in the script! its a valid reading of the text!

this is why i get frustrated when people say that wincest shippers are twisting canon for the sake of shipping, because we’re not. when people say this they are taking a piece of media that is intriguing in how it handles a socially unacknowledged part of the human experience and forcing their viewing of it on others. they are saying that you aren’t allowed to enjoy those themes because it is inherently wrong or shameful to EXPLORE THE TOPIC. i dunno. that sounds pretty authoritarian to me.

it’s totally fine to be grossed out by incest or avoid wincest because it makes you uncomfortable. what ISNT okay is to say its an exaggerated reaction to canon, because it really isnt. in fact, its a pretty normal & sane conclusion to come to after seeing those two. the fact that they aren’t explicitly incestuous might even enhance this idea. it touches on the unspoken secretive nature of family trauma and the complicated, messy reality of crossing boundaries with blood without being cliche or overdramatic.

im going to incite occam’s razor here: yes, they could just be brothers. yes, you can explain it all away as particularly close siblings. yes, you can argue that it isnt explicitly canon. but really, why would you do all that when the show incessantly implies that they’re more? and more importantly, why are you so quick to say that a topic cannot be explored because it’s complicated? is that really the sentiment that we as a society want to hold regarding media?

Since it’s the month of Zach and Violet’s 10th wedding anniversary, October 18th, whooooo! I thought I’d share a song a day, #ziolet songs, that describes/relates to their relationship! I missed yesterday (because I was exhausted 😩), but I’m playing catch up today. And these 2 songs actually go together! I highly recommend listening to them back to back, it’s such a vibe!

Each day I will include a song, some lyrics from said song, and a little blurb about how it relates to their relationship or a fanfic excerpt. Enjoy!

“Zach, what’s going on?” Violet murmured in concern.

A sharp crack of lightening and a rumble of thunder followed my next words, “I need you…”

“No! I don’t mean I need you for that, I just need you to…I need to feel you…No, No, not that way either, I need you to…” I was on the verge of hyperventilating when Violet reached out her hand to touch my face. 

Her simple touch allowed me to calm myself down enough to croak out, “I need that, I just need you to touch me, please...”

“How?” She whispered moving closer to me. 

“Anything you are comfortable with…I just need to feel your touch, I’ve needed to feel it for so long…” I dropped my head and her shoulder caught it as she stood on the tips of her toes and enveloped me in a tight hug.

Y'all know your girl loves her AUs, and my partner pointed out that this is just a fursona with extra steps but idc here's the animatronic version of my s/i!! I wanted to draw her in the style of the official Security Breach art cause it's cute, I'll probably draw the real animatronic later lol but meet Missy Mouse! 🧀🐀

Her attraction amounts to essentially a karaoke room where kids are encouraged to play and sing as loud as their little lungs can (soundproofed ofc) and she sings along with them! She's modeled after the 60s and sings a lot of songs from the 70s as well but tends to favor 80s hits like Call Me and Girls Just Wanna Have Fun! 💖💖

Oh absolutely! I love talking about my OCs! I shan’t bore you with all the details, as I do have quite a lot on them.

The three in question are originally from a TMA OC cosplay tag on Tiktok set in Regency era Britain before the Magnus Institute was established.

My Terminus avatar, Cassius Sallow, is a funeral furnisher and cabinet maker, both trades inherited from his father. He met Beckett Hurst, the person who would become his lifelong partner (in friendship, romance, and crime) when he accompanied his father at a young age to oversee the funeral of Beckett’s late mother. The two hit it off splendidly, and Beckett’s grief-stricken father, a man of great stature, insisted that Cassius and Beckett continue each other’s company.

Into their teenage years and early adulthood, Cassius prepared to take over his father’s business while Beckett became a student of medicine at Guy’s Hospital. The two also became Resurrectionists, disinterring graves to sell to surgeons and anatomists (which led to them experiencing the horrors).

With that last bit tying into Beckett’s untimely death! Beckett is actually a manifestation of Cassius’ End-aligned abilities, but whether he is actually a ghost tied to Cassius, or a manifestation of Cassius’ memory or delusions is unclear.

The third character is my Lonely avatar, Yves Ainsley. He’s a well-off barrister who is presently in a relationship with Cassius and Beckett (very Lonely to be in an active relationship with a dead man). I don’t have as much lore on him yet, because he’s the newest of the trio, but he owns a house in Soho, with all the rooms either empty or the furniture covered with sheets.

Much to his chagrin, he does keep himself integrated into high society, attending the occasional dinner party, and even rarer, hosting his own. His attendance of social events is not for his enjoyment, but to observe candidates that he can single out for the Lonely.

At some point, he became attracted to Cassius due to his subjected Loneliness surrounding the death of Beckett.

I have quite a bit more on them, but I think I’ve dumped a lot already and don’t want to bombard you!

Xaela originally from Werlyt. He’s only been in Eorzea for about a year before the start of ARR. Generally a nice if oblivious guy with a case of resting bitch face. Loves to fight and go into weird pits. Canon weaver and culinarian. Has a complex about duty and making sure the people he cares about are okay. Is very protective as a result. His main classes are dragoon and dark knight. The beginning of SHB is when he swaps over to dark knight.

He has/had 3 parents, his mom, his dad, and his other dad, and an older sister. After the empire invaded he was left with just one of his fathers.

Viera from Limsa Lominsa. She’s lived in Eorzea her whole life and always has had a desire to see more. After the calamity she had a crisis about her own uselessness. At the start of ARR she’s basically out trying to find out more about herself. She has issues with identity, being useful, and vulnerability. She’s a bard up until the SB lead up where she switches to machinist, post endwalker she swaps between the two.

She’s an orphan. She has a group she considers her “siblings” but she’s afraid that it will turn out that she cared more about them than they cared about her.

Doesn’t wear proper shirts. Does not like cities.

One of Freya’s many sons, yet their relationship is strained. On the cusp of adulthood, Andvari stumbled upon a void gate. From this unfortunate encounter, he improperly rejoined with his equivalent on the 13th, and now deals with a hungry voidsent tag along. Out of fear he flees his woods and ends up in Ul’dah, eventually joining the Lemures. While they can’t provide an explanation or solution, they can provide guidance and targets for his passenger. He very much has no idea what he’s doing and is generally very grumpy.
