OMG, this home is absolutely stunning. It's a 1920 carriage house in New York City, has 5bds, 6ba, and is listed for only $37.75M. But, get this- everything is included in the sale- the furnishings, art, and the Rolls Royce. Just bring your clothes.

So, you get this Rolls. I would definitely have to reinforce those garage doors. This is a gallery and you get all of the art with it.

You guys know about Writing Battle, right? The many-times-a-year writing contest with a short wordcount and a short deadline? Cool prompts, entry fee, big prize money?

It's pretty awesome. I've entered a couple times (honorable mention, woo!) and now I've been invited to be one of the Pro Judges!

The next battle starts this coming Sunday, January 12th (2025) -- since it's nearing Valentine's Day season, the subgenres to choose from will be along romantic lines. The other contests for this year will be different (SFF theme is in April, FYI).

Oh, if only. This Beaux Arts townhouse mansion on the Upper West Side of New York City has a mansard roof and took from 1899 to 1902 to build. It has 5 floors of living space with 5bds, 5full and 2 1/2baths. It's priced at $24M.

This is a multi-family home and we're looking at the main residence. Isn't the entrance hall stunning? I wasn't expecting black, and with it's modern art, it's certainly not stuffy and dated.

Lovely sitting room and look at the whimsical fireplace.

I know that the furnishings aren't included, but the artsy wallpaper will remain.
