The Delicious Pear Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and chopped
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat for added calories)
1/2 cup whole milk (or a milk alternative for extra calories)
1-2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, but adds a nice flavor)
1/4 cup rolled oats (for extra fiber and calories)
1-2 tablespoons almond butter (for healthy fats and calories)
Ice cubes (optional)
