This is insane and it's wrong. We have to write to our government representatives and tell them what we think about this travesty of justice. Chapter 13 is turning out to be more than 15k words, so I’m not even gonna bother continue drafting it and just split the chapter already and hope for the best 😷 could be two parts, could be three parts, your guess is as good as mine!
