💥BOOM!!💥 ✂️The cut is done!!🎉 ▫️ 🗓 It's been a great 12weeks on the @rpstrength diet cutting template, I've learned loads about myself and the process. The results are pretty darned good too! 👀 ▫️ 📸 These photos are unfiltered and the difference is insane. I've lost 7.7Kg and 2.2% body fat since the first pic in January 2020, the day after I got back off holiday after a 10week diet break (read *dirty bulk*🙄🤦‍♀️) I've posted up the comparative readings for the @rp_transformations portion of this in picture three. ▫️ 💪 Yes the aesthetic is bloody amazing but just a byproduct of the intention, as is the learning from this journey. My strength has been maintained, I've retained muscle mass, my engine is so good right now and my gymnastics and cardio endurance has gone through the roof! 🙌 ▫️ 🧠 Worth noting, the diet isn't "over" yet, that's just phase one. I now need to work my way back up to maintenance, effectively reverse dieting, reintroducing myself to more carbs and fats. So no "cheat meals" no "re-feeds" just sensible and continued consistent adherence to the plan. 🥳🎂 today has been INCREDIBLE, one of my more favourite birthday's for sure!🎉🎁 ▫️ 👩‍🦳 So turning 41 has been a blast!
