There NEEDS to be a parody/recreation of The Caretaker's "Everywhere at the End of Time" but, almost in reverse, where the subject is rediscovering their memories, good and bad, throughout the project. Sort of a hopeful play on the album with Dissociative Amnesia.
Stage 1. In stage 1, the patient is at peace. They know only their bubble. Memory is nothing but an inspiration, here.
Stage 2. In stage 2, the door appears. In different patients, the door takes on different forms. But there it is. The patient has not felt the need to leave before. But the opportunity was never there in the first place. Now, they've been presented a choice. The thought of the door lingers.
Stage 3. Stage 3 is what is considered to be the curiosity stage. Just a peek. Through a cracked open door, or perhaps between the door and the floor. Nothing that comes to them is particularly grand- just a few snippets and sounds. There is something so achingly known about them that the subject just can't reach. Then there is nothing. The mental pathway slams shut, and the sound of static takes over. The patient does not touch the door for a while.
Stage 4. Full consciousness is practically thrust upon the patient in stage 4. Whether it be through outer reminders, or simply a moment of intense clarity. The pieces of the puzzle, their life and memories, come together suddenly, and then blow themselves apart again. They remember their happiest moments, their saddest moments, a smile long forgotten, the taste of something they'd had some time ago, old photos of friends and family- then it's gone again. Now there is desperation. The need to remember. A bitter aftertaste, a tingling between the eyes and the back of the head.
Stage 5. Here we see awareness. The patients are aware they have not been living as themself, or that someone else has been living their life for them. The familiar is unknown. But they are their own self again, picking up the lost pieces.
Stage 6. Stage 6 is remembrance. Every memory is present. There is beauty in what they remember, and horror in what made them forget.
Stage 7. Stage 7 is a return to life.

RESPECT CLOWN'S BOUNDERIES AND PRIVACY PLEASE.
Welcome home is a wonderful project Clown made and It hurts to see him so overwhelmed and in a negitive state so please for all that exists and to whatever you worship respect their bounderies and privacy. That's all they wamt and deserve. Love that won't overwhelm them but instead comfort them. Respect that can let him feel safe. It's that simple. That's all he deserved
I don't care if "It's the internet" THE INTERNET EXISTED LONG ENOUGH TO THE POINT I AM PRETTY SURE IT SHOULD BE CHANGING RIGHT ABOUT NOW. No excuses. Just respect and support and love Clown. Please
PLEASE share.
Everyone need to know
(And Clown if you see this I am very sorry about everything! Take care of yourself and I really hope you get better emotionally, mentally, and physically! You deserve it)

More theories, going off of a previous post I made about Wally Darling being the embodiment of a young boy who loves stories. I think he’d be autistic and find his friends in stuffed animals and pictures he draws. His escapades and misadventures would be retold to him by his Nurse, Ms. Sarah, who would tell him the lovely story of Home, a neighborhood of wonder.
Could Sarah be the entity in Home? I’m making things us at this point, but feedback is greatly appreciated. Ink I really am going to start drawing more things like this,
Again incredible thanks to @partycoffin ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Welcome home has consumed my life, someone help. I have this idea about the neighborhood being the imagining of a child, hence the bright colors, friendliness, etc. So what if Wally is a little boy’s character in an ongoing story, such as Winnie The Pooh being written for a little boy. Might expand, might not, but I’ve been thinking either way. Plus, Barnaby being the little boy’s stuffed animal? AAAAAAAA
Very poor drawing, but I totally want to expand on this. thank you @partycoffin I love your work ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Day 2/150 days of productivity
I annotated this amazing book. I totally recommend it. The tabs are moments where imagery was super vivid. I’m going to design an art study around these tabs, and I’ll keep my process posted.
