😊 Felt super cute in my new gym top today! LOOOOOOVE new gym clothes 😍🥰 ▫️ 💪 Feeling pretty hench and lean, getting stronger day by day with the extra carbs and cals too 👍 ▫️ 🤷‍♀️ Weighed in light again today at 69.9kg so technically I'm still losing weight & body fat, despite the increase in regular food and at least two off plan meals (re-feed or cheat meals if you insist!🙄) a week. So looks like I'll need to bump up onto maintainance template 2 of the @rpstrength diet.
