here’s how to create a natural, flawless soft pink full face makeup look without looking like you’re wearing a full face of makeup.

if like me you have hyperpigmentation, discolouration, dark spots etc, covering everything up can sometimes feel like a challenge -- especially when you don’t feel like plastering your face with a thick foundation. but i think i found the solution because my current makeup routine is equal parts natural-looking whilst also able to cover all my blemishes.

Hi guys,

This year I have been leaning towards more natural looking foundations, which is crazy because I always really loved a matte, full coverage finish. But like makeup trends it's okay for your tastes to change and develop depending on what your skin needs. For me my skin has got so much better over the past year I don't need heavy, intense coverage thankfully. So today I wanted to share one of my favourite lightweight face base products that could also be perfect for summer! We are going to be chatting about the Lumene CC Colour Correcting Cream SPF 20, Ultra Light, £19.90.

If you've been reading my blog for a while you'll notice that this year I've been enjoying more lightweight formulas and this CC Cream was being hyped everywhere so I decided to try it myself. Lumene is quiet a new brand to me so I had to look into the brand and see what their vibe is. The brand focuses on creating high‑performing sustainable beauty products that are also full of natural ingredients.

Now let's chat about the CC Cream, this product is a lightweight, medium coverage fluid foundation that reduces redness and perfects skin for an even, naturally glowing complexion. Infused with skin tone unifying Nordic lingonberry and hydrating Arctic spring water, the formula spreads out evenly smoothing out any discolorations and redness for an instantly unified result. It has also a SPF of 20 in it's formula so it offers skincare protection when you wear it.

I've been testing this out for a few weeks now and I already love the formula. It looks so natural on my skin it creates a my skin but better finish on my face. It blends like a dream with my existing products and doesn't feel heavy on my face. The packaging is really easy to apply product and for £19.90 it's a great price!
