As the province's average rent price for a one-bedroom apartment continues to creep above a range many of us can reasonably afford on our own, landlords continue to search for alarming ways to appeal to prospective tenants who might be strapped for cash.

Adjust your filters on rental websites like Facebook Marketplace or Kijiji, and you're bound to come across at least a handful of listings that fully invade the tenant's privacy.

In just the past year, landlords have gone to great lengths to earn additional income, including stuffing mattresses at the tops of staircases, renting out beds smack dab in the middle of kitchens, and even packing room to the brim with shared bunk beds.

The latest disturbing listing to emerge out of Ontario's rental market is a shared room in Kitchener for $485 per month for one male, or $450 for a couple.

The listing boasts the home's proximity to transit connection points, but glosses over the fact that tenants will have to share beds within less than a foot of each other.

Ingenue vs Gamine: Comparative Essence Analysis

I feel like most people get Ingenue & Gamine essence mixed up. They're easy to confuse because both these essences make the individual look younger than they are and give them a "cute" appearance but there are key differences between the two.

If you look at their features, they have full cheeks, mostly big eyes, a small tapered chin, round foreheads and an overall round face. They look very doll-like and innocent. Ingenue is extreme yin essence so these women look very girl-like even when they're much older (Miranda is 40, Nicola is 37)

All of these women have Gamine essence. Similar to Ingenue essence, all of them look young and cute but while Ingenues have more rounded features, Gamines have a combination of sharp and soft features. Gamine is yin with a dash of yang whereas Ingenue is pure yin. Gamines don't look as "innocent" as Ingenues, they have a kind of mischievous look to them. They're more likely to be cast as the troublemaker who plays silly pranks than the goody two shoes. Ingenues tend to have round faces overall whereas Gamines have more angular faces with pointy chins with smaller eyes and lips. They have a tomboyish charm.

I wanted to juxtapose Shu Qi & Ni Ni with some Gamines because I feel like because of their features they can be mistyped as Gamines even though they're Ingenues.

One distinguishing trait is their rounded foreheads, this is a very youthful trait because we associate it with babies. Another is how their overall features are rounded not angular, pointy or sharp. They also do not seem "naughty" or "mischievous" looking. Their faces seem softer more delicate as opposed to the Gamines.

Residents living in a Kitchener, Ont. neighbourhood say it was unsettling to see a Nazi flag flying at a home on their street. “As far as I’m concerned, disgusting,” said neighbour Sharon Lamers. “There are a lot of bad memories to it. My family’s German. I’m a first-generation Canadian and it has no place here. Especially as a lot of Germans immigrated here and that’s not what they wanted to bring with them.” The Nazi military flag was seen Monday outside a house on Stirling Avenue South. Ethereal Essence: A Study

For me the Ethereal essence can be understood in terms of someone who has a magnetism to them that makes them seem otherworldly. This can be a softer fairy or pixie like appearance or it could be a bolder stronger almost alien like one.

If you look at all these people, you will see overarching similarities but also differences; none of these people look identical (several of them have similar features however). Your essence is unique to you, you do not have to look like a certain person to have a particular essence.

Some of these celebs have softer features and have a more delicate ethereal beauty, others have a bolder, stronger alien like ethereal beauty. It can manifest in many ways. If you watch them in motion, you can better understand how this ethereal essence is their "vibe" as it translates to how they carry themselves etc, if you see Taehyung on stage, yk he's ethereal af, there's no second guessing it, same goes for Karina. But do observe the others and see how this essence is present in their energy & demeanour because you cannot separate them from each other.
