after languishing in covid-war-grief-despair for like 2 years, all of my pre-planned document changes are falling in place like dominoes, shedding my old name (or really my old gender category) in various facets of my life.... plus i've been on HRT for 2 years this week, plus i'm scheduling top surgery sometime in the next couple of years... everything's coming up andrey :-)

Back and Biceps - pull day
2/13/25
Warm up:
2 mins - row machine - 500 meters
Sun Salutation (even though the Sun had set lol)
DB row -3x10 @ 2x30lbs
Bicep curls (ez bar) - 10,10,8 @ 45lbs (I think, idk how heavy the ez bar is lol)
Row machine - 3x10 @ 90 lbs but 70 for the last set
Back extension - 3x10 @ 110 lbs
Assisted chin up - I was honestly fucking around at this point but I did 3 sets of 3
I wanted to do some lat pulldowns but the cool kids were hogging it 😓
Definitely need to improve my cardio and honestly the after work crowd is lowkey not it. They not bad or anything but it’s just busier and that disrupts my program.
