So a fun fact about me is that i have been doing a workout everyday single day for the past 41 days! Why? Just because
I started with only 10 minutes a day, telling myself "I can do at least 10 minutes." Because before that I was pretty sedentary. But now I'm up to 45-50 minutes of working out a day!
And on days where I don't feel well I either lessen the amount of time or do less intense things like yoga. I've currently been doing a lot of HIIT though lol.
Basically I'm tryna take care of myself and I've always hated exercise but it's actually helping me a lot. My new goal is to figure out how to eat more in general and eat more protein!
