ok. i'm changing labels and pronouns again (shocking, ik /s). my pronouns are now they/it. my gender is now agender/librafeminine. i'm still asexual but my romantic orientation is now bi lesbian. also still calling myself queer as well.
(i'm also using the labels genderqueer, nonbinary, sapphic, and multioriented as well but the labels above are my main ones)

Actually I think we should talk about how incredibly fucked up it is for sapphic women to say shit like "I'm no better than a straight man 😔" when attracted to a woman in a way that isn't 100% pure and wholesome, or act like men's attraction to women is inherently dirty, predatory, or objectifying.

recently encountered a post where someone said "gender is fluid but sexuality isn't". (they were talking about bi lesbians.)
my first thought was: does that person, like. hear what they're saying? how can you explicitly hold two beliefs that are so logically inconsistent and not see it? how can you simultaneously think gender is this fluid and complex thing, but sexuality, much of which is defined around gender, is simple and stationary and its boundaries need policing?
but like, fuck, why even argue against it, right? there is no internal logic because there is no logical thought behind it. these are not genuine beliefs. this person is repeating what is currently acceptable in their (small) specific social circle. this is the same person who, a few years back, would be excluding nonbinary lesbians, but nonbinary lesbians are cool and normal on queer tumblr now, so they'll exclude bi lesbians instead, and not even pause to reflect on the difference.
oh, and if you read this and thought "these people don't even actually accept nb lesbians either", ding ding ding! because it's not a real, deep belief, that acceptance is extremely shallow and conditional. so as soon as someone is an nb lesbian in a way these people find odd (like being both a man and a lesbian) they will exclude them too and find a way to justify it.
why do we have to endlessly go through this cycle with queer identities. can we not? can we just not. i'm tired.

me trying to figure out if i'm actually aspec/not that interested in sex/romance or if i've just convinced myself that i am as a coping mechanism for the fact that i'm 23 y/o and have never had sex/a romantic relationship and likely never would bc i'm too ugly and socially awkward. also me trying to figure out if i'm actually interested in sex/romance or if i'm just trying to convice myself that i am bc society says that everyone should want that stuff and you're broken if you don't. me just being fucking confused af about everything relating to sex/romance and what i want/don't want in general

Shoutout to queer men who are sexually attracted to women whether you be straight transmascs, mspec men, straight aroallo men, straight acespec men who experience some sexual attraction, or any other identity I forgot to mention. Your attraction to women isn't creepy or predatory or objectifying or misogynistic, it's just attraction and it's morally neutral and you don't deserve to be shamed for it. That's all, have a nice day.

Truffle Queer (or Trufflequeer)
A blankqueer stance that understands it's pretty much impossible to change peoples' minds over the internet, so why not have some fun with the idiots and haters? Trufflequeer is pro trolling in defense. Trufflequeer promotes trolling in defense against harassment as a way to waste the time of the harasser while not allowing oneself to get worked up.
It is pro:
Good faith identities
Intersectional feminism
Atypical dysphoria awareness
Sex positivity
Choice
History learning
Bodily autonomy
Freedom of speech, not freedom from criticism
Binary abolition
NeoAGABs
Alterhumanity
Trolling as an act of defense
Freaks
Weirdos
Hyenas
It is anti:
PRATs
Offensive, insensitive, and hateful transID
Contact
Gatekeeping
Bigotry
Harassment
TERFs (trans exclusionary radfem)
TIRFs (trans inclusive radfem)
TURFs (golf courses)
Capitalism
Anything not listed is up to the individual👍
Edit: remembered that ppl love emoji codes so the one for this one is 🩵🤎

I have a simple rule for life that can be applied to anything and anyone:
You can't gatekeep someone's existence
This rule applies to a wide range of identities and people, here, let's give a few examples;
Bi Lesbians are harmful beca-
You can't gatekeep someone's existence
Aspec people aren't LGBT+ becau-
You can't gatekeep someone's existence
A lesbian can't use he/him pronouns bec-
You can't gatekeep someone's existence
If someone says they're X but you don't like X so you try to undermine their identity or somehow call it "harmful" then you're the problem, it's hard enough trying to just exist while openly not a cishet white guy and if someone finds a label that fits it is not your job to tell that person that Um Akshually That Label Which Aligns With Your Lived Experience is harmful because blah blah blah, it is your job to say I'm happy you're figuring yourself out and then move on with your day.
The only "identities" that are harmful are bigoted ones that actively attack others, so basically only Super straight morons and terfs. anyone else, it's not your fuckin problem. If someone says the split attraction model helps them articulate their feelings and experiences even when not aspec, you don't get to be the final say in telling them they're not "allowed" to use it, I'll say it one more time for the people in the back:
You can't gatekeep someone's existence
Thanks for coming to my fuckin Ted talk if you have to bitch my inbox is open so I can easily block you have a nice day

I habe so many questions for tumblr
what the fuck is a mspec straight, mspec lesbian, mspec gay.. like genuinely why don’t you just say bisexual?? Or pansexual?? Are you scared of being that? I mean I think it’s a little biphobic and homophobic to be scared of just saying you’re mspec 🤷‍♂️ why are you so terrified of the concept of just being bisexual. It’s like you quiver at what you truly are, because you’re scared of being seen as “normal”. just my thoughts lol.
