From red carpet romances that once stole the spotlight to toxic relationships that ignited a media frenzy, these celebrity couples may have fizzled out, but they continue to hold a special place in our hearts. In no particular order, here are seven former Hollywood couples we want back.

CASSIDY & LUNA - This might be a controversial one, but I stand by it. Luna was the best person Cassidy's been involved with, by far. Their relationship seemed incredibly sweet, and Luna came off caring of her during their Vainglorious talk.

PEACH & ROMAN - Hear us out..we know this one was a bit YIKES for Peach. Getting attacked and all...but we thought they were cute! The two have seemingly had minimal interactions over the past few years, but we can still hope.

POPPY & FLETCHER - This is going to be a controversial one, but I kind of miss them. Clearly, there was some type of spark in the air between the two on Dollhouse that I simply don't see between Bonnie and Fletcher. I'd love to see Fletcher back with Poppy. The love clearly hasn't fizzled.

ELIAS & CODY - These two barely made the cut, but they made it. We know Elias is married and all, and Cody is in a relationship - but we thought they were sweet!

MAV & SELENA - When they're over, are they really over? We know we probably don't have to miss them for long, but we still kind of do. There seems to be constant excitement between the two of them. There's never a dull moment.

RIVER & DAX - Sorry Stella! We can't help but love River and Dax. We haven't heard much from them in a while, but they brought us the slightest spark of joy when they were around.

MAX & MAISIE - We love the gamer couples! While some of the other couples on this list are very glamorous, we found the cute little gaming moments between Max and Maisie to be incredibly sweet.

I keep seeing a resurgence in the Gravity Falls fandom of fans hating Mabel. I truly don’t understand where all the hate comes from. Mabel and Dipper are twelve years old therefore they’re going to make mistakes against their better judgement. And when environmental factors come into play, such as Bill being manipulative to both of them (i.e. Sock Opera), it really showcases the impact of the selfish decisions they made. I think it’s not only the culmination of both of their behaviors but the beginning of them seeing their actions for what they are.

Other characters in similar media go down nearly identical paths. Coraline, who was bored with her own world, nearly gave everything up for a false sense of security much like Mabel did. Bill Denbrough endangered his friends because he wanted to find his brother, Mike Wheeler endangered his friends because he wanted to find Will and protect Eleven, and Marcy Wu purposefully got herself and her friends lost in another world and so on. We shouldn’t immediately say these characters are bad just because some of their actions are selfish. At their core they are good and that’s what matters.

People (and characters) will try, fail, fall into conflicts, and dust themselves off. That’s life. That’s how stories are made and how they progress. Without conflict, there would be no story. No character is inherently at fault here. So maybe what we all need is a new perspective. One that allows us to understand the follies of others and love them for who they are and not what they’ve done.

Today is a double-special date: it's Max Lin (Plus & Minus) and Andy Wu (My Tooth Your Love) birthdays and their fictional boyfriends Shih and Yujin were quick to declare their best wishes and affection.

I just realized that Marcy or Sasha (Amphibia) could’ve entered the Infinity Train (and maybe go through a similar situation like Ryan and Min Gi). Mostly because their numbers are in sinc.

I think both of them would think the higher their numbers get the closer they are to 'winning' at the train. For Marcy its sort of like playing a JRPG but in real life. She doesn't even consider the idea of going back home, if anything she plans to stay on for as long as possible. She's really good at all the puzzle cars but she doesn't really get the emotional lessons that you're supposed to learn from them most of the time. There are moments where she does start to understand that the train is supposed to help you heal but she tries to ignore it and keep herself busy with each cars' 'quest'. She'll spend literal weeks in a car, recording just about everything there is to know in her journal while taking as many side-quests from 'NPCs' (The denizens) as she can before leaving to explore the next car

For Sasha she's more focused on getting home but she also gets wrapped up in trying to get the highest number possible while following Marcy's little JRPG adventure. She's better pretty good at solving puzzles cars too but not exactly how you're supposed to solve them. She knows how to talk to people and get them to like her so she uses that to her advantage, skipping the important life lessons part of the train entirely by tricking denizens. When that doesn't work she isn't above just breaking shit, but it's tooootally fine (She tells herself) it's all part of beating the train. I think she'd be the first one to question why their numbers are so high but they're not any closer to getting home but that'll make her throw herself even harder into going through more cars and getting her number even higher

I'm not sure if they could ever actually get off but without Anne or Grimes it would take a LONG while
