It's finally done! That took forever but I'm happy with it now.

Match's hair was an experimental journey since I've never drawn him and I didn't want him to look too similar to Kon but he needed to still look like him to try and steal his identity. Plus it does not help that Google has almost no idea who he is, I could barely find pictures of him. Think I've officially drawn the first piece of Match based fanart.

Due to my marker selection, I was left unsatisfied with some of my colors (mainly skin colors, I wanted Clark kinda lighter than his kids) and the length of the sweater so I touched them up digitally. This is before I touched up the colors, before I colored the skin, and the sketch + minimal coloring and line work.

so we got the 10+ ish failed superman clones who are dead which uh go unnamed and die within 3days and or -3 months.

we have actual bizarro who is the brother to both match and Conner and bizzaro boy? (Guys there’s some math not mathing) not to mention any kids Luther actually has so they would be half brothers to them.

Luther has clone children of Lex jr 2 I think and Lin luthor whoever those guys are and Alex Luther again idk who the fuck they are.

this other girl who I just learned about which is Clark’s half brother, technically Connor and bizzarro could be too I’m just unsure how the fuck the dynamics work.

I can't stress how much I love how you write/draw Match.

He looks so tired and pouty while holding Kon. He's just like, "Why do I have to do this? This is the opposite of safe! Do you understand how I could take advantage of this situation?" And then he proceeds to not actually do anything threatening.

And then he's just so lost in Superman's scent that he doesn't realize how zoned out he is. I can't wait for Superman to finally release, "Oh hey, this isn't Kon... This kid is presenting right now... Shit." Gonna have to give the Kryptonian version of the birds and the bees all over again.

A slightly battered Match is disguised as Kon and holding a dazed and semi-conscious Kon while Clark wrecks utter Kryptonian-level destruction on the Agenda lab in the distant background. Match looks exasperated about this.

Second sketch: Clark wakes up alive and finds a four year-old about it. Clark is in costume and smiling, crouched in front of a physiologically four year-old Conner in Cadmus, who looks wary and is holding Kraig in his lap. Desmond, Guardian, and Dubbilex are in the background. Desmond is angry, Guardian is confused, and Dubbilex has no comment at this time.

Third sketch: Kara gets to Earth on time and the Kents get a two-for-one special on free kids. Kara is curled up in the wreckage of her and an infant Kal's crashed ships with him wrapped up in her arms, wearing Kryptonian clothing, with both of them apparently unconscious and laying on the El crest blanket.

Fourth sketch: Kryptonians have omegaverse genders but nobody told Match. Beta!Clark is dressed as Superman and newly-presented omega!Match is disguised as Superboy. Clark is smiling affectionately and pack-scenting Match, who he thinks is Kon, by cupping his face in his hands. Match has no idea what is happening and is currently overwhelmed by his first experience with the soothing beta pheromones whammy. A visual thought bubble depicts Match in his normal appearance being confused as fuck. ]

I know I'm late. There's been electricity issues at my place yesterday. Hopefully, I won't have more issues.

I decided to use both prompt for the color palette as an additional challenge. I still used only one of them as a prompt.

In his years of overseas training, Bruce started talking to an online penpal by the name of Kansascowboy32. They still talk for hours, sharing anicdotes and giving advice to this day. Although they've never met (because Bruce knows his identity as batman would be too at risk), Bruce considers this man one of his closest confidants and possibly the love of his life.

Of course he can never reveal this because he doesn't want to make the other man uncomfortable or get ghosted. So after an argument with Superman that makes him feel inadequate, he decides to pursue a more attainable mild mannered reporter, who would never reject Bruce Wayne, to get over his unrequited love.

The reporter in question, Clark kent, is forced to stay in Gotham for a month or two as he is researching a story focused on the criminals in the city's underground. It's during this investigation that he meet a rough around the edges rogue by the name of Matches Malone. After matches helps him not get caught snooping in a warehouse, Clark is so far gone that not even Bruce Wayne's flirting can't sway him.

Now Clark is aware how cleché he is by falling for the classic "criminal bad boy" but really Matches is a victim of circumstance with a heart of gold, and he's really nice when you get to know him and Clark can fix him really he can if they just spend more time together. Besides this is the first person he's had feelings for since his painfully unnoticed crush on batman (who definitely hates him) so after talking to his mysterious online best friend he decides it's time to move on.

While he's set on persuing Matches, Bruce Wayne's efforts to win him over don't go unnoticed. At the same time he's still hurts to let go of his feelings for batman. It's a good thing he has a best friend to talk him through it.

Drew these concept sketches a few days ago while ruminating on the idea of magical girl YJ and if I wanted to do cisswap or crossdressing or gender neutrality or what for the boys; still undecided on that but it's a rough draft of concept sketches I just did for funzies so heck it, hahaha, I'll revisit 'em later.

The important thing is I got to stick Kon with being the pink one. 💖
