The moment Lucas felt the world spin beneath his feet, he knew something was very wrong. One second, he had been in his dad’s garage, tinkering with some old F1 tech Lando had insisted was too dangerous to touch, and the next?

He was here—standing in the middle of a high school hallway that smelled like sweat, cheap cologne, and regret.

Lucas stumbled, heart racing. The world had shifted—subtly, but undeniably. Everything around him was different. The posters on the walls advertised school dances from years ago. The fashion was outdated. The phones in students' hands were clunky.

His breath hitched.

This wasn’t just any high school.

This was your high school.

His parents had met here.

And from the way the students around him carried on, oblivious to the fact that a future-born kid had just dropped into their reality, it hit him.

He had traveled back in time.

And then he heard it.

A voice so familiar it made his stomach twist.

“Oi, Carlos, did you see that goal? Absolute beauty, mate!”

Lucas turned his head so fast he nearly gave himself whiplash.

There, leaning against the lockers, laughing with a group of friends, was Lando Norris.

Not Dad, the grown-up who nagged him about cleaning his room and told embarrassing stories to his friends. No, this was seventeen-year-old Lando—loud, confident, grinning like he owned the world.

Lucas nearly choked.

Holy shit. My dad is a dumbass teenager.

You always knew how to make yourself invisible. It was a skill you had mastered long ago—sitting in the farthest corner of the library, keeping your head down, never speaking unless necessary. It was safer that way.

High school had been unkind to you. The whispers, the taunts, the stolen lunch money—they had worn you down over time, molding you into someone small and quiet.

You thought you were alone.

Until a chair scraped across from you, and a boy you didn’t recognize sat down.

You stiffened, gripping your book tighter.

“Uh… do I know you?” you asked hesitantly.

The boy—Lucas, as he introduced himself—smiled, easy and relaxed. “Not yet.”

There was something strange about him. He didn’t feel like a normal teenager. His gaze was too sharp, too knowing. And yet… when he glanced at your book and casually remarked, “Pride and Prejudice? Classic,” you felt your heart stutter.

Nobody had ever paid attention to what you read.

“You’ve read it?” you asked, voice skeptical.

Lucas smirked. “More times than I can count.”

A flicker of warmth spread through your chest.

You hadn’t had a real conversation with someone in months.

And for the first time in a long while, you didn’t feel so alone.

Lucas had a problem.

His dad was an idiot.

A lovesick idiot.

And not for the right girl.

Her name was Jessica. And she was, in Lucas’ professional opinion, the worst person on the planet.

She was the kind of girl who faked sweetness when people were watching but turned venomous the second they weren’t.

And seventeen-year-old Lando was eating right out of her perfectly manicured hand.

Lucas watched in horror as his father practically tripped over himself trying to impress her.

“She’s so obviously playing you,” Lucas muttered under his breath.

Carlos, standing nearby, gave him a weird look. “Do you know Lando?”

Lucas coughed. “Uh, no.”

Carlos shrugged. “Then why do you care?”

Lucas clenched his jaw. Because if my dad doesn’t stop being a dumbass, I might never be born.

He had to fix this.

The first time Lucas tried to break them up, it was simple.

He “accidentally” spilled his entire drink on Jessica’s very expensive designer bag.

“Oh my God!” she screeched, jumping back like she had been set on fire.

Lucas put on his best innocent face. “Oh no. I’m so sorry.”

Lando, ever the gentleman, immediately started panicking. “Jess, I’ll fix it, I swear—”

But Jessica was too busy throwing a tantrum about her ruined bag.

She stormed off.

Lucas grinned, satisfied. Problem solved.

Until the next day, when Lando was still mooning over her.

Lucas groaned. This is going to be harder than I thought.

Lucas wasn’t just here to make sure his parents fell in love.

He was here to protect you.

And it didn’t take long for him to see how much you needed it.

You never told him what was happening, but he saw it.

The girls whispering behind your back. The stolen lunch. The tripping in the hallways.

Lucas’ hands clenched into fists.

One day, he caught a group of girls sneering as you walked past.

“She’s so weird.”

“I heard she eats lunch alone every day.”

Lucas saw red.

“Funny,” he said loudly, making them freeze. “I was just thinking how weird you guys are.”

The leader, a blonde girl with too much makeup, scoffed. “Excuse me?”

“You spend all your time talking about someone who doesn’t even know you exist,” Lucas said, crossing his arms. “Kinda pathetic, don’t you think?”

Their faces burned red before they stormed off.

Lucas smirked. That’s what I thought.

Later that day, you hesitated before looking at him. “Why did you do that?”

Lucas shrugged. “Because you don’t deserve it.”

You swallowed, blinking rapidly. “…Thank you.”

Lucas softened. “Anytime, Mum.”

You didn’t hear that last part.

Lucas had to be tactical.

He orchestrated run-ins between you and Lando.

He got you both paired as lab partners.

He even tripped Lando once just so he’d fall into your arms (which earned him a very suspicious glare from his dad).

And finally, finally, Lando started to notice you.

Lucas saw it—the way his dad’s eyes lingered too long, how he smiled softer around you.

It was working.

Until Jessica struck again.

She cornered Lando after school, batting her lashes. “Landooo, come to the party with me?”

Lucas froze.

If Lando went, he’d fall right back into her clutches.

Thinking fast, he jumped in. “Oh, he can’t.”

Lando blinked. “I can’t?”

Lucas clapped a hand on his shoulder. “Nope! He already has plans. With her.”

He pointed to you.

You turned scarlet. “W-what?”

Jessica scoffed. “Since when?”

Lucas grinned. “Since now.”

Lando looked at you, hesitant but intrigued.

“…I guess we have plans?”

You bit your lip. Then—shyly, hesitantly—you nodded.

“I guess we do.”

Jessica huffed and stormed off.

Lucas smirked. Checkmate bitch.

Days later, Lucas watched as Lando walked you home, a soft smile playing on his lips.

Lucas grinned.

His work here was done.

Now…

He just had to figure out how to get back home.

If you want a Star Wars discussion, do you have thoughts on Anakin changing Ahsoka's lightsaber colors in TCW s7 and what we were intended to understand from that? Because it seems like such a violation, but that's clearly not the intended message behind that scene and it seems so weird to change the color for a few episodes only for her to throw them away anyway and get new ones the next time we see her.

I actually do have thoughts about this! And I think we actually are meant to find it a little "ehhhhh" because Filoni says that was the intention: "Him tinkering with her lightsabers while she is gone shows that he was always thinking of her. And the lightsabers are then a representation of her in the story, and his thoughtfulness regarding her.  His changing the color can also be seen as him exerting control, or being too protective, which is very Anakin.  He means well, but often takes things too far when trying to express how he feels.  Changing the sabers, modifying them, improving them shows his care, but also his ego--something that Ahsoka is familiar with. So the simple adjustment of the lightsaber color serves as many aspects of the relationship between the two characters.” And this is an instance where I actually really agree with Felony, I think it's both things at once, that it's both a sweet gesture and Anakin's desire to control her, to forcibly hold her close to him, because that's what Anakin desperately wants of his loved ones, that's his whole big issue in the Star Wars story, that he can't let go of anyone or anything, not when it really comes down to it. That's why, as Lucas says over and over, he becomes Darth Vader, because he can't let go of people, even when it's time. Changing her lightsabers to match his color, it's a way for him to express how much he still cares about her, how much he's thought about her, how much he wants to do for her, it's a way of expressing a connection between them, because a lightsaber is so central to their lives, it's the housing for their kyber crystal, their semi-sentient rock that bonds with their soul. This is Anakin's way of expressing that she matters to his very soul. But it's also Anakin thinking he can just go in and change that connection someone else has in their soul, he can just change something that was a defining part of her--kyber crystals matter to a Jedi, they're each unique, that's the crystal they faced a trial to get, one that was about their own heart and their own issues they needed to overcome. It's Anakin trying so desperately to hold onto her, his ego thinking that his way is the best way and that he can't let others exist as they are when they're distant from him, that leads him to change something that's not his business to change. It's a sweet gesture. It's a warning sign. It's something in between. It's a representation of the complicated relationship that has both good and bad in it. That's why I'm okay with them retconning it, because it's such a good metaphor for both the joy and the hurt in Anakin and Ahsoka's dynamic.

New Valentines Tournament!

Greetings! This is our mini-tournament for Valentines Day <3. Like the Halloween tournament it will be a 16 contestant competition with 24 hour rounds.

Everyone deserves a chance for their True Love to be celebrated! We are looking for nominations of romantic couples* who are not a major Disney couple/a major focus of the plot. This tournament needs 16 submissions to run. We accept canon, assumed, or even non-canon couples. Submitting pictures and a justification will improve their chances of getting into the tournament. Again this is open to animated and live action as well as theatrical releases and small screen favorites with everything in between.

Examples of those not acceptable: Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse, Troy & Gabriella, Luca & Alberto, Ariel & Eric, or anything like Mother Gothel and Rapunzel

Franco and Tinker actually interacted with each other as children at some point back in the day. Tink is 28, older than Franco. Tink's family moved from France temporarily to escape the war, they stay in Louisiana.

They always had a fixation for cards, but before playing poker, loved building houses of cards and setting up dominoes. So, Tinker was a kid minding their own business around the block and trying to build things. A little asshole like Franco who was already hostile at 12 and having issues at home probably got into a few afternoon scuffles.

I can see Franco destroying hours worth of domino set ups or card builds. Maybe stealing toys and trinkets as well like the brat he is. Foolishly creating an enemy instead of a friend. The family moves away eventually, and if i can imagine the timeline correctly, they dont see each other again from the time they are about early teenagers until meeting up at Sinyala.

Now, Franco forces Tink to sit strapped to traps and deadly life threatening contraptions while they play shitty rigged card games. (think RE7 lucas) Franco cheats every time because he is always losing every time. Tinker is naturally gifted with luck, which is why they're reagent 777. Also Franco has no hold against the insults Tinker can throw at him.

Asha, Valentino, Star, Mickey and company, and the Heartless Rebels smile seeing the Christmas star decorate the House of Mouse, and they smile at Lucas and PJ. "Now, before we sing our Christmas carol, I want to share one of my favorite Christmas stories with Donald and all my friends." Mickey Mouse spoke to the crowd.

The last Christmas story was Mickey's Christmas Carol, featuring Scrooge McDuck as Ebenezer Scrooge. It was the Disney version of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. With Goofy as Jacob Marley, he warned Scrooge that he will be visited by three spirits; the Ghost of Christmas Past (Jiminy Cricket), Present (Willie the Giant), and Future (Pete), and he was convinced to change his miserly ways.

After that, he agreed to join his nephew (Donald) for Christmas dinner, give money to the poor, and give Bob Cratchit (Mickey) a raise, his family toys, money for Tiny Tim's operation, and make him his new partner. As the Christmas Carol was over, the snow stopped outside. "Hey guys! Have you started the party without me?" Della Duck asked as Donald smiled. "Della!" Donald shouted happy to see her. "Lucas, this is my sister." Donald introduced to Lucas.

Then, the whole Disney group's Christmas Carol song was sung, singing that with their true friends and family, and the memories they recall, it's the love they share that fills the air that makes this the best Christmas of all. "Gee, thanks for letting us share our Christmas spirit with you." Mickey said to me and Lucas as he chuckled. "Merry Christmas, everybody!" He shouted as Tinker Bell used her wand on the star.

Donald and his friends look at "Duck the Halls" for another cartoon for this Christmas at the House of Mouse, albeit he smiled a little on having to celebrate Christmas anywhere for ducks, he still crossed his arms. "Not to worry. He'll change soon. Besides, I have a little friend to check on Mickey." I said to Lucas. Meanwhile, Mickey was moping and doping on the roof, and Jiminy Cricket comes in to talk. "Why so glum, Mickey?" He asked.

"Well, l… I wanted to throw a party, and make it a merry Christmas for everybody, but my good pal Donald's missing out." Mickey explained to Jiminy. "Now, Mickey… the Christmas spirit doesn't come from a party. It comes from sharing the holidays with family and friends. And it seems to me that Donald has the best friend anyone could want in you." Jiminy pointed out about what the Christmas spirit is all about. "Gee, I guess you're right. And all I wish is for everyone to have a merry Christmas, even that humbug Donald." Mickey spoke smiling.

"Well, haven't you ever wished upon a star? Your wish just might come true." Jiminy suggested. "Gosh. I wish that home or away, with family or friends, whether you've got the fanciest decorations, or the humblest little tree, that everyone could have the Christmas spirit." Mickey wished upon the star, and the star comes to Mickey and into his hands. "Gosh." He said. Mickey then comes back inside and approaches Donald. "Say, uh, Donald?" He asked. "What do you want?" Donald spoke. "Well, I want my best friend to put the star on the tree." Mickey offered as he took out the wishing star. "You want me to do it?" Donald asked perking up. "Aw, you bet I do." Mickey smiled seeing Donald back in the Christmas spirit as he put the star on the tree.

"Merry Christmas!" Donald shouted and laughed as the star started to decorate the House of Mouse as everyone watched. "Whoa..." Adrien spoke. "It's miraculous." Marinette spoke. "It's magical." Beast said to Belle. "Ooh, pretty!" Pumbaa smiled as he was seated with Simba, Nala, Timon, Zazu and Rafiki. In the process, the Magic Mirror was decorated, even Yen Sid's hat changed to a Santa Hat as he smiled, and everyone began to applaud. "That old star never lets you down." Jiminy smiled upon Lucas's shoulder, even Star started to smile.

Disney 100 ✨🏰🤍

Wishing you all a happy new year and to Disney, a belated 100th anniversary! 🎉

To celebrate Disney’s century milestone, I created an illustration based on 100 of Disney’s most known and loved characters from their respective movies/ series. I’ve included all the ones I’ve known and feel are generally popular but I’m sorry if your personal favourites aren’t here.

This has been in the works for almost four months now but due to many delays I couldn’t finish it on time. So here it finally is!

Out of all these range characters, the hardest to draw was the Cars. I’m not used to drawing cars so I’m not generally good at them (yet). Some of these may look simple and easy to draw but trust me, they’re not 😂.

With drawing the characters and the background, I like to be accurate with the respective style it’s drawn/ animated in and the colours too. But also I wanted to also simplify the 3D ones and add a little depth using shadow to the 2D ones. For example some of these films would have a desaturated grainy effect to it and I wanted to keep that. But finally after months of working on it, it’s completed and I’m happy with it! ✨.

My Pota Headcanons in a Nutshell:

Caesar, Rocket, Luca, Maurice, Koba, Cornelia, Tinker, and all the other apes Caesar freed in Rise (to their children/all apes born in the Muir Woods): “You will not suffer like we have suffered.”

Then Dawn and War happens!

Blue Eyes, Ash, Lake, Red, Winter, Spear, Cornelius, Ray, Fox, Stripe and all the other apes born in the Muir Woods (all having lost friends and family to war, betrayed by friends and also became traitors, witnessed war, torture and murder, or have been killed and tortured themselves-possibly experienced hunger, cold weather, and other trauma before Dawn): “…We still suffered, just not like that.”

Where’s Bad Ape you may ask? He’s crying with all of them. Sad for all his friends and enemies. None of them deserved the shit they went through.

My theory is that once Nathan came in, he was the end game. BUT they couldn't be together right away because people would just think they were replacing Jack, so they needed someone else to give E a rebound guy.

But it was 3 years time before they paired her with someone else. Lucas was hardly a rebound at that point. Why not just have it be Nathan and avoid this second round of heartbreak for fans? Any way you slice it there's something sort of icky about it that doesn't sit right. They made fans endure the triangle which was awful and then finally made their decision and asked people to go along with it and then switched things up again. Obviously I'm happy they did but it was still not very kind of them from any perspective to go about things this way.

I think having so many showrunners who want to put their mark on things can be positive in a lot of ways but it can also make a mess and I think that's what happened with John Tinker (and his wife). But others went along with the choice too. It'd be really interesting to know what certain people/groups wanted at the time. Maybe because those people are gone now that they were free to change it.

One day Mia met Jamie, they became really close friends and he helped her a lot in these hard times. Mia got finally divorced. In the heat of the moment, they spend the night together, which resulted in a pregnancy. They both realize that they are deeply in love, so of course they decide be together and raise the child together. Then, it turns out that they will be the parents to... twins! Margerite and Kevin. Years went by, Mia and Jamie are married, Emily lives with her husband Lucas, and twins... well, raising two teenagers is not easy, especially when both are experiencing crises in their relationships.
