NoMae Week 2024 :: Day 7, Desire

on-the-right-day submission for @nomae-week-2024 I think x)

Noa lowered Mae to the ground on a soft bed of leaves. Her giggle was in his ear. He smiled.

“What do you think about?”

His eyes lidded and he drew close. “My desire- for you.” He pressed a kiss to her lips. “My love-” Another. “-for you.” And another.

Then he canvassed his lips down her chest…

Salt underneath his tongue

A spice he’d consume until the end of his days

A spice that gave him heat in his belly,

the same heat that was in her eyes

She arched up and tugged his hair

His name upon her lips

His face against her warm skin,

tongue lilting, to rosy buds on her chest

Her floods of love intoxicating his nostrils,

salivating his mouth

His growls shattering her core,

stowing the fire in her hearth.

Yes, I wrote these all out in one day x) Thank you to @kgoatred for telling me about this, and thanks to @nomae-week-2024 for hosting! :D

Part 5 last-minute submission to @nomae-week-2024 - almost there x)

Tangled together,

with lazily draped limbs

Breaths soft and rhythmic

filled with afterglow

Foreheads near,

calm tendrils of love whispering between

A union of heart and fire,

a fanciful tale of great deeds,

of heroes and villains,

of a fairytale.

One to last - for always…

Mae giggled softly and kissed him.

“I love- you,” Noa said.

She beamed and swiped her thumb at the corner of his lips. “I love you too.”
