i feel like im the only one who has actually never seen mel hate online. well... at least with her relating to jayvik cause like even in s1 before me or ANY of my friends shipped jayvik (we started after their divorce lol-) we just all sorta agreed that he thing with jayce was weird asf cause if you switched their genders then its a man using a women to exploit them and along those lines... yeah it gets a lot more fucked up and stuff. and thats why we kinda hated her. but we hated her for like her manipulative tactics and all kinda agreed like 'amazing character love her design, pretty asf but shes kinda a bitch-'

and now im seeing people say that thats misogynistic FOR NOT LIKING A CHARACTER FOR THEIR ACTIONS. like this was BEFORE any of us shipped jayvik and now its just like... ????? like i get there are some people out there like that but to just assume that oh everyone must like this well thought out character (cause she is well thought out, i liked her a lot more in s2 and think she does get better) or else they hate all women is just... ?????

God, I'm (yet again) exhausted. What a show. I will say, flaws and all, it's still one of the best animated series I've watched. Ever. No, I don't think it deserves the vitriol it's getting on social media.

I have a LOT of emotions right now. I don't think I'm even thinking straight after watching through everything once. It definitely needs to be re-watched multiple times. No, I'm not offering any kind of insights or anything like that. I think I'm just too emotional seeing my favorite show end.

I really wanna thank the writers, directors, artists, animators, producers, and everyone else who worked on this show for this work of art. It was beautiful, and it's why I love making gifs of this show.

And just because this show has ended, doesn't mean I'll stop making things. There's two whole seasons to work with now. I hope I can have enough free time to post regularly. I still need to make some 8k wallpapers and a ton of gifs haha.

I'll take a break and sleep for now. I'll see what I can make when I wake up tomorrow. I have so many things I want to do, but I also feel like crap and I too, have a life LMAO.

Oh, and I'm still looking forward to the next stories that they tell us! Runeterra truly has amazing lore. Excited to see what's next!

I just know Grizel cares so much about Fitz.

She's known this boy since he was 14 (?) and she's watching him grow up.

She's hung around him for years, day and night.

She's eavesdropped on his conversations, and she was there for all of the aftermath of Alvar's betrayal.

She watched his world fall out from beneath his feet first hand. She heard the whispers that followed him everywhere he went. She watched his shoulders fall.

She probably watched him bake treats for his friends. She probably watched him cry and grieve. She probably dragged him out of his bed and showed him how to work out to get out of his head. She probably reminds him to eat, and to get some vitamin D. She probably listens to him pace his bedroom well into the night. She probably listens to him talk to Mr. Snuggles when he's really overwhelmed and just needs a friend who won't judge him.

She'd die for this little sad, short-tempered baby who has done nothing wrong ever in his entire life. And her heart aches for him. For the way he can be surrounded by people, but still be so lonely.
