After lesson 60-7 when Mc stays the night with Lucifer.

Mc is gender neutral with they then pronouns.

You and Lucifer laid together in each other’s arms. Both of you trying to capitalize on the little time you had left together. Tomorrow was the party and in the morning they’d be leaving you again. It was now or never to try and spend some quiet time together.

Lucifer groaned at the sound of his D.D.D buzzing. He let go of you for a moment to roll over and grab it off his night stand.

Beelzebub: We should make Mc officially part of the family. We can bring it up to Diavolo tomorrow.

Lucifer: Are you serious?

This had to be some sort of joke. Lucifer rubbed the bridge of his nose at the thought. You notice his irritation, scootching over to cuddle back up to him.

“What’s the matter Luci?” You cooed running your hand gently over his chest.

“My foolish brothers, have they said anything strange to you today?”

You paused to think for a moment, they say a lot of strange stuff on the regular so it’s hard to say. “Strange how?” You definitely needed some clarification.

Lucifer shook his head . “Beel texted the group chat proposing we make you an official family member.

“Ah yes, him and Belphie were talking about it earlier.” You said leaving out that you may have been the one to put the idea in their head. Honestly you didn’t think they’d take it so seriously.

“I’m not sure how he thinks that will work. We can’t very well adopt an adult human.” Lucifer sat up rubbing his temple. You sat up as well facing him.

“No but you could marry me.”

Lucifer laughed under his breathe before he noticed how dead serious you were. His face changed from one of slight amusement to one of sorrow. There’s a deep longing in his eyes but the way he frowned made your heart ache.

“Oh mc…” Lucifer sighed not able to meet you gaze.

“Don’t you want to marry me?” You can’t help the way your voice cracked. Your tried not to take his reaction as rejection but it broke your heart all the same.

Lucifer was silent for a moment, he needed to collect himself before answering. He took a deep breathe before turning to face you. “Mc I love you. Before I say anything else I want you to know that I cherish you above all else in the three realms. I would love nothing more than to marry you and claim you as my own.” Lucifer cradled you face in his hand, looking deep into you eyes. You could still see the sorrow deep inside them.

“But?” You asked, you just knew there was a but.

“But, I’m a fallen angel, a demon and you’re a human. Even if Diavolo would approve of our marriage, the Celestial realm will never allow such a thing. They would start a war to prevent our union.” Lucifer looked so tired.

“How can you be so sure?” You sniff as tears freely fell down you cheeks. You’re just being childish, you knew he’s right.

“Because they’ve done it before.” Lucifer’s eye lost focus as he stared off into the distance not really looking at anything. He relived the celestial war. The clashing of metal, the blood mixed with white feathers. He saw himself holding your crumpled form that same as he held Lilith in her final moments. Micheal stood triumphantly over you.

“Lucifer?” You called to him, “Lucifer, come back to me.” You shook him gently trying to snap him out of his trance.

He almost gasped, his eye refocusing on you as he came back to reality. “Mc?” His eyes became glossy with tears, but they never fell.

“It’s ok, you’re ok Lucifer we’re safe.” You hushed him, running your hand threw his hair and down his cheek. Lucifers shoulders slumped as his relaxed into you touch. You pulled him into your arms holding him close.

“Mc I’m so sorry, truly I want nothing more than to marry you.” Lucifer buried his face in the crook of you neck, holding you tightly as if you’re about to disappear.

“Luci I’m sorry, I just don’t want to leave you again.” You started to cry desperate to hold onto him.

“I know starlight, I don’t want to leave you either.” Lucifer won’t cry, not now not in front of you. He’ll hold it in until he’s back home alone in his study late at night when the house of lamentation is still and silent. For now he has you in his arms and that’s all he needed to keep himself together.

I'm supposed to be working on smth, (and I totally am, I swear!!!) BUT a little cheat break? As a treat?

Imagine:

Billy gets used to playing adult. This kid balances a job, pays his bills and taxes on time and runs a (possibly fraudulent) company with his not-really-his-uncle Uncle Dudley and runs a superhero outfit with his family, the kid learns to juggle keeping his identity secret along with the rest of the madness in his life. Entirely his circus populated by all his monkeys.

Except-

He might have gotten too used to it? Billy has been balancing and hiding since he was 7. He'd worked with the League, made friends, passed down the hard won lessons to his own Shazamily and kept saving the day and the world.

He'd MEANT to tell them when he was 18. But he kind of...forgot? There was an alien invasion that year! Sue him!

So he keeps getting interrupted and keeps putting it off and what do you know, the man is in 30s before you know it. The rest of the (human) members of the League are pushing 60, 70 even.

Some of them have retired and Billy visits them at home (in civilian dress because he now has a whole host of spells he'd learned and is working on becoming the Wizard)

He'd helped inaugurate some Teen Titans and Young Justice members into the actual League itself!

After a certain year, he'd even begun detransforming since his adult self looks very much like Marvel, though he retains a kind of identity interference spell just to mess with Batman bc he wants to see how long he can keep the gag of him not knowing his identity going.

No one thinks anything of it, thinking he's like Wonder Woman, mostly unaging but can power up and down.

Well, at least until the newest Robin (Damian is batman at this point maybe?) Is climbing on the ceiling and realises...Powered down Cap has grey in his hair.

60 Days Challenge ༉‧₊˚

This is like my own version of the 75 Day Hard Challenge. For the next two months, I will follow these daily rules:

Follow a meal plan.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water.

Exercise daily.

Read 10 pages of any book.

Follow a morning and night routine.

Less than 3 hrs of screen time.

Keep track everyday.

1. Meal Plan:

I will add vegetables or fruits at each meal and fast 16:8 three times a week. I will focus on eating in moderation and adding healthy foods rather than restricting some type of food.

2. Hydration:

In addition to water, I will have two cups of tea (one in the morning and one at night). I won't drink anything else.

3. Exercise:

I will do some form of exercise every day, for at least 30 minutes, and I will stretch for at least 10 minutes. The main goal is to move !!! so I will do whatever suits my day the most.

4. Reading:

I love reading ! The minimum is 10 pages, but I'll try to read as much as possible. This will also be a way of not spending too much time on the phone.

5. Daily routines:

I want to start and end the day the right way. I created my routines based on what was best for me and my schedule. For example, my morning routine is short and simple because I don't have a lot of time, and my night routine is focused on relaxing because otherwise I have a hard time sleeping.

6. Less than 3 hrs of screentime:

This doesn't include time in screens for school. My goal here is to limit the time I spend on social media and spend that time on other activities instead. I will probably only use that time for my duolingo lessons, watch a movie or post on tumblr, and I will set a timer everytime I use a screen.

7. Keep a record:

I will keep a record here of how I feel every day during this challenge. The goal with this is to realize what works and what doesn't, in order to improve. I also think it's easier for me to stay on track if I write it down somewhere.

the end of 5 years...so much time and some money spent on this game and i'm scared about how it's gonna end. ik for a fact we won't get proper closure and there's gonna be a fuck ton of loose ends that we never get answers to, but i've come to accept it bc there's nothing else we can do

unless this has to do with sol and mc going back in time i'm not seeing the point. and even then is there really a point ??? we haven't touched on time travel AT ALL in season 3, not in any meaningful ways, and if this is how they're tying it in...that's an interesting choice

like yes this is a big deal and yes it could be disastrous, but the fact that we know it'll be resolved in less than one lesson just makes it feel forced and rushed

Hey! Thanks for the great question. I have a few things not a lot of people have talked about Daniel, all of which are information taken from his father's book: "Walking in Daniel's Shoes".

Facts about Daniel Mauser

1. Daniel's name came from the Biblical character Daniel and his mother Linda's fondness of Elton John's song titled with the same name. Conner was Linda's maiden name and since she was an only child, it was a way for them to carry her family's last name.

2. In sixth grade, he struggled somewhat with depression. After his mother sent him to a therapist, it was revealed that he was feeling stressed because at the time, he had pneumonia and missed school a few times. He felt that his teacher was pressuring him to catch up. Fortunately, he recovered after a few months.

3. Daniel used to be in cub scouts and boy scouts for a few years. Once school had became more hectic and he was more engaged in piano lessons, he dropped out of the scouts. He had earned basic badges but was not too enthusiastic with scouting long-term.

4. On July 24, 1999, Boy Scout 359 installed a park bench in Daniel’s memory along the South Rim Trail at Roxborough State Park, ten miles south of Columbine. Daniel was once a member of the Boy Scout Troop that preceded 359. Roxborough was the Mauser family’s favorite hiking area.

5. He played chess and won second place in a Denver metro tournament as a member of the school's chest club team. He also won two National Science Olympiad awards, presented to the top ten scorers in general science knowledge.

6. He was an occasional babysitter and was great with kids.

7. He was a Junior Volunteer at Swedish Hospital for two summers and helped in the pharmacy and he expressed interest in working in a medical or medical research field.

8. Despite winning often in games like Super Mario Brothers and even Foosball, his dad had caught on he was getting bored of playing with him, but despite that, he still played whenever he was invited because that was how much he loved his father.

9. He had a keen interest in current events and social issues and was a frequent reader of Time Magazine and viewer of 60 Minutes.

10. His father said he sometimes worried about little things, like if the gas tank in the car was getting too low.

11. He played soccer for a couple of years when he was younger, tried skiing, and played baseball on a YMCA team.

12. Before his death, Daniel's Biology teacher told his mother that he would be receiving an award for outstanding sophomore biology student. It was a supposed secret, one which Daniel never found out.

13. His family was very close. Tom described them as a "Dinner Table Family", who always ate dinner together. According to his father's words, "there was no sneaking off to watch the TV or play on the computer. We are together, talked together, and exchanged stories."

14. Daniel and his sister were close despite their contrasting personalities. Daniel was more like his mother—shy, introspective, intelligent, and calm. His sister Christine was like her father—outgoing, witty, a bit wild and crazy. He would often roll his eyes at her and in an exasperated tone, he would exclaim, "Theater people! Oh, my God!"

15. He had a dry sense of humor and his mom thought he prided himself on being a rational sort of fellow who was not given to drama of any sort.

16. Tom, Daniel's father, grew out of poverty. He came from Finelyville, a small town south of Pittsburgh. His father was a coal miner, his mother was a housewife, and he was the youngest out of four siblings. Tom rarely had pictures of himself. However, he didn't want that to happen with his children, so he would frequently take their pictures and film them to keep memories.

17. Daniel didn't like his pictures being taken when he was a teen. His father would still insist to take pictures for keepsake.

18. When he was fifteen and a half, Daniel was qualified to receive his driver's permit but he said he wasn't ready yet.

Here are my predictions for Oathbound but first a warning....

Potential spoilers from both Legendborn and Bloodmarked so please ignore this post if you are not caught up.

Okay my predictions (not in any order).

1. There will be two POVs: Bree (main) and Nick (secondary)

2. There will be 60 chapters: 40-45 in Bree's pov and 15-20 in Nick's pov.

3. Both Legendborn and Bloodmarked had 4 parts so Oathbound won't be any different. I think the names of each part will be: (1) Confinement, (2) Isolation, (3) Deal- Breaker or Escape, and (4) Horizon or Hope

4. Sel will not make a physical appearance until Part 3 or 4 but will be mentioned a lot by both Bree and Nick.

5. Natasia will make her first physical appearance in Part 3 or 4.

6. "Erebus" (the Shadow King) or Isaac Sorensen is responsible for the mysterious kidnappings and deaths of Merlins.

7. Nick will not be the same. He will become more ruthless and cruel especially when it comes to dealing with the Regents. With everything he has been through, he will unleash built up rage and sadness.

7. In the synopsis it says that Nick invoke an ancient law that will grant him an audience with Regents. I do believe he has some demands will mainly be about helping find Bree and Sel. The synopsis also said that Nick might have some secrets and those secrets are mainly about how to end the Legendborn without harming/killing Bree.

8. Bree, our brave and magnificent protagonist, will suffer both mentally and physically during her time with the Shadow King. She will endure harsh trainings and lessons almost losing her life every single time. Without her ancestral connections, Bree will struggle of not being "corrupted."

9. Bree will end up being friends or allies with Zoelle and Elijah who might help her escape.

10. Bree will use her unregulated deal with the Shadow King to her advantage to help her escape but not before she can harness and use her powers to their full potential.

God so @literallymechanical told me about this the other day and I'm still laughing about it. So, Gus Grissom was a one of the original seven Project Mercury astronauts, and was actually the second American to go to space, and the second American to go to space twice. He was also a short king but we'll get to that in a bit. Here he is with the Mercury-Redstone 4 capsule, nicknamed the Liberty Bell 7!

Mercury-Redstone 4 was the second US manned spaceflight, and there were some complications after its splashdown in the Atlantic ocean when the emergency explosive bolts unexpectedly fired, opening the hatch and flooding the thing. Our boy Gus had to tread water in his spacesuit while he waited for rescue, nearly drowning the entire time. The Liberty Bell 7 couldn't be retrieved, and is currently at the bottom of the ocean.

When Gus was selected as the pilot for the first manned Gemini flight, he became heavily involved in the design of the spacecraft cockpit. He also happened to be the shortest of the original astronauts at 5'7" tall. Literally, after he was done with it, 14 out of the 16 existing astronauts could not fit inside. They had to completely change the cockpit design for future missions.

NASA didn't learn its lesson about Gus and decisions, so they let Gus give his Gemini capsule a nickname, and it went about as well as you'd expect. This is the excerpt from his Wikipedia article (image description in alt text):

Fucking hilarious. There's a specific brand of humor you see in the early US space program that I just adore. It’s a phenomenal mix of like, 60's dry military humor (all these guys were airforce pilots), and the sheer incredulity of doing something as insane as going to space. (Also I would love to hear any ideas on switching up lesson 16 cause it was TERRIBLE! like the MC just died and they were supposed to be like "yeah okay I'm okay, huh? I'm the ancestor of Lilith? Yeah that's normal" and it was just a whole lot of trauma dumping but nothing getting solved and then the demons reactions to when belphie killed MC was just so lackluster and disappointing 😮‍💨😔

Harem Route

Unfortunately, this game won't have a harem route simply because 1. that's one of my issues with the og game and 2. it's a lot harder to write, especially with so many LIs. The best way to really get the experience would be to go through the routes of all your faves! It's worth noting I'm thinking of doing some eventual poly routes, but those would be predetermined (like, Asmo & Sol or something like that) instead of whichever two LIs the player chooses. That's mainly so I can still have consistent events for those LIs and a proper plot as well.

Chapter 16

Don't worry about chapter 16, definitely. I swear, that's probably the biggest issue that made me actually start this rewrite in the first place 😂 What you said was literally my reaction too! It seemed like they tried to build up to this huge and horrifying event, but it fell flat and there was no actual resolution, ugh.

In the rewrite, there will be no Lilith/ancestor storyline or MC getting traumatized that badly. I definitely still want it to be a proper climax with an oomph, but the dying, time travel, and door getting broken without all 7 pacts were all very badly done in my opinion. Belphegor's entire character and arc as well was just...no.

Instead, I plan to have (story hints warning in case people would prefer not to read this and be surprised when it comes out) a "sneaking out" storyline if the player chooses to rebel and meet Belphegor in secret. That quite changes the final event in ways I won't say, though it's still very angsty. Even if you don't choose to either trust or befriend Belphegor, though, he doesn't actually do something as horrific as the og game. MC also has a different yet still very important backstory that's not being Lilith's ancestor! That would spoil pretty major plot points though, so my lips are zipped. Stay tuned for it :))
