What made you ship it? you did, dearest. with your incredible art and passion for these two. seeing people openly and proudly love their crackship makes me so so happy and inspires me to ship right along with them.

What are your favorite things about the ship? they would have the CUTEST dynamic in the world. they're both such sweet girls and both need more of that in their lives imo.

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship? i'm gonna get eaten alive for this lmao but i don't actually think Tina is bi. there just hasn't been enough evidence in canon for me to be able to really see. HOWEVER my personal HC is that she's heteroflexible so i think some very special girl could catch her interest, and out of all the girls she's interacted with Becky is one of two that i can see her falling for (the other is Dillon because that ship is so valid).

Why don’t you ship it? i'm so attached to Zekina and Barryl it's not even funny, like at any given point i'm probably thinking about one or both of them lol.

What would have made you like it? if the ship had more content then just you trying your damnedest, i think it could really win me over. also if Becky was in more episodes interacting with everyone.

Despite not shipping it, do you have anything positive to say about it? it's a cute ship! plus they are so aesthetically pleasing to look at and place together. and i think you deserve a hell of a lot more credit for doing all the legwork for this ship. brava, darling!

But also benign Sea Serpent Hobie, who aids those lost at sea!

Who helps smaller local fishing buisnesses with sustainable fishing

Who looks out for this small fishing community and in return they warn him whenever hunters show up in the area!

Sea Serpent Hobie who is huge but still manages to hide perfectly in the kelp forests!

Who has bioluminescence and uses it both to terrify enemies and as a way to calm down people in distress, as a way for him to signal goodwill - and to show off when he feels like it!

Who can change his pigmentation similarly to octopi to communicate his mood and feelings! Or just to blend in with his surroundings (also as a nod to the way he changes filters in the movie!)

Sea Serpent Hobie who's frequently seen swimming with whale pods- Orcas being his favourites to hang out with (they sometimes go on yacht sinking trips together)

Considering learning to write (something I should do anyways) longer form content just for days I’m stuck in bed and can’t sit up.

I’ve technically written fanfic before but it was only like twice and I couldn’t even tell you how good it was cause it’s lost to the wind.

Emma had a big day today!! The chis got beans before dinner, so she practiced her tugging skills. It's still so much fun seeing her play like a real dog. ���

Then after dinner, I made trash enrichment for Addy, so I offered Emma a few paper balls of treats. I had to unwrap the first round, she was pretty unsure. After she got her nerve up, she started to nose through the paper a bit more! We tried some loose balls and she started to really get into it! She even worked up to a medium tight one before we finished.

i am trying to start a routine where every night before bed i try to write a poem. I usually only write at times of GREAT emotional overwhelm and its never really a feel good nice time… mostly venting.

But I’m reading Upstream by Mary Oliver, and she emphasizes at one point a “writing schedule” being a good idea for young writers, and to be honest i have never truly seen writing poetry as a skill to be honed. It’s been a coping mechanism for me ever since middle school. I had always only ever heard poetry creation referred to as a sort of off-the-cuff emotional expression, and only since getting into miss Oliver’s work have I begun to see it as something that, yes, you can jump into at the drop of a hat and occasionally produce something raw and expressive and touching, but also something that does take time and practice to make better.

That being said, the fact that i ONLY write at my negative emotional peaks and have only been doing that since i was 12 is… not the most efficient way to evolve that skill. So the last couple nights I’ve written a short poem in my journal before bed. I hadn’t written one in quite a long time (mental health brag?) so the first was observational, about the pictures on my wall, and not what i would consider my best, but i really liked writing about something softer and more slice of life, it turned out cute (i posted it).

Tonight i wrote one based off of something i heard on a podcast tonight, when one of the hosts misspoke and said some words that sounded different together than what she’d originally meant. But it inspired me so i went to my room and i wrote it down, and im really happy with it, its the nicest poem ive probably ever written (nicest as in vibe, not from a technical standpoint). I might post it soon!

Anyways, any original poetry I post will be tagged “Lz.” if your curiosity is ever piqued. I have written and posted other poems but id have to find the and reblog them with my new tag, so for now theres only the one i mentioned earlier.

TL;DR: poetry is awesome and fun, but is also a skill that i have decided to finally actively hone, after years of purely vent poetry. i may post my results from time to time, so i hope you enjoy!
