#this weekend i was talking to my friend about the zelda cycle (tm) and she was just like#'yknow. it feels like everyone who likes video games hates video games'#couldn't be me bitch#if i'm not having fun i go home#totk isn't perfect but it's also wonderful and i'm still very pleased by it as a sequel and standalone game#it's just a delight to play. sorry.#if you can't expand on the story for yourself and appreciate the more subtle environmental stuff#that's a skill issue#which like cool if it's not for you!#and you have every right to complain!#but i can also explain why i love it anyway#and express annoyance at the bad vibes esp so close to the anniversary
