I have so many headcanons on their designs and such so just bear with me

- I honestly see Astro as a sort of centipede, a nocturnal arthropod that is actually pretty chill if you don't antagonize them. I also see him as having ADHD combined with narcolepsy, he's always moving his hands underneath his blanket and his mind is always racing despite constantly being fatigued.

- Razzle and Dazzle are rats, why? The rat king phenomenon! This is one of my only voice headcanons but they sound like ENA, specifically the newer one

- Dandy is a False Dandelion. I also base my design of him on a Ammit, which has the head of a crocodile, the upper body of a lion, and the lower body of a hippo, his Twisted form reflects this the most. I also see Dandy as bigender. Him and Sprout are also brothers with Sprout being the older one.

- Speaking of Sprout, I honestly see him acting like a MMO healer while on runs (Examples; “No, I'm not out of tapes, I just don't like you”, “If you get in the way you deserve to get hit”, “You got one shot, I can't out-heal stupidity”.)

- Shelly has other dino features, although it's actually based on cephalopod’s using tools, her tentacles hold onto replicas of fossils that give her the illusion of having a tail, horns, etc, and she can change them out. Also she has ADHD, she just matches the symptoms more instead of autism (Autistic and even AuDHD Shelly's are valid tho).

- Vee has high functioning ASPD that's comorbid with Autism, yes I did as much research as possible as to not demonize either, but I personally see her with these two disorders, as due to being a robot she doesn't feel complex emotions and has a weak sense of right and wrong (outside of her programming, that is), she doesn't feel guilty for being blunt, rude, or for not noticing others feelings, but she does try to make up for it if someone points it out, even if she doesn't feel bad about it.

- Pebble is a Toy Poodle, and Coal is a Saint Bernard, with Pebble being a service animal and Coal being a search and rescue mountain dog, in the cartoon they were both used to show kids how dogs can help people outside of being companions, that service dogs shouldn't be distracted or pet without permission, and that they shouldn't be scared of working dogs in certain situations no matter how big or intimidating they seem. Also they're very much ‘Old dog, young dog' dynamic.

- Shrimpo has low functioning ASPD and struggles to hide his symptoms. No pronouns and AroAce.

- Gigi is a chameleon, simply because chameleons will grab onto whatever you hand them, self explanatory.

- Goob and Scraps are chimeras instead of being a dog and a cat, Looey is their oldest sibling, no reason for this, it just showed up in my mind and I can't get rid of it, Goob and Scraps honorary circus members as a result. Goob also has Ataxia (Impaired balance and coordination, specifically in his arms, which causes clumsy movements) and Hypotropia (downward facing misaligned eye) which causes weaker vision in his ‘lazy’ eye.

I'm going to stop now because I'm just rambling at this point.

First of all, I am so sorry for leaving this in your dorm without permission, I know you said you don't mind, but I'm still sorry, I promise i didn't touch anything but I did leave another thing with this letter I'll give you some clues it's cute fluffy and may or may not be possessed by the spirit of a dead child....I know it's not that in theme for valentine's day but it was so adorable I couldn't not get it.

And before you freak out, this letter is written in red ink, not blood, turns out you can't write a full letter in blood, it's way too liquid, and also you'd need a ton of it.........so if you see me with a bandage around my finger You know why.

I know I'm sorry, but I thought it would have been so romantic to write my love for you in my own blood. It would have been like a sign that our love will be eternal, not that it already isn't. I would gladly rip my heart out and give it to you just to show you that it beats only for you if I could survive without it, like a zombie or like corpse bride I love that movie...........I just got the best idea for a couple cosplay.

Looks like I'm rambling even in a letter, sorry, but you do always say you love when I ramble about stuff I like, even with how gorey and creepy it may be, you still listen with so much interest, that's one of the many things I love about you.

And that's why I'm writing this in the first place, to tell you all the things I love about you, well not really I would need way more than a piece of paper to list all of them, your smile, your hair, your face, your screams, your laughter, your voice,your blood, your eyes, your inside (granted I've never seen them but I bet they look just as amazing as the rest of you)

The point is I love literally everything about you and just wanted to put it to paper on valentine's day, I assume you're already my valentine probably, is that how it works? Does it come in the package once you start dating? We become each other's valentines for all the following valentine's days? Anyway, still I love you and just wanted you to know that you're the love of my life and I wouldn't change that for the world.

The last thing I want to say is....thank you, just thank you for being in my life, I know we already talked about this and you don't like me to bring this up since it's in the past but I've stopped with the cuts ever since I met you and I think that just shows how great you are, you've helped me past the worst stage of my life and I genuinely could never thank you enough for that, every time I look at the scars I just smile and thank you, because you did that, you helped me move past that and you deserve the world for it, but my love will have to do.

Wow, it's been a while since I got this emotional over anything, but I guess that's kind of the point of valentine's day, to show the person you love just how much you love them, and i hope you felt that in this letter.

So let me say this one last time here, thank you darling, I love you with all of my heart ❤️

She is talking to the MC as normal until she notices the supposed hickey and stops in her tracks, an emotion flaring in her that she knows too well. Jealously. Leaning closer, she inspects MC's neck; when MC tries to ask what she's doing, she just raises her hand to stop them.

"What is that doing there?" Points to the MC's neck, already knowing the answer but hoping that actually hearing it from the MC's mouth might calm her heart slightly, stop the emotions raging within her. When told it's a bug bite, she instantly goes back to normal, recommending bug sprays and other antidotes to help the swelling. Inside she is actively imagining how it feels to leave a hickey on MC, her ears blushing at the thought.

Cy -

Sees the supposed hickey, death glare at MC neck. The rest of the day they are quiet, constantly staring at the spot and making sure that they are positioned where they can see, like they can scare it off MC's body. Stuck between hurt and understanding. They missed their chance with the MC, letting it fall through their fingers like sand; they have no right to be upset, but the ache in their heart just won't die down.

When confronted, they will crumble and act as petty as possible to protect themself, pointing to the spot. "Were you thinking of me when you got...that? Just to let you know, I would have been 100 times better." When told it's a bug bite, instantly their face is covered in a blush; they're running for the nearest exit without an explanation.

A -

Sees the hickey, shock, annoyance, and maybe a slight smidge of jealousy. Not that any of it shows on their face. Waits for MC to be distracted by something and sneaks up behind them, analysing the hickey with a critical eye. Make's sure to leave another next to it even bigger. When the MC turns around, they just grin at them. "Sorry, I thought you were an open buffet."

When told it's just a bug bite, they just continue to grin at MC. "Do you want me to kiss it better?" By the end of the day, it is an actual hickey.

Salem -

Soon as she sees the MC's neck, she goes into detective mode. Analysing the MC's body language and movements with a straight face. Trying to figure out if her worst thoughts might be true. Will start asking the MC questions in a thinly veiled integration. Where were you last night? Did you meet anyone new?, etc.

If the MC catches on and asks what's wrong, she will just say that she's not the one with something wrong and point to the MC's neck. As soon as she knows it's a bug bite, she's embarrassed and questioning her own skills at deduction. Will avoid the MC for the rest of the day and spill everything to Harper when they are alone.

Harper -

Sees the supposed hickey and instantly reverts back into their shell, won't know how to interact with the MC for the rest of the day in case of randomly blurting something out. Mentally scolding themself the whole time for not trying to tell the MC their feelings when they could, going to take a prep talk from Salem to actually build up enough confidence to talk to the MC about it.

Goes to speak with the MC and instantly starts questioning the decision, just lets out a hurried. "I-if you're going to be...interacting with people, p-please be careful.". When the MC tells them it's a bug bite, they instantly blush and start rambling. "W-well that's good then, n-not good that you got bit—" Ends up running away and hiding until MC or Salem finds them.

rindou would always be late to school and no one cared, everyone stopped caring after a while. but ever since he started dating you, he's always early just to wait for you at the gates so you could walk to class together.

ran also doesn't care about being late to class but rindou is usually there to make sure he doesn't sleep the whole day. well now ran has to make use of the annoying alarm clock since his little brother decided to be a boy in love. good for him i guess, he'd think to himself.

i think that's how everyone would figure out something was happening between you two. one day, rindou just decided to be super early to school and is just standing around by the gates. people were already whispering and looking at him, but it doubled when you arrived.

"what the hell?" you froze and rindou looked up from his phone. he grinned upon seeing you, taking out an earphone. "why are you early? this is so weird, oh my god."

"hey, can't help i wanted to see you sooner," he said, chasing you when you started walking ahead of him.

"get away from me, you're not rindou! what did you do to him?!" you picked up the pace and let a smile appear when he laughed.

everyone immediately starts talking, and the word spreads like wildfire. which you obviously expected. you had more reason to hide your relationship with rindou compared to your ex, but this time will be different.

you didn't like basketball—even before fumio, you never liked it. you hated it even more after him. but it's not so bad anymore. it's not so bad when you're at the outdoor court, alone with rindou, watching him do a bunch of tricks that he said would "make the crowd go wild if he was on the team." it's not so bad when you're in his backyard, playing with him and sometimes with ran too.

rindou was a better and more patient teacher than fumio. it's something you didn't expect from him at all. patience. fumio tried playing basketball with you too, but he hated it because you sucked so bad and he'd try to teach you but he gets pretty emotional when you can't get it right. when you look back on it you think, why didn't you just dump him at that moment?

now that you're with rindou, he plays basketball with you just to spend time together. it didn't matter that you weren't that good at it, he'd never get frustrated with you and i mean, how could he when you seem to be having some fun? yeah. you think basketball's fun with rindou now.

your favourite moment has got to be when he carried you on his shoulders in front of the hoop, giving you a closer distance to throw the ball in. he's not that tall so you couldn't just dunk it in. because of that, the moment wasn't as cute as he was imagining, but you were giggling over sitting on his shoulders and feeling taller and getting the ball in more easily. the moment wasn't as cute as he was imagining because it turned out to be even cuter. it's really just because of you though.

for a while, you made it clear to him that you wanted absolutely no pda in school and he respected that. so this was causing a lot of discussion among other students—were you dating or just really good friends? "but why is y/n friends with the delinquent to begin with?" not many people knew about the times you tutored each other so it was still a pretty huge surprise when you started appearing around the school together.

it was an even bigger shock when on white day, rindou came to school with a little bouquet of your favourite flowers and a burned cd with songs that reminded him of you. it had "for y/n, on white day" written on it. (your valentines day gift for him was a lot more subtle, so not many people had connected the dots at the time).

ever since that day, showing affection in school started small. rindou would sit by your desk just to chat or sit in silence with you as you ate lunch together. he'd also share his earphones with you, letting you listen to all the playlists he's made about you, or songs he just likes at the moment.

then you started holding hands. and sometimes he'd have an arm around your shoulders as you walked. everyone is still in shock whenever they see you two together. it was just, such an unlikely pair. smartest girl in class with a delinquent, no one can wrap their heads around it to this day.

the kicker is that some of rindou's grades had went from Fs and Ds… to Cs, and you don't even tutor him that much. he started paying a bit more attention in class, maybe because he started gaining a bit of interest in some subjects after hearing you ramble on and on about actually interesting things you've learnt in class.

now all you need to know about fumio is that he started dating the first year manager but it lasted like two weeks before she finally realized how shitty of a boyfriend he is. and when that didn't work out, he tried talking to you again, thinking you'll obviously want him back again if you had the chance. besides, your parents love him more than they'd like rindou and your classmates ship the two of you anyway. you two will always look great together.

but he was so fucking wrong. rindou meets your mom for the first time when he walks you home after school and she had gotten home from work early. safe to say, she prefers the boyfriend who helps her do the dishes, isn't picky about the food she makes and compliments her cooking instead of comparing it to what the private chef at his home is making. your mom loves nothing more than seeing rindou stuffing his face with rice and katsu, speaking with a slight mouth full, "ma'am, this is michelin."

and your dad prefers the boyfriend who doesn't treat you as competition all the time, and listens to him ramble about all kinds of stuff in the living room. turns out, they don't care that the new boyfriend has tattoos on his body or dyes his hair and has piercings. he's good to you, and your family. fumio's got nothing on rindou. he's everything you want.

I find it kind of funny how, when you really think about it, Celestia is a really complex and layered character with a lot of emotional depths to explore (the pain she endured from having to banish her own sister, the pressure and responsibility she bears as the ruler of a kingdom, the betrayal she felt at Sunsets turn, etc.) and yet all of that is overshadowed by how easily she gets bodied at every possible turn.

Like, out of every major villain encounter in the show, she was really only helpful in like, what…Two of them? Maybe? The rest of the time she just shows up for a split-second and then *BAM* instant knockout.

I understand that from a writing perspective you have to find ways of removing her from these conflicts so that the main characters can have the focus (that’s also a major problem that Discord has post-redemption) but at a certain point it just becomes a thing of “man, you really can’t do ANYTHING on your own, huh?”

It becomes clear that the show didn’t quite know what to do with her once Twilight became a princess, and so they leaned more into her goofball tendencies (which I personally loved, but I could see others being annoyed by it) and it just makes me wish we could’ve gotten at least one more episode for her to really shine, like in Celestial Advice.

Anyways, ramble over, just wanted to say that I have nothing but respect for our dearly beloved Princess Fraudlestia 🫶💛

I think the showrunners lacked imagination and creativity regarding her and whenever they wanted to prop up a character, they preffered to knock down another character for that to happen. For example, everyone loses to Chrysalis off screen just so starlight can beat chrysalis with a few friends, it just isnt very creative or compelling Celestia suffered from this long before Twilight became a Princess, too. Hell, on episode friggin 1 Nightmare Moon returns amd Celestia doesn't show her face until she's been defeated, on Discord's episode she decides to literally only send letters to twilight instead of tryin to face discord herself in any way lmao. She's smart for that, thats for sure

I've written Celestia a couple dozen times, but I never ever want to just cut her out of a fight or a struggle just to make another character look better. And hell I don't even use the old superman excuse where she 'doesnt interfere bc if she goes all out she'll be too powerful and kill everything' she's a thousand years old! She's had centuries to refine her power and capabilities!

But I digress. My response to "This show does a character dirty" is never to take that in face value and interpret them as dirty too. Like, just bc the show tells me Cozy Glow deserves to be in Tartarus, doesn't mean I'll blindly believe them >:/ Just because the show tells me Celestia is useless doesn't mean I'll blindly accept it! After all, useless fraudlestia ran Equestria for a 1000 years. Perfect Twilight Sparkle didn't even canonically last 100.

yes, basically what I enjoy to think about Blaine and the Klaine dynamics sometimes ^^^ though, I think it's more like he does understand Kurt in calmer private moments, but then when he's in the mood for fun and impulsive, he can be a little foil to Kurt in public and Kurt has learnt to forgive and love him through all.

But back to the subject of Superpower!AU sorry I want to ramble off from your response too!

"the topic of blaine, empathy and how he processes his feelings is so fascinating to me so…" YES that's why I think Empath would be such a fascinating superpower for Blaine. I don't think Blaine needs superpower to feel empath - canonly, I think he has been displayed he is able to read people very well when he pays attention to. Empath Superpower is basically he isn't just able to read them but READ AND FEEL THEM VERY WELL, UNINTENTIONALLY AND CONSTANTLY - so you can imagine how hilarious it is, if Blaine - someone who is shown to crave positive responses in canon - got to constantly feel positive responses from others whenever he performs, which would explaine why he can sometimes so wild and impulsive - because he is SO HAPPY WHEN OTHERS ARE HAPPY.

(So you help you understand about Empath superpower: The user can fully interpret the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others without reading apparent symptoms, allowing them to understand introverts or discover one emotion is actually hiding another... (powerlisting.fandom.com/wiki/Empathy))

So yeah, in short, I think Empath would be a perfectly funny superpower for Blaine to have because it's the kind of power that would make Blaine thrives but also a foil to himself lol.

On another note, to answer your tags about Kurt superpower, I've thought long and hard about this to eventually has an answer that I'd be happy with. (But no, probably not mindreader because I'm afraid a delusional-and-conniving Kurt Hummel can only thrive with this kind of superpower lol. And I want a superpower that helps Kurt thrive and a foil to himself instead)

So I select Invisibility. To elaborate, think of how Kurt can totally thrive with this power: he can still totally schemming evil plans and stuffs - and seeing how he always acts innocent after doing wrong things, imagine how he would love this power and the ability to deny doing anything at times.

Additionally, thinks of how in many performances (esp in s1 I think) when other members dance and sing, and Kurt just sat there, close-off and clearly not wanting to join in. And look annoyed or even murderous when people want him to join in. it would be funny imagining Kurt keeps disappearing whenever others ask him to join in the songs that he doesn't like. And last but not least, IMAGINE HOW FUNNY IT IS FOR KURT to desperately want to turn invisible right away whenever Blaine sings about Kurt's feelings unintentionally in public, but he also HAS TO stay visible because "he wants to keep a good impression with Blaine" or "wants to show he's supporting him." Imagine that funny mental conflicts!

But of course, Invisibility would also be a personal foil to Kurt in the way he has to learn not to dissappear from his friends and loved ones whenever he's in pain and wants to close-off, and has to stay visible so they can support and comfort him. Which would be so lovely conflict as well~

Oh! But to answer your response as well, I agree that it makes their relationships much more special, in spite all of their worst tendincies and superpower shenenigans, which is for Blaine to face his real feelings and not focusing on others emotions and for Kurt to be honest with blaine and not dissappearing or closing off when he's embarrassed or hurt. This conversation honestly enrichs my fantasy about their superpower!AU

i forgor to say this earlier in my animal post but i also think some blaine songs are inappropriate because they seem to capture more how KURT feels at that moment ABOUT blaine, but because blaine is singing it, it feels like hes making fun of him. just evil.

I keep thinking about Merlin’s love for Arthur and how it’s so clearly portrayed in the show to the point that it practically drives the plot of the show. However when it comes to Arthur’s love for Merlin it’s more subtle and sometimes difficult to even grasp, and I started thinking why that was, aside from the obvious fact that Arthur has a lot of trouble expressing his emotions affection or otherwise. I think it also lies in the fact that Merlin knows Arthur intrinsically throughout the show; he is one of the closest people to Arthur, and sees him for who he really is. Arthur admits as much.

Sure, Arthur knows Merlin but the main part of the plot is that he really doesn't know Merlin. Merlin wants him to desperately understand him and “see me for who I am” but he can't yet. And I think this subconsciously creates a barrier in the way in which Arthur can care for Merlin, and how Merlin can let himself be seen by Arthur.

Which is why I think he was also so hurt when the magic reveal happens because more than the betrayal of Merlin having magic, it was the betrayal of Merlin not letting Arthur see him for who he really is and for hiding a main part of himself. Arthur says it himself “why did you never tell me” that’s what hurt him the most.

I think the most damning piece of evidence for this is the fact that while we see snippets of Arthur’s feelings for Merlin thought the show, the biggest signs are in the last episode after the magic reveal; in which he finally gets to understand Merlin, and this time REALLY know Merlin, and as the barriers of what held them back from understanding each other truly fall away, Arthur evidently “falls in love with Merlin all over again”. We see him actually express himself to Merlin.

This is another reason why I think if anyone was ever to create another season of Merlin after Arthur’s return, it’s physically impossible not to make it about Merlin and Arthur acknowledging their feelings for each other. Because there is no way forward without them acknowledging how deeply they care for each other, obviously anyone is free to argue what kind of love that is, but its impossible not to see the deep love there either way.

They always knew they loved each other, just maybe never realising how much and what that means, because its almost second nature to everything that they do.

idk i do like hearing peoples perspectives and arguments about transfeminism, but i believe what i believe about it because the arguments for it are effective and the evidence we have supports their conclusions. yea they also help me conceptualize events in my life through a transfeminist lens but that is what theoretical frameworks are For, they begin with the evidence and describe the experience.

i think semantic arguments and talk of empty unity and dismissing through sexualization are just as much tactics of argumentation and to me they're are highly ineffective in doing anything but making the people using them look good to an uninformed observer. its the reason we say a lot that some people here have a "vibes based politics" because it's clear from their arguments and rhetoric that they think of these arguments as a way to display an image rather than to actually have a discussion.

thats why im pissy and get upset and block people, they're just wasting peoples time for their own egos rather engaging with any of these concepts or acknowledging that what they know might not be totalizing. the desperation to have a perfect unsullied and intelligent image is why posts like mine pointing out a subtle dogwhistle will get backlash that amounts to telling me i'm making it up. i am communicating to them that there is a piece of knowledge that they might not have considered or even known is offensive to them so they reach for reactionary defenses instead of treating the trans woman in front of them like a person

✨ Star Friends ✨

When I found out that @chessman-protocol boy Crit liked Astronomy, let’s just say I was beyond estatic and immediately planned this little comic. Here’s to my boy Vincent doing his best to make friends with folks who share similar interests 😅💙

Funny enough, I didn’t realize I put this in Vincent character’s until I looked at the whole thing, but Vincent very much shares the lack of stranger danger the way I did/ I do to this day. To quote one of my past managers I’m “abnormally friendly” or whatever

I can’t tell you how many times even as a small child (drove my parents nuts) that I saw a cool person with whatever connecting factor and I just straight up walked to them and was like “Ok cool. We’re friends now.” And nobody’s really stopped me? So apparently I have friends now. 😆

Vincent however is just a wholesome baby boy who doesn’t realize he’s actually an intimidating hunk of a turtle and randomly walking up to strangers and not saying anything can be taken the wrong way.

Like I said, he’s trying his best. He wasn’t exactly the most socialized if you can’t tell, but he does love dearly and is certainly a boone of a friend to have once you get past the inevitable social awkwardness. He’s loyal to put because he really doesn’t know better, and I adore him for that. Anyway, dunno if Crit knows any ASL or not, but either way Vincent is just excited to meet somebody else who likes space ✨🌌 💙
