sorry everyone, I'm very much alive 🏃‍♂️
sorta homeless, staying with a friend. got a house in my name from the 19th onwards so that's chill! chronically ill, too fatigued to do a lot of things but I'm trying 🤟 kind of accepting that I'm joining the disability club.
trying my hand at art again, but very very slowly easing back into it. appreciate those who reached out to me <3

meals: this week i've eaten breakfast every day, which has been tough but rewarding. sometimes i just had an apple, but i made a batch of these delicious chocolate protein baked oats with blueberries and they were so good! i'm still vegetarian so i've had some nice meals from school for lunch most days. i've also had a lot of delicious pasta for dinner with yummy veggies<3
exercise: monday, wednesday, saturday: morning run 5:30am, training to 5k. so far, i've ran 3k in 17:16!! little successes<3
tuesday, thursday: school track sessions -> 6x400m, 10x300m. or gym session
friday, sunday: rest day<3
school: it's exam week and so far i've done english lang, french, geography, history, and biology. i think they all went great! i'll post my results when i get them back soon, but i predict mostly 7s, 8s, and 9s
mental health: 8/10. so happy that it's summer and my birthday is next week! i'm getting a garmin fitness watch and some gymshark clothes

Daily check in– Day 66<3

Workouts:
went ice skating with my best friend!!!!🧸⛸️🤍
walked tons, can't even remember when tbh
Steps: 26 437
Eating:
breakfast - a carrot, a grilled sandwich<33, leftover pancakes with yogurt, 4 brazil nuts, ½ chocolate protein mousse
lunch - some salad, chicken with mashed potatoes + lowkey demolished 2 rows of chocolate, 3 choc cookies, some brownie and a choc protein bar (it was worth it tho and I missed sugar so I'm not that upset about it)
dinner - went to Mc with my friend and got a mcchicken, some fries, a chocolate croissant and an oreo caramel mcflurry :33!!!
Water intake: almost 2 liters
Sleep: 8 hours!!
Studying:
spent 3.5 hours on forest!!
read 70 pages first thing in the morning
did some english tutoring homework
did some math homework as well!!
Screen time: low!!
Self care:
turmeric and ginger homemade face mask while reading ₊˚⊹ᰔ
Didn't really beat myself up for not eating right, even though I'm cutting sugar atm and should have stsrted lowering my carbs, I can just start again tomorrow
I think it's understandable that I binged and I didn't even expect anything else, can't wait for picture day to be over so I can just eat whatever I want again !!
Emotion log:
Ice skating was so fun, and I was able to truly enjoy all the food I had today (maybe enjoyed a bit too much hahah) almost guilt-free!!!
I might have ACCIDENTALLY burned like 1050 c@ls but I swear I didn't mean to do thatttt
Thoughts for tomorrow:
Yeah so the hell starts tomorrow, no carbs, sugar OR salt so I'll live off of greek yogurt, chicken and avocado and be really sad and tired!!! (just for a short while tho dw)
