i finished the ve\lma show and wow. that was an underwhelming finale. i will not be back for the second season.

#its a 10 ep season #first ep was not good #the middle episodes....between ep 5 to ep 8 were solid #by ep 8 i thought they were heading somewhere and then all of that work becomes undone in ep 9 and 10 #and im pretty sure that for ep 7-10--there was additional joke rewrites #to make it more relevant #the best thing about the show (which unfortunately is not enough to continue watching)#is constance wu's daphne #cant believe they got cherry jones as fred's mother and they did that #okay i guess #anyway i watched it so #meh

watching misfits and magic 2 after skipping season 1 (harry potter rip off stories dont super appeal to me but taking them out of the school setting made it 100x more entertaining) and....... listen... why are sam and evan kind of. hm. hmm.

#theyre like m/f yuri. to me. do u get it #this isnt just me shipping the nearest guy and girl together i promise #all their tender moments. their natural chemistry #i dont fully get k and evan's old deal but it kind of seemed like they brought out worse sides of each other(?)#whereas sam and evan. how genuine they are as ppl now w/ evan becoming comfortable being 'weird' + sam wanting to meet ppl where theyre at #it cooks and idk if they know it #ofc they make fantastic friends and id b perfectly happy with just that #i just think they have a really sweet chemistry that would make for a cute romance #misfits and magic #misfits and magic 2 #evan kelmp #sam britain #dimension 20 #on ep 10 rn so idk where its going. romance isnt a big focus this season so id be shocked if anything actually happened

i am just. so fully zen on the topic of whether or not Tommy will be in the show past 706. Even if its only 1 or 2 more eps this season (considering there are only 10 & I dont think he'll be in 707), i'm just. So far from not worried about it. Could I be wrong? perhaps. I don't think I am tho because I too have read all the interviews, and literally nothing said in them worries me considering we also have everything Oliver & Tim have said about the BuckTommy relationship.

Maybe I'll have to eat my words, who knows, but why worry about it?

Edit: to add on, i think it's actually just generally more important to continue to show support for Lou as Tommy & BuckTommy. I do NOT think BuckTommy is breaking up, it's just a matter of whether or not Lou will get more scenes in this season. Which i think is possible. But only scenes in 1 or 2 eps, most likely ep 10 being one of those. So what's VERY important, like i said, is to show support for Tommy! That way Tim sees it and brings him back for season 8. s8 will be back to 18 - 22 episodes most likely (depends on how much ABC orders!) That is where we'd get more story. That is what people should be aiming for.

Sometimes I feel really bad for Vi. In the world she isn't in everyone is well fed, safe, grew up happy together, the cities are reconciled. But in her timeline she doesn't get an inch of happiness and has to just keep losing everyone again and again. Truly the eldest daughter to end all eldest daughters, that losing streak is multiverses wide.

#yes i know she gets a 'happy' ending with Cait but imo too little too late #esp bc its clear she's singing the song for Jinx to mourn her but has to modulate her tone and pretend she's thinking about her mom #since that's more socially acceptable #arcane #vi arcane #anyways i wish s2 was actually 2 seasons or even 10 eps long because none of Vi's trauma is ever properly explored and she deserved better #like a lot of characters had serious gaps in their writing but vi is practically non existent in s2

finished clone high s2 and it wasn't amazing but it was fun and that's what matters 👍🏿

#the characters really carried the season eye think. the plots were a lot more eccentric/less grounded than s1 #which isnt necessarily a bad thing but i liked how the 1st season felt so natural #had a lot of good gags n jokeys too #for me eps 3 8 and 9 were the best ones #in total for me its like a uuuuuhhhhhh 7/10 #i liked it! cant wait for season 3 #clone high #fav charas were scudworth frida + topher #also joan is a very fun mc

i agree with you 100% im not the biggest psi fan but s2 & s3 were entertaining it just took time to establish itself

exactly. like yea it took its time but bc they had to explain how the world's society reached psi's state, otherwise the rest of the story wouldn't make sense and there would be a bunch of plot holes

#in comparison to lotw who did NOT need 4 seasons #the story could have had 3 seasons with 10 ep each and it would have still been enough to tell the story #sol was too messy to be “boring” and arcanum was saved by its own concept #im glad its not just me feeling like this #me & liz surorile sisters 💪

season 2 episode 10+11 will graham really was some of the most insane television experiences i have had in a long time like my ass really thought he'd gone right off the deep end into murdering willy nilly and i was HERE for it like
