i am just. so fully zen on the topic of whether or not Tommy will be in the show past 706. Even if its only 1 or 2 more eps this season (considering there are only 10 & I dont think he'll be in 707), i'm just. So far from not worried about it. Could I be wrong? perhaps. I don't think I am tho because I too have read all the interviews, and literally nothing said in them worries me considering we also have everything Oliver & Tim have said about the BuckTommy relationship.

Maybe I'll have to eat my words, who knows, but why worry about it?

Edit: to add on, i think it's actually just generally more important to continue to show support for Lou as Tommy & BuckTommy. I do NOT think BuckTommy is breaking up, it's just a matter of whether or not Lou will get more scenes in this season. Which i think is possible. But only scenes in 1 or 2 eps, most likely ep 10 being one of those. So what's VERY important, like i said, is to show support for Tommy! That way Tim sees it and brings him back for season 8. s8 will be back to 18 - 22 episodes most likely (depends on how much ABC orders!) That is where we'd get more story. That is what people should be aiming for.

Let's talk about some stuff! SZN 3: SPOILERS I watched the season after I saw some spoilers on X and from friends lmao. I didn't sleep. Sorry for the typos n shit. I need to vent.

- First off, Syd and Cousin carried the whole fxcking SZN on their backs, while Carmy was too busy being a psycho. Ayo n Ebon deserves all the awards. JAW is a fantastic actor - 10/10 for all 3 of them. Everyone else did great too, Napkin was 😭😭😭 AYO DID THAT. Those 3 are legends in my eyes!!!! If Ayo leaves or if the writers do her dirtier in SZN 4 I'm DONE. I cried for her this SZN, n for Carm too.

- All of Sydcamry scenes for some reason gave me butterflies even though they drifted farther apart each eps. Syd getting Carmy's dish was top tier - incredible writing from the writers. I just need them to explain more - what is the purpose of having Syd n Carmy tied together - if Claire is so great why not tied her to Carmy? Why does she seem like someone who died, haunting Carmy like his toxic boss? She more unbearable this season n I think it's intentional.

- Some ppl were saying Claire had alittle more substance this SZN and I beg to differ. She's like a dead gf to me. Her scenes with Carmy are so cold, dead, and heavy - like a burden. She triggers my anxiety n I don't know y - n I don't want to be mean, but just how their scene are edited, it literally puts me at the edge of a panic attack. The writers had the audacity to call her PEACE. I did not experience peace watching her scene and I think Carmy feels the same way from the jump. So, Fxck no, she ain't PEACE, that's Syd and it's obvious.

- Claire being labeled as PEACE makes no sense - the writers are trying too hard n it's make me sick. If she's so great, let her n Carmy run/manage The Bear.

- Syd is the invisible string that's holding everyone together in this chaotic sh!thole, while babysitting Carmy and keeping him from combusting. Unc, Nat, Pete, COUSIN, Marcus, and everyone else are staying afloat because Syd is the fxcking life vest that's strapped to their chest.

- Syd is calm, organized, observant, caring, considerate etc. Yet, these fxcking writers said Claire was peace- that line had my blood boilingggggggg.

- Syd's relationship with her Dad is everything

- Sydcarmy is sooo far apart it physically hurts. They didn't even do ther sign thing over their chest this season.......I get this feeling (just a FEELING) that Syd might be in love or has a crush on CARMY 😭😭😭. The margin wider scene gave me that vibe. When you like someone, you notice every little thing they do. There were times I wanted her to hug him soooo bad, I just felt like if she did if would've grounded him. He really needed a hug this season.

- Something I think some of you might have missed. Remember SZN1 Ep1 when Syd said her dad ate at The Beef on Sundays. We got confirmation from Carm, in SZN 3 that The Beef/The Bear only closes on Sundays. 😂😂🤣😂 (this was in the scene with him n Claire in a dark room or whatever. It might have been a dream scene idk) So, Carm knew Syd lied. I need the writers to have Carm n Syd talk about it and the meal she had in NYC. These are only a few important stuff they hid in the storytelling and I need to know WHYYYYYYYY.

- Carmy had a panic attack during service. Syd's voice took him off the edge. And I must say, her voice could really calm me down too lmao.

These fxcking writers are lowkey abusing Syd at this point. She's being stretched thin, and again this is also why I think she's in love with Carmy. It hurts her, but she's so into him, connected to him physically n mentally. It's really hard for her to let him or The Bear. It reminds me of the time Donna said "I make things pretty for others, but no one makes things pretty for me" not being verbatim lol. Syd did sooo much heavy lifting this SZN and no one noticed it, they all subconsciously over look her and gave all praises to Claire and making her the peace and angel.

- We finally saw Syd broke tf down in ep 10. Baby girl couldn't be strong anymore. She doesn't want to leave Carmy or The Bear but after the round table talk with the workers from Ever. She realized that Carmy - the person she idolize or even love/crush on, might not be good for her. Carmy is trying but the communication is lacking so bad, and on top of that he's pushing her away.

At this point, the partnership agreement seems like a trap to keep her. If Unc cut his connection to The Bear that's going to be Syd last straw. And if she leaves, I kinda see Tina, Marcus, and maybe COUSIN going with her or they will stay and give Carmy HELLL for losing her. The tables would turn. Everyone is so hang up on Claire leaving, if Syd leaves, Claire would go straight through the window. That would be the moment of realization (for all of them. Especially Carmy) that the woman he really NEEDS is Syd and not Claire. But for some reason, they all think Syd ain't going nowhere which is so naive. She got a bigggg offer and I can't wait to see when she tells Carmy. Would he confess her importance to him to keep her? Would he beg her to stay? Would he listen more or communicate more to keep her? Would he ask her what would make her stay at The Bear? Or would he be a b!tch and tell her to go cauase it's a great opportunity? And then after confess that he's having a hard time letting her go. Very interesting stuff.

- Last thing - Unc talking to Syd. I was shock he was looking to Syd for answers as to what's going on with Carmy. This was also telling. Unc believes or senses that these too are CLOSE. And Syd being a good gf/partner kept her mouth closed. SYD is an angel sent from heaven, cause I would be so done with The Bear😭😭😭😭.

We saw that Carmy and Syd are having conversations that we are not seeing on screen. For example, he asked her about her new apartment. When did she tell him?? He then asked about her dad. Sir, what about her dad? Did she tell him about the annoying bathroom exchange? Are they sharing more about their personal life that we, the audience is not seeing? So many fxcking questions in SZN3.

This is just my thoughts. I saw the season once so this not an analysis.

Fruits Basket Manga Review , ch 110

The writer doesn’t need to rush to akito (antagonist) & give us quick background exposition & escalate her mentality to the exploding moment, simply cuz tohru (the protagonist) isn’t emotionally in her most vulnerable moment yet. Tohru’s issues will be presented deeper  with each pov chapter she’ll have. So what should the writer do now?

This is a connected plot, meaning the emotions belonging to the previous chapter are still lingering & needs to be dealt with. There is no stupid laughing & cooking or even dumber momentarily amnesia. Nope! There is this:

-The Art of Writing Slow-Burns: (Lingering Emotions:)

Last time kyo hugged tohru thro the sheets. sth he wouldn’t do if it weren’t for the heartbreaking moment of tohru’s tears & the reason behind them. Why wouldn he do it? cuz he believes he’s the reason of her pain & is setting his mind on leaving her & being imprisoned as a punishment. He  wouldn’t do it cuz he loves her but he did it cuz he loves her. why? cuz love is illogical. Kyo’s heart moved him effortlessly to embrace her & “ his tenderness covered her pain” as the writer put it at the end of ch109.

Last time tohru hugged kyo thro the sheets, sth she wouldn’t do if it weren’t for the comfort of his warmth enveloping her loneliness & providing safety & a home. A home can a person. Why wouldn she do it? cuz Tohru is someone who hides pain behind a smile, someone who thinks she’s ugly & unlovable cuz she’s grieving still after all this time. She’s thinks she’s a burden. But here she confessed to kyo unprompted or advised by anybody. He only asked a fleeting question. but tohru cant hide who she is friom him anymore. Still, he accepted her & tenderly held her thro the sheets & she threw her body at him, she initiated the hug.

The sheet hig is the biggest emotional moment between kyo/tohru yet. It altered how they feel for each other cuz in that moment tohru’s mask fell & kyo was the most honest with himself emotionally. That’s not sth you move from with the stupid ED song. They both try to carry out normally afterwards cuz they live together after all. The slightest touch brings..... sexual tension!!!  it was so bad poor yuki left the house running!!!!!!!!

The writer cleverly escalates the sexual tension as they awkwardly try to find a talking topic, then dissolves it a bit when kto asks if tohru wants to go out together & where, then escalates it when tohru suggests buying eggs cuz she’s awkward, then dissolves it when kyo grumpily agrees but this is just grocery shopping” not a fun going out”, the escalates it when tohru said she’s happy for just bring together with him regardless of the location & kyo looses it! sexual tension explodes!

The target of the slow-burn isn’t the characters... the target is the audience! the writer plays with their emotions & cleverly puts the audience in a place where they desperately want these two idiots together but still remember why they aren’t! that’s very important. Having the readers cheer for a romantic relationship includes the readers understanding the obstacles ahead & how big they are & still cheer. If the obstacles are meh~ the readers will find the couple unrealistic, if the obstacles are so big & the couples emotions aren't buildup properly, then the couple themselves will feel meh~. Glad kyoru survived such writing mistakes both manga & anime ( anime hurt their characters more than their relationship).

-Yuki wants to move on from the unofficial son third wheeling his mom & her man:

The writer jokes abt yuki admitting he felt as a son watching his mon & her bf. I love tha this joke becuz it cleverly addresses the following points:

it is cleverly weaved in with the kyoru incident from last chapter. Sth happen & yuki doesn't know what is & doesn't want to! Yuki represents the audience I talked abt in the slow-burn point above. He is us. He’ll cheer for them to be together & will be so frustrated when they can’t. It adds to yuki confronting kyo at the climax!!! You see in the anime kyo/yuki stopped interacting much in se03. Then tada~~ big fight when it’s a must! & can’t be escaped... Here we still have kyo/yuki moments despite each boy moving away from his issues being the fault of the other. Basically better writing.....

The writer cleverly used this to address that yuki still feels like tohru’s son sometimes despite being more independent now, which is natural as you cant switch ur feelings with a button. But also the writer doesnt stay in this moment long & use it to build the next moment.. yuki/Aya , yuki/machi & aya/mine.... sadly all there dynamics are shortened in the anime like kyoru’s.

-I don’t think yuki/Aya  moment suffered much from the cuts, the entire school parents meeting ep us enough to reconcile the brothers. Aya defended yuki that day & so did yuki. He completely accepted him & stood up to him in front of the mom.

- More aya/mine would’ve been good to see & I would’ve preferred it to yuki/motoko moments in the anime that served nothing. but aya/mine too are stand alone story. They’re the most alike couple in a healthy way. Aya is the guy who protected his woman the most. simply cuz he’s the snake. snakes are secretive. he kept her to himself, even from yuki!!! impressive.

- What I lament from the cut of this mini yuki adventure?

1- This: ( yuki’s facial expressions) This is sth the anime fears, either cuz (a) pretty yuki is 100% pretty all the time, so no expressiveness cuz it leads to showing eyebrows & hiding them under layers of hair is the A.B.C of pretty characters... (b) Yuki in the anime is a prince 98% of the time, except with kyo (they got rid of this in se03 & give them one honest/ugly moment together) & with kakeru (one tiny moment in se03 in match’’s focus ep & then quickly back to prince yuki!)..., ugh!!!!!! I hate how yuki is prince thro & thro in the anime!!that’s why they couldn’t get rid of any motoko content!!! he’s a prince there... heck! school girls float after him the graduation ceremony... what’s up with that!! lol.

2-. This: ( machi with the toy that tohru/kisa/kagura/momiji & kiro like! so cute!!! also, foreshadowing yuki’s future chosen extended family! (his bro & his wife), (yuki & his wife) & best friend/his brother in law! Also, yuki is so himself! no glitters, no bubbles & no pretending anger! <3

Side Notes:

The lovely @mizzraynelly​ made notice kto’s speech in ch109 abt not vising his mom’s grave! Even tho it’s such a minor line, it’s one of the biggest cuts that foreshadow the accumulation of kyo’s guilt towards his mom. Kyo’s thing is guilt towards ppl he loves & fear of hurting them, by keeping this feeling alive in readers’ minds, the writer is making sure that the climax will hurt like sharp knives cuz the readers are on the same wave liength as kyo!!! epic buildup consists of tiny subtle pieces!

 Luckily, kyoru as a ship felt so strong in both manga & anime despite the later cutting half of their moments. Why? cuz the chosen cuts didnt affects the romantic relationship...no... the cuts affects the characters’ own personal struggle... most precisely tohru. Kyo’s own character struggles had better luck in the anime despite the cuts, simply cuz (a) was drawn with very expressive emotions & the anime team lingered on them in his scenes. (b) His character design as a whole was very expressive, the anime team didnt give him constant wide eyes like tohru & didn’t fear expr4essivness will affect for his “beauty “ like yuki. (c) kyo was given one ep per season for his issues which altho not much but way better than tohru (d) most important: kyo’s issues are very universal & very relatable” feeling guilt, mistakes & choosing wrong. That’s sth we all do!!! Tohru’s thing is grieve: this is very personal & most ppl experience it differently. 

I love kyo’s oufit!!! we have a hint of this moment in se03, ep 10 when yuki was fighting kyo... but they made yuki see them shopping as opposed of him seeing them being sexually charged!

I’m so mad this kyoru moment is cut!!!!!! tohru as a woman with pending sexual emotions is so refreshing & underrated in the trope of “ girl saves guys”. Also, it contradicts the pure mom image that’s been suffocating her since se01 ep 1!!!!! oh now i know why it’s cut... That’s why! momma tohru is so pure for such things & only when it’s the last two eps, then will allow her to be a woman choosing to live away with her man by her own desire! Why the anime only allow things ti happen when there’s no escape!!! I’ve always felt tohru/kyo is the type of couple to be expressive emotionally & sexually with each other based on seeing that ALL of their romantic interaction involves body language & I’m so happy there’s a canon proof so early before the future glimpse in finale!!!!!! 

I liked the aya-story, but it felt like the typical “ lesson of the day” formula, so I didnt analyze it much, but I enjoyed the brotherly interaction so much!! It had a gold mine of yuki being himself & so nit a prince! Im so happy I saw it! <3.

otoh part of me wants to be jazzed abt the news of 10 and donna comin back for the 60th anniversary of dw next year bc they were my fave rtd tardis team and i am always gonna love ‘em

but like otoh a much larger part of me is just pullin big ol :/ :/ :/ :/ faces over this bc like... crossing my fingers AND my toes here and hoping that ncuti gatwa gets, like, a decent amount of episodes next year before the 60th airs bc if his debut is a multi-doc episode that also features rtd trying to ride the coattails of his decade-plus-old successes i’m gonna be Pressed. like what utterly undeserving and disrespectful circumstances those would be for ur first outing as the doctor being basically made to compete with the fan favourite nuwho dr lmf. also like honestly they could have announced this like........ next year??? you know????? closer to the actual special?????? honestly the more i think abt this the more peeved i am lmf. REALLY REALLY REALLY hope we get a season or at least half of a season of 14 before this like............ gatwa deserves better for his first outing than bein forcibly overshadowed by rtd (and dt lbr) wanking over his glory days. hopefully this is NOT what is gonna happen but like, u kno, One Fear

(this is a lie i currently have Two Fears re: this show and that is the fear that 13′s regen ep won’t stick the landing for the era. the sole thing holding back this second fear is knowing that Mandip Gill has said in an interview that she was satisfied with Yaz’s ending LMF and also. current showrunner's way of wrapping up arcs vis a vis predecessors has left me more cautiously hopeful)

(but in any case another reason for all my :/ :/ :/ :/ is also bc as much as i will always hold abiding affection in my heart for 10 and donna. gotta say. really do not jive with the subset of dw fans who run their mouths abt how they could only look forward to dw again if rtd/dt/etc were involved. im just vividly remembering that one article in what might have been the fckin guardian (i can’t remember) where it was like ‘how to make dw good again’ and ‘bring david tennant back’ was on the list. and now these people are going to be INSUFFERABLE bc they're gonna feel like they have been vindicated for all the nonsense they have been putting out for years. like even more insufferable than they already are considerin these are usually also the people who refuse to stop banging on with the ice cold takes and bad faith reads re: 13′s era)

BWAH! You're not wrong. You know what I'm wondering, if they've put him in some of those outfits because they are showing his suburban dad side? It's kind of a subtle nod to him embracing father hood and a different way of life? He's now all about running around the yard after his daughter and not about what he looks like when he's being SERKAN BOLAT, FAMOUS BUSINESS MAN and WORLD'S BEST ARCHITECT.

Also, Eda's hair, thank goodness they let that go once the flashbacks were over and we didn't need something to distinguish between then and now! Those curly bangs were not it.

We do deserve to see how they reconcile, that should be one of the biggest moments of the season after 7 episodes of build up to it.

90% of final scenes in this show have continued uninterrupted the next week. To me there's no reason to think the next episode won't pick up right where this one left off. Crossing fingers!

Oh so true! Kemal really does love his mother more than she deserves! How he puts up with her, I don't know.

The parallel between Serkan/Kemal and Kiraz/Serkan is strong and I hope it gives Serkan some perspective when he starts grappling with this knowledge. I'm sure it's going to be very disconcerting for him, because while he expected to never see his father again, Alptekin is still his father. He's still the man who raised him and formed him into the man he is. Serkan still runs the company he founded and bears his name.

I don't expect any of that to change, but hopefully he can forge a separate relationship with Kemal that might fill some emotional holes that he has and bring him some peace.

None of that even contemplates how Kemal will feel, thankfully Aydan didn't willfully hide the truth from him. How awful to realize you lost 35 years.

We aren't there yet, but I wonder at what age with Kiraz learn the truth, that her dad is not an astronaut, that her parents went through hell with with cancer and plane crashes, and that her father didn't know of her existence until right before they met?

Just something to think about.

Yes, this is one of my pet peeves, I can't stand the "Edser left the chat" and all the "that's Hanker, not Edser" type conversation. it's so invasive and most of all disrespectful to not only the writers, but Hande and Kerem and all the work they pour into bringing Eda and Serkan to life.

One of the things in fandom that sets my teeth on edge is when folks take some interpretation of the character by the actor and then decide because it wasn't "scripted" (pro tip the vast majority of physical movements the actors make are "unscripted") that it must just be the actors themselves and have nothing to do with the characters. What an embarrassing and naïve assertion. Actors literal job is to take what's on the page and then translate that. So, no, OF COURSE, every look and touch is not scripted. The actors interpret how their characters would think and feel, and what they would do in given moments and then do those things.

Eda is not touching Serkan's arm just because Hande can't hold herself back from touching Kerem. Puh-lease, they are professionals. Grow up.

However, having said all that, I do think there was one scene that seemed to be very improvised this episode. The bean scene in the grocery store did feel like them just eFFing around. LOL.

Hee! So true. The thing I'm grateful for is that in season 2 not one fragman has made me dread the episode, I think there was at least one fragman an episode from 29-37 that was hella upsetting.

As far as I'm concerned these fragmans are doing there job, making me want to watch.

I am really excited for Serkan planning how he's going to ask Eda to marry him, I wonder what Kiraz's reaction is going to be. So far she's been their very own cupid!

First there were complaints we don't have happy Edser and now when we do, of course there's something else. These two have had a rollercoaster of a year when they first met and a five year separation.. they've been through the dating phase, the engaged phase.. of course they'll head straight to the altar! It's not like Eda's plane proposal and that first wedding wasn't rushed either!

I'm on team head straight to the alter! No more waiting. They've had terrible luck, so they just need to tie the knot and make sure there are no easy outs.

As for people who think it's too fast, they don't even know the storyline yet, I swear there are folks who complain just because that's their personality and they're never satisfied.

Anonymous asked: From some of the spoilers of BTS pics, and the fragman we got, I was just reflecting on this season and Turk romcom dizis in general and I just wanted to say how LUCKY we are to see Edser married (again, from spoilers) and with a kid on screen for more than just 10 minute at the end of the finale. Like, it is really rare and as much as people have nitpicked on this season in general, I feel like watching these last episodes have been such a breeze after the last arc of S1.

Oh agreed, I think these episodes have been very enjoyable. The writers are giving me exactly what I want from this show. Comedy, UST, romance with a little light angst thrown in now and again. I would rewatch this season a dozen times before even thinking about watching anything from the 30s.

We are very lucky that we've got to see them as parents, and actually forming their family. We've gotten so much domestic goodness so far and we still have a ways to go. I'm very appreciative of this season and that Ayse came back, got rid of the constant ridiculous melodrama for melodrama's-sake and is telling a very human story about family and love persevering.

I know, it's almost surreal at this point. Since we're near the end we know it's for real and won't be ruined by psychos or awful family members or terminal illness. I just hope that they give us an emotional scene when they get married, whether its just them or the whole cast is there as guests, after everything they've (we've) been through we need to see them both feeling that moment and reveling in it.

the gifted (2018, the thai one): i fucking love this show so much, dude...! the way they gave each of the main characters their own episode, and the tone of the episode reflects their character, so like each one’s a different genre...! so much fun. when i first discovered this series, i watched the whole thing twice in one week. 🤪 but for faves definitely ep 4, claire’s episode. i mean claire is such an icon, and the dramedy/theater theme of her ep is perfect. + her having a really cool potential on top of that, the fourth-wall breaking, and who doesn’t love a good sailor moon reference?? for the other fave, i would probably say ep 10: 3rd testament. i don’t want to give too much away for anyone who hasn’t seen the series (pls pls watch this series!!), but let’s just say wave rly Did That. he filled the void moriarty left in my heart lol i love him so much~ i’m also gonna leave some of my notes from after i finished the series for the first time here, bc i can never pass up an opportunity to promote this show sorry not sorry:

stranger things: 2x09 - the gate. i’m actually rly not sure what my fave eps of this show are; i’m basing this purely on babysitter steve. isn’t this the ep where he goes “yeah, that’s a no?” for whatever reason the way he says it is iconic for me; it’s my username in some app lol. 3x08 - the battle of starcourt. i enjoyed all of s3 but i remember being particularly impressed by the finale~ i think it tied up the whole season pretty well and it’s what we’ve been left with for however the fuck long as we wait for s4... so it sticks in one’s mind, lol.

mini bonus: i adore ep 4 of like in the movies~ what’s not to love about vlad coming to terms with his feelings, being a sulky needy sad boi and acting up like a cat or dog seeking attention while home alone, and then having a sweet ending after the angst~?

Thoughts on Ep. 1 and 2 - mclll (Rayan’s route)

I admit that both episodes felt too quickly and kinda empty, but only because they’re, together, pretty short for what we’re used to with mclul. 

Not complaining really, this surely gave a lot of space to ppl try the first episode (who didn’t, honestly guys, 800/900 aps, come on), which was really nice of beemoov and mcl - love life’s team, kuddos for it. 

We’re a little shaken because of the policy, I’m still really upset about it and I still find it unfair. This is surely is a door closing, which I don’t know if gonna play in favor of the game or not. 

I kinda feel a little more responsible for sure, I want to be talking about the game and sharing my experiences, I don’t like the thought that beemoov is trying to shut up us, the players, in some way in favor of earning more money. I know nothing about business, but I know that big and drastic changes can be hurtful and beemoov seems very fond of them. I’m not.  

Now, coming back to the main reason why I’m doing this post: talking about Rayan’s route. Sharing some personal thoughts about his route and what I’ve saw so far. 

I liked the way they set up episode 1 better than how they did it with episode 2. 

We had a lot of exposition, a lot of “catching up” to do that sometimes I was on board with and some other times I was like “??? when I became friend with this person? Do I even know you? What the hell” which always sucks to first episodes ;) just pointing it out. 

Aside from that, which happened what, 2 or 3 times along the episode, I actually enjoyed the ride. 

They build up some expectancy before we could meet Rayan again at their apartment (THEIR APARTMENT, YES, I’M SCREAMING) that looks so cute, like, I was scanning everything and I loved it. I seriously could see Candy there, bits of Rayan and surely things that felt like them, as a couple. 

Rayan’s apartment used to feel empty to me a little bit, now it feels crowed xD I loved it. I seems hella more lived in, less too organized or impersonal, I loved all the changes, it’s perfect, seriously, whoever drew it did an amazing job and I’m loving the idea of seeing it each episode, for the rest of the game (which, I’m guessing, it’s an important point). 

I liked the writing too. I don’t think they changed the writer of his route and I’m very relieved, I’m okay with it. I feel that person has really a good understand of Rayan, of his relationship with Candy and what type of couple they’re. The romantic scenes don’t feel forced, I didn’t find it strange because I had played the whole mclul game and it does feel like we didn’t lose much, that we’re picking again from where we left off. 

Just at the start we get, I guess, the most destabilizing new: he got a job offer in the other side of the country (apparently) and he didn’t say no. 

Now, I didn’t get mad at him. Or it didn’t really felt like “oh, shit, time to break up”, no, no, it’s destabilizing, it’s actually what has been worrying me the most since I ended the two episodes. But, I understood when he explained why he didn’t say “no” at once, it was a really good offer and he really should think carefully about it. 

However comes down to Candy or his career, I like to think that he doesn’t need to choose exactly just one thing, that, even tho doesn’t seem like there is an easy way to solve it, they would figure out together.

Cuz when they started dating, they had to figure out how they would make it work together too, and now is kinda not that different. 

Also, soon as he starts to talk about it and Candy is like “shit, this is gonna be complicated cuz I have the cozy bear now…” he went forward and said how much he loves her, that she is always in his thoughts, that they’re in the same boat and they would make it work somehow.

I believe in him, for what I saw in mclul, he is not the type of doing empty promises and doesn’t take his relationship with Candy lightly. It means a lot to him be with her, that hasn’t changed.

I really liked the last scene, not very convincing that he ended up in the roof in a random day but well, anyway, I really liked how he brought her along with him to the roof, how they stayed up there talking and watching the town (I would love if that scene was a little bit longer D: and a little bit more dating like, with a lot of cuddle and such). But, again, the writer was on the right track, it was a really good idea and I loved it. 

Now, episode 2. 

It was nice to meet, Marina. Now, she can be gone forever and I wouldn’t miss her. No, I didn’t like her at all. Her name starts with M and I feel attacked kkkkkkkkk Melody may never be forgotten. 

Aside from that, I love the clothes (or the lack of them) that Rayan uses to sleep, 10/10, god bless you Chino, just for that woman, you deserve flowers and chocolates. I don’t even remember what that scene was about, I was very distracted, words were overshadowed by how gorgeous Rayan is. Best scene ever. My new cellphone wallpaper, just saying. *Pfff*

I love how supportive he was about the art event, but how he was in the sideways, just giving emotional support and asking about it and all, it was really sweet of him.

When he showed up later with his students and then came to talk to Candy, giving her a kiss and all, I melted, I was like “seriously? That open? Okay, that feels like, no I’m not crying, it’s rain coming from my eyes, thank you for asking tho”, I’m so happy that they don’t have to hide anymore. It was fun at the time, but I’m really glad that time is over now. 

I refuse to comment again about Marina. 

After Charlotte and Debrah, I know better than blindly trust in someone that kinda gives off an inoffensive first impression, no, thank you very much. 

Just that. 

Again, at the end I was kinda missing having a longer scene with Rayan after talking with Castiel =/ come on beemoov, drop the romance on me, I can take it. I swear that I won’t get bored. 

However, I will say this: Rayan and Candy dynamic is really natural in a sense that they feel at the same frequency, they’re clearly a couple that has been together for a while now, the honeymoon time is over and now they’re in this routine together that feels really nice, it feels calm in a way at the same time everything feels new too. 

I find it kinda refreshing, I had a good time in each scene with him just how I used to be and I’m glad that hasn’t changed. 

Also, I know that everything is not as calm as it looks like, there is clearly some drama coming our way and that has nothing to do with Castiel or the Crowstorm, which I’m afraid of kkkkkkk (I won’t lie) and at the same time I’m really looking forward to knowing what is going to happen. 

They surely have my attention. I don’t feel like I will drop the game, I’m still very invested emotionally on it, Rayan is still Rayan - LIKE THE RELIEF, MAN. In a way this is exactly what was worrying me the most about this new season: are they gonna stay faithful to their personality? Rayan changed? 

And I’m really happy to see that he is still the same, the game changed a little bit, of course, it feels different for sure, better even, but it’s a continuation from mclul and this was exactly what I wanted for Rayan’s route.

Flash catch up, 6.02 thru 6.04

Alright finally watching some The Flash season 6. Being kinda slow about this.

6.02:

News office full of women of color staff!!! AAAAH! I love it!!

I mean okay this show has so many problematic stuff (ie, first 5 minutes of this ep, let’s use some ableist slang*, yeah? Or not? We could also not?) that I’ve kind of given up trying to reckon with it all....

(*Frost calls the event “lame”. Which also, Eleanor in The Good Place did that in a recent ep. Come oooonnnn people. I know we need big structural change in terms of disability rights, like doing something about how disabled ppl can only have $2000 at a time to receive assistance and other nonsense -- but avoiding common ableist language, that’s such an easy fix! sheesh!)

But then there’s moments like this, three women of color chatting and growing a news office. And it’s just really nice.

Also, Ralph chiming in with, “speaking of artsts, my mom dated an artist, a trapeze artist....” is like....why is this so funny to me. Am I just really easily amused. I mean probably.

Speaking of which, things are super death-y and sacrifice-y? Pretty, uh... pretty heavy, yeah? Mixed in with some comfort, with Barry kind of sort of being able to spend time with his parents. Which was a nice little touch. I like fictional characters being happy. Happily Ever Afters and Happy For Nows, all the way.

.... If there is a Very Not HEA thing happening in the future episodes, I’m having Words with someone. Yes, I’m aware of infinite crisis whatsis happening. No I don’t care.

6.03:

So Ralph’s mom was telling Ralph -- all this time -- that each time her current boyfriend broke up, said boyfriend had died.

Ralph listed at least five boyfriends.

What... kind of detective is Ralph. Like, your mom’s boyfriends keep dying, my dude. Yes, Ralph, you were probably 10 yrs old to teenage or some pretty young age while this was happening, but after the 3rd guy, wouldn’t you start to wonder. Or at least warn the next suitor that he was gonna die.

I’m sorry, that revelation scene had very dramatic music and everything, and that only made me snort and laugh even more. I know other stuff was happened in this episode -- but instead, I kept remembering, “Ralph’s mom told Ralph that her 5 or more boyfriends had all died, each time they broke up.” And I would start cackling and not pay attention to what was happening on screen.

British Indian man being attacked by creepy dead-black-goo-man? “Ralph’s mom told Ralph that her 5 or more boyfriends had all died.” I’m laughing and I miss half the current scene.

anyway other stuff happened in the ep but that’s all I got for 6.03.

6.04:

...For an ep with zombies and Halloween creep factor, why was I so bored!?

Ok, I did like Cisco/Wells interactions (“Where is the bug!?” “never touch me.”) and Barry and Joe crying is gonna bring all the feels.

I think I’m just kind of disconnected too much, which is making me not feel the drama and feeling bored instead. For one, I’m pretty sure our guy Barry isn’t actually gonna die, because there’s half a season left after December. Maybe that’s why this feels kinda silly to me. Or maybe I’m not really on board with Barry being all self-sacrifice-y and sage-y and mentor-y. It might be the mentor-y part. These people all came together at the same time and floundered their way to become a superhero team, why’s Barry suddenly all mentor-y now to Cisco. And then Ramsey -- it’s Ramsey, right? They mentioned the character in the show and I was like “wait who? Oh British Indian guy.” Wow, names, what are those? -- anyway, Ramsey’s gone full dramatic-speech death-defying villian and that kinda lost me.

From Produce 101 S2 to Wanna One

Hi ya! I’m back!! Waw its beeeen soooo long since last time I wrote something here. Many things happened to me when I was hiatus here.. I watched BTS CNBLUE and EXO concert again!! Yesss!!! And now, guess what?! I have new favorite group! Duuuh its so hard to resist this group.. bcs I’ve been with them since D-0 even way before! The group is called Wanna One! Do you remember when I promised not to like any other group than CNBLUE EXO BTS? Lol sorry I broke my promise and I stan this group so hard! Btw I have done all requirements to be a full doctor, and now I’m officially a full doctor!! I will turn 27 years old this september.. ewrr time flies and here I am, still stuck in Korean world.. HAHA.. but I do hope I will find my other half soon! Aaaamiiin! Back to previous topic, sorry for interrupting haha.. Lemme explain you about my new favorite group, Wanna One. The group consists of 11 members, chosen by National Producer from a show called Produce 101. What is produce 101? Produce 101 is actually a survival show where 101 trainees from different labels competing to be top 11 based on voting system. So basically, Wanna One consists of 11 members from various labels.

Wanna members, in their ranking order, are: 1. Kang Daniel (vocal/rapper, born in 1996, MMO trainee) 2. Park Jihoon (vocal/rapper, born in 1999, Maroo ent trainee) 3. Lee Daehwi (vocal, born in 2001, Brand New Music trainee) 4. Kim Jaehwan (main vocal, born in 1996, individual trainee) 5. Ong Seungwoo (lead vocal, born in 1995, Fantagio trainee) 6. Park Woojin (main rapper, born in 1999, Brand New Music trainee) 7. Lai Guanlin (rapper, born in 2001, Cube trainee) 8. Yoon Jisung (vocal, born in 1991, MMO trainee) 9. Hwang Minhyun (lead vocal, born in 1995, Pledis trainee, Nu'est member) 10. Bae Jinyoung (vocal, born in 2000, C9 ent trainee) 11. Ha Sungwoon (main vocal, born in 1994, Ardor&Able/StarCrew trainee, Hotshot member)

So based on the ranking, their center is Kang Daniel. The leader is Yoon Jisung bcs he is the oldest and wisest like a mom (the members call him jisungmom). The second oldest Ha Sungwoon is called “Aunty” or 이모 bcs he talks too much lol. And the father is Hwang Minhyun bcs he has father-like figure.

Before stanning this group, I watched all Produce 101 S2 eps. I didnt watch first season bcs the trainees were girls (I only know their debut group I.O.I) hahaa.. and for S2 bcs they are boys so why not trying?

Okay so there were interesting story about Produce 101 S2. People said its gonna be a flop variety show like boys24 at first.. but then many ppl attracted to this show bcs Jang Moonbok, a trainee with long hair with previous experience when auditioning a show called superstar K. He was a child back then and his rap was not clear and ppl call it funny. So many people esp men, got interested to Produce 101 S2 bcs they want to see how Jang Moonbok improve his rap and performance. Beside moonbook, the show also got quite known bcs 나야나 (It’s Me/Pick Me) performance by all PD101 S2 trainees. Ppl found attractive trainee called “wink boy”. Yes he is Park Jihoon!

Okay now its time to talk about me.. my journey with Produce 101 lol. At first I know this show was gonna airing soon but for exact date, I had no idea, so I didnt tune on mnet and missed the first eps. I found couples videos of their trainees: the PR videos, meringue-time videos, eye-contact videos. I know some other trainees beside moonbok and jihoon, like nu'est members, samuel, ha sungwoon (just know the name bcs of BTS’ Jimin, but I didnt recognize his face), and I have no idea about other trainees. I actually didnt know which trainee I should support, so I chose it by seeing the their eye-contact video thumbnail. I found an interesting one, he looked handsome, and I click it, oh he sang Dean “half moon” my favorite song! His voice is good and sweet, and his face is handsome. Then I checked the name, ahhh it was Ha Sungwoon! Wow he is that jimin’s friend whom I didnt recognize his face before. He is good! So I decided to pick this guy as my favorite.

So back to pd101 story, I missed the first eps so I watch the 2nd eps and I saw amazing perfomance from my pick, Ha Sungwoon with his labelmate Noh Taehyun. They performed Block B “Very good”. It was amazing and breath-taking! Damn I love it so much! They got A grade and I was so happy! I thought “this is good my pick is qualified and indeed talented! I’m not wrong in choosing trainee!. Ah btw, 1st and 2nd episode for Produce 101 is for company performance. So all trainees from same label perform something and then they were given A-F grade individually based in their performances by the trainers. It took so long to watch all performances tbh haha.. while watching, I recognized a pink-hair trainee, Kang Daniel! He was cute but not that attractive for me, but he was easily recognized bcs of his pink hair. Also yoon jisung bcs his reaction was always dramatic. I also recognize for level A trainees such as Ong seungwoo and BNM boys daehwi woojin, sewoon with his vocal and guitar and Jaehwan with his skyfall performance! Also cube performance (Yoo Seunho and Lai Guanlin) with basic dance HAHA THEY WERE SO CUTE I CANT! They were called byeongari trainees.

Okay theeeen the broadcast keep going on. My pick, sungwoon, was ranked 30 something.. so sad! The first one was Jihoon (yeah Wink power) and second one was moonbok. For the rest members I didnt remember exactly but I remember only ong seungwoo, guanlin, daehwi, jinyoung, minhyun who were on top 11 for the first ranking announcement. As the episodes continue, there were many changes on the ranking. It was quite drastic tbh.

For the first elimination ranking, my pick sungwoon was 21. Jihoon 1, jisung 3, ong 4, daniel 5, daehwi 7, guanlin 9, minhyun 11 Others were not in top 11. I thought “it needs lot efforts to get sungwoon to top 11 omg his rank is only 20 over its gonna be hard). Woojin was also came from bottom rank, he was 20 something too but I forgot.

So after first elimination, the trainees left was only 60 and they were divided to perform based on vocal, rap, or dance. I always read pd101 updates, basically many knets love woojin and I was sure he could make it on top 11 but not with sungwoon.. Sungwoon teamed up with minhyun jisung jaehwan hyunbin to perform "Downpour” as vocal team. Omg I really love it! Sungwoon was so emotional and all trainees including me, cried together. It was so touching. Up until now I never get bored seeing and listening to their singing. Also my another favorite team is Get Ugly team. You know what? DANIEL DYED HIS HAIR TO DARK BROWN. NO MORE PINK HAIR! and guess what? AWESOME.. HANDSOMENESS INCREASED BY 100% LOL. And his Get Ugly performance is my favorite.. it was rvjwkalwgqkwlwjsbs DOPE. ALL HIS MOVES ARE AMAZING. B-boying and showing his abs haha.. I was pretty sure this boy can make to top 11, but so sad he was ranked 5 on his team and woojin was the first one (that makes me sure he 100% would be top 11).

Second elimination ranking announcement, sungwoon was 25.. and the rest wanna one members were 1-15.. ahh I felt more desperate.. i was so afraid he wouldnt make it. But sungwoon kept showing his good side and his effort to be recognized even the trainer praised him! And his downpour solo cam was always on top 100 video. I had a little hope but still hard to believe he could make it.

Okay next one is concept evaluation.. there were 5 songs to be perfomed: Showtime, Oh Little Girl, Open Up, I know you know, Never. Poor sungwoon, he was supposed to be on Never team but got moved to Showtime haha.. and Daniel got punishment for showing a clue which song he wanted to perform and moved to Open Up. The rest of Wanna One members are Never team, jihoon jinyoung are oh little girl, jisung is showtime along with sungwoon. Never is a very good song, I like it. Their performance is good but I love Open Up performance more, especially daniel oh gosh why is he getting hot and hot seriously!

Finally! Third elimination ranking announcement, there were unexpected moment! A BIGGEST PLOT TWIST! my sungwoon, shoot up to ranking 3! Can you imagine how shock I was? He was 25 before!! I was so desperate and I thought he wouldnt make to final but he was rank 3! Amazing! And daniel, he won concept performance and ranked 1!! Ohyeaaah my picks got high ranking xD.

And the final.. the moment of truth…. they announced rank 10 first.. then up to 1.. daniel won! My sungwoon wasnt called yet.. for rank 11 there were 4 candidates: jonghyun dongho sungwoon sewoon.. I was sure it would be jonghyun but then jonghyun ranked 14! Oh my god! Sungwoon might be number 11! And then dongho ranked 13.. now sewoon and sungwoon left… theeeeeen they called SUNGWOON! OH GOSHHHHH MY PICK MADE TO TOP 11!!! I’m so happy bcs at first I thought he couldnt make it bcs he was always 20ish on eps 1-9. And I’m happy for daniel too, bcs he could be number 1 despite all situation he got. Tbh I thought jihoon were gonna be the winner but daniel secured his position! He never became a center and was rank lower on his team, and finally fully recognized for his Open Up performance!

Wawwww what a long story!!! So thats all my pd101 story.. next one is about Wanna One!! Wanna One members are funny, entertaining, handsome, and talented. Daehwi can compose a song, daniel woojin can make a choreography, and no need to doubt our rap and vocal members! Ong is seriously funny too tbh, when he performed Thats what I like, i thought he was serious person but thats no no haha. Minhyun is also charming! Woojin is also funny especially when he speaks satoori lol.. and jaehwan? Oh gosh his laughing makes me stomachache haha he is so funny kinda remember me about baekhyun. Guanlin is seriously hot too, especially when he plays basketball.. every shoot hes done is always accurate! Jihoon's wink jeojang gguggaga are also being hit everywhere! And my pick sungwoon he is funny and so talkative haha. Every Wanna One members have their own charm and I like it! We have ongniel is science pink sausage, saranghae minhwan, eolganz, sodu a.k.a jinhwi, panwink a.k.a. laji unit.. all members have good variety skill too tbh!

They debuted on August 7th with an album called 1x1=1 (To be One) and Energetic is their title song. The song is not that good when I first listened to it but it has been growing on me as time goes by and I like it very much now! The choreo is good! And btw, Wanna One fans are called as Wannables! YEAAAAH I AM WANNABLE!! I support this group fully now. But so sad if I remember the fact that they will disband on 2019. I have only approx 1.5years to support them, and I will give my all! I hope they can win a daesang!! Go go Wanna One!!

Ep. #2: “One Woman Hall of Fun House Mirrors” - Drew

The tribes were given the music video immunity challenge. Jinsei planned out a story to go with their song and what each person will do whereas Naicha didnt seem to care much.  Jinsei obviously won.  After the results, a plan was made by Jessy and Drew to blindside MJ while MJ was trying to convince Jessy to blindside Drew. Meanwhile, Regan being uber paranoid and started freaking out in the tribe chat and telling people she is going to vote for them and making up fake advantages.  This lead everyone to change their votes to take out Regan as she was too much of a liability.  Jessy still voted for MJ even though she knew Regan was going.

For me, this season is about Redemption. I just learned that Connah is looking to break his pre-merge curse he’s adapted to over the past few seasons played, so instantly I need to jump on that connection and form some sort of understanding between us in order to prevent him from going after me. I feel like this creates a whole lot of trust, and when the time comes where I’ll need it most I’ll be damn sure to use my allies to my advantage in securing votes. The thing with Connah is that he’s viewed as our tribe’s local Inactive. The time zone thing really does hurt his game because of my tribe consisting of sleepy old schoolers. Me, the insomniac that I am, can use this to my advantage by being Connah’s go-to for info and reliance. The problem for me though is looking back to Bhutan, where the last time I trusted someone in a different country voted me out @F5… *eyes Max*

It’s Day 4. 4 days since the game started and I’m not in game-mode yet. It’s probably because it’s been a long time since I played a main but even then, in Generations I wasn’t in game-mode at all. I may be too comfortable or I’m not on guard but I haven’t had that “spark” yet. I have no alliances yet, I’ve talked game to no one. Is this new schools Tumblr Survivor? Things are just…slow? Now I’m not sure if everyone is just feeling things out or I’m already in the minority but I just feels so detached from the game. Catherine has been voted out FIRST and that should give me motivation to do better but I didn’t feel anything. I think what made me feel so detached in games is that in the past year, I’ve played two orgs on Facebook. I didn’t mesh well with people there at all and basically became emotionless and indifferent. That in turn led me into FTC and Final 4 respectively. I’m trying to do the same thing and I thought this is Tumblr where my ORG life started I should have connections or know everyone, should be hard but it actually isn’t. People usually label me as a non-threat until late into the game but I have to be careful because I have friends on my tribe and the other tribe but if I can somehow manage to convince everyone I’m not a threat and will be helpful to them I could pull this off for the third time and make it to FTC. That’s my game plan. As for my relationships in this tribe, I’m friends with Connor for about a year. It’s almost common knowledge since we hosted 4 games together but in the event that people don’t we’re both trying to be distant to one another in the tribe chat. The next person I’m closest to (minus Connor ofc) is probably Jessy but we haven’t talked game yet. I’m still kinda feeling things out. I don’t know how to end this confessional PS I have 4 outdated video confessionals because I can’t upload them BECAUSE NO INTERNET !!! Okay but in all seriousness, can I tell you how scary it was to see my name come up last night… like Catherine made no effort to communicate with anyone so she can’t say “no ones talking to me” when she doesn’t do the same. Communication is a two way street, you get what you put into any conversation. Idk I just find her to be very hypocritical and don’t really feel bad that she was the first boot. I really want to push for a David/Andrew/Myself alliance, but for the moment I am worried that David and Sam are close and he would spill the beans. I feel like Sam is pretty well rounded in this tribe and that kinda worries me, but I can’t do anything about it so early you know?? But I think I have something solid with Andrew, I feel like Austin trusts me, and I have the Amulet of Abduction in my possession. If things go south, I think I have the tools needed to reverse the car and drive north. Now thinking about it, maybe Catherine voting me out was a good thing because the other tribe could possibly think I’m in the minority and save me for the next round. Who knows honestly, but one could hope. I really have no idea what could happen and I think my paranoia at that tribal during the live call has people questioning me. However, I did contribute a lot to this challenge and I think that puts me in good graces. I suggested the LGBT theme in celebration of Pride Month, which got us going somewhere with our video. I really hope we win mainly because I think our challenge idea is so cute, and if the judges don’t see that then they got something wrong with them. Heres to hoping we win this challenge so I have one peaceful night of sleep

So basically the last vote was super easy except our tribe literally doesnt talk….Sam and I had to get the ball rolling which is weird for me because I never take part in that but I guess im like the leader of the tribe or something (Not really) Im really good with Sam like I think we are going to be a solid 2 going into a swap. Im good with Andrew and Lydia and Austin as well. Sam and I want to get an alliance chat of those people + Scott going so that we can have majority and no one feels left out and we can vote out Connor if needed. A plan to blindside Drew has been made but I’m not sure if it wise. On one side, Drew is a huge threat and he’s on everyone’s good side, but if we’re swapping tomorrow it’s not ideal to have a broken tribe. Only me, Jessy, MJ and Regan know about this and it’s enough to send Drew home but that would leave Connor and Allison out of the loop. I’m more concerned about burning the bridge I have with Connor that’s why I’m gonna try and pull off a unanimous vote. Or at least a 5-2 vote. I need Connor’s trust and more importantly it’s only the first tribal we’re going and I’m already hiding things from Connor. I’m at a dilemma. My vote seems to be the deciding factor if we keep Regan or not. We still have a lot of time to think about the vote and I think it’s better to have a full on discussion together with MJ and Jessy and see what we’re gonna do. For right now I’m gonna feel out Connor and see what he thinks of possibly blindsiding Drew.

Oh okay the game’s starting now huh. I’m sorry in advance, dear readers, this is gonna be lengthy as fuck, I really should’ve done a Meet the People confessional the first week but I got lazy so here we are! So first and foremost, I’d like to personally thank Steffen for messaging me after immunity results like WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT MUSIC VIDEO because we know, babe. We know. Dramatic little fuck, ilysm. ANYWAY my ass is making some interesting mistakes! We’re gonna break this lil confessional section into three segments because it’s how I’m processing my thoughts: All Stars, Congo, and Pacific Islands. 1.        When I first walked into this tribe, my first thought was “OH look, three All Stars kids! Well that can’t happen!” and then they turn out to be…….the only…….people…………I talk to???????? dkjlshlkfjhgKJHFLKJSHD kill me now honestly. So now this is the crew I’m accidentally rolling with for at least this first vote. MJ gave me a call on like night two like “I wanna work with you until the end, I think we could go really really far together and it’s not something people would see coming” and I’m like WHEW this probably means I’m not first boot huh. Like okay if by some miracle or twist of fate, I’m actually capable of making FTC here, I’m not going with no damn MJ, but realistically who says no to an F2? Jessy is a fucking angel, and the only person who will semi-reliably reach out and just say hey, which I’m not sure I’ve ever done with her. Actually, because this is reminding me, I’m gonna go do that right now! … kk now that that’s done. She’s a sweetheart, I don’t ever want to do anything against her or without her. Like I will if I have to, don’t you worry about that, but it would hurt. And then Matt Summers who I’ve talked to like twice since the season started because he’s always busy but like they were real conversations, it wasn’t even anything game-related, we like poured our hearts out to each other. And now he’s been kidnapped so he’s not on the table anyway. But like honestly truthfully, these All Star kids are the good eggs of the beach, I could actually see working with them for a while (cut to Connor and Josh and Allison’s confessionals saying the same thing because they’ve gotten the same calls and the same messages and I’m actually just that easy to manipulate). 2.        Okay, Congo. Congo is a side season I won a million years ago. Hosted by Connor, Josh, and Cat. So when they all popped up here, two of them on my tribe, best believe I was SCREAMING. And it was cute until I realized the main season history that Cat and Josh had and how that wouldn’t last. And sure enough, Miss Cat was the first to die and that wasn’t completely unexpected but damn why these bitches have to take my secret pair beware??? We literally saw Moana together in theaters, I’d have thrown away my entire game for her. But this boot is probably a better case scenario because now fewer people are looking at Josh and Connor, they lost their footing on the other tribe and are just in general softer more passive people, at least outwardly. Everyone knows they’re connected, Josh hosted Connor in Palawan and they did Arabia together, but I don’t know that I’m exactly linked with them, which is great right now because if we can manage to work together on a lower radar for a while, it could end up being very very helpful in getting things together moving forward in new tribe configurations. 3.        Oh Pacific Islands…….a mess. This is Regan and Allison. Allison is an interesting case because on the one hand I love her, she’s one of my favorite hosts, I’ve been hosted by her in three Pacific Islands games before, she’s a lot of fun. But she knows how I play these days. She and Andrew actually did a cast assessment for PI Johto, which was Heroes vs Villains, and some of the things they said were spot-on but not things I want out. Allison talks about how she wishes I’d been cast on the villains tribe because I’m like secretly cutthroat as fuck, willing to stab literally anyone in the back, may not be seen as a villain but has very villainous characteristics. And Andrew is like Drew is super hard to read, you can have an image in your head of Drew’s game and who he’s aligned with and you could be completely wrong and then suddenly you’re the one working with him and making moves, but it’s never shady. And like true but fuck. So like Allison knowing this much about my game, having hosted me through to the finale episode three times, seen me win one and get player of the season once, is a bit of a scary concept because I’m LIVING for the fact that I’m mostly an unknown entity to these people, like MJ and Matt might know bits of my record and stories from Kait or being in VLs or whatever but so few of them have seen me play and I’m ready to not be nearly as known. And then Regan is just being……..whew. Imagine messaging everyone 20 seconds after the challenge ended, like actually everyone, schedule calls with them, literally tell someone on call that you’re leaving to go talk to someone else instead, frantically messaging the tribe chat like “I know I’m the easy choice” “I just want to beat my best placement” like babe we all do, this is a returning season and only two of these flops have won, we’re all hungry to at least better ourselves. She’s been rubbing people the wrong way, especially Connor and MJ. I don’t think anyone except Allison would lift a finger to save her. BUT HERE’S THE THING, THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE TO. Regan. Got. A. Vote. Stealer. From the idol map. Which is apparently a thing! So in this tribe of seven, literally all she needs to stay is me and Allison and her vote stealer. I mean granted, she doesn’t have me and I don’t think she knows that yet, but it’s a nice concept, very cute. Like I’m not going to stick my neck out for her on literally the first vote when if we don’t swap and Matt comes back, everything could quickly fall apart for me. Plus another layer. I have the map now. And Regan is the only one who knows that it’s even a POSSIBILITY that I might. She didn’t EXACTLY tell me so even she might not realize it. She was trying to be vague like “It’s on the blog, it’s super obvious but not something you’d ever think to search for, like what specifically would you be looking for” so I tried board, then grid, then map and BAM. So I make my very first search and find a vote negator!! Oh do I already have big dreams for this little baby This place could be a fucking gold mine for me moving forward, if no one knows that I have it and I never have to expose that I do until it’s time. I was never a captain, I never got a clue, who would look at poor little Drew for any sort of power? Regan, that’s who, who knows if she’d even guess that I did figure it out after all, I never told her I did, but she knows what she told me. Which is why she absolutely has to leave now because she’s the only one who could know. Now I have a way to test the loyalty of whoever becomes captain next, and at least for the moment, of accumulating wealth without anyone knowing. Part of me wants to go for broke and ask Regan what places she’s already searched but I’m not pushing my luck and forcing her to realize that I made it to the map. That’s on her to figure out. I don’t know where I’m going from here, Trevor said it would be beneficial to be on Skype after tribal tonight, which probably means a swap. Which sucks a little because I have a pretty good connection with everyone here right now, I fit into all three of the groups listed above, I think I might actually end up in alliance chats with all three by the time tribal rolls around. But I’ll find new friends if I have to. I’m a lot more confident in my ability since the last time I did a main season, and I’m finally in a season where I can potentially be looked over and befriended as a number and might not have to fight quite as hard to dodge the immediate threat edit. I’m nowhere near the passive player I used to be. Who knows if I’ll win this season, but I was not proud of my performance in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, so it’s time to have a main season experience I can look back on and say I did that. This vote negator and I are gonna go find some friends and get down to business!

So the first tribal council was pretty successful aside from the fact that Connor was left out of the loop. But honestly I’m over that. I’ve been talking to him a little more lately and same with Lydia so trying to keep those social connections up! I would give a more extensive recap but essentially the challenge went fine except for a marker fiasco where a new purple marker fresh out the box exploded all over my table…..anyway! Scott and I have been getting closer and he’s really cool tbh. He told me today that I’m his #1 and that he wants to go through everything in this game with me “at his side” and I’m like alrighty! Hope he’s not saying that to anyone else lmao. In terms of other people, David and I have been good and Sam and I have on and off convos - sometimes involving strategy and other times not. Lydia and Connor I’ll talk to here and there but not about strategy. And then there’s the fun Forced Austin Convos™… Okay I ain’t gonna be mean like the conversations I have with him are genuine but also never go anywhere? Like I guess we have each other’s backs which is fine. I’m just waiting for him to really REALLY strike something with me but he doesn’t which I guess is fine because I don’t trust him and therefore wanna vote him out. The big development of the day though was David and I got an alliance going. I basically just cracked open a cold one with the boy and said let’s talk an alliance and before I knew it he was getting Sam I was getting Scott and Sam was getting Lydia. This is also good for me getting close to Lydia btw! Keeping that in mind. Also David wanted Lydia and I wanted Scott but my messages fucked up so we ended up getting both of them? Which is fine… I think. We were going for a 4 person alliance but I’ll work with 5 the best I can. I just needed Scott to be involved. That was a top priority. things are… confusing yet also very straight forward. the vote was pretty clean cut on being regan, then things.. well, they happened. regan told drew that she heard her name from mj (mj i think???) and then she was like BUT i heard your name from mj. so drew messaged me like ‘what is the happen’ and i was like, well, i have never heard your name so thats probably not happening. regan told drew that she has a vote stealer and is going to try and take mj’s vote and vote for mj, but frankly the vote steal probably isnt real. i have a good thing going with allison, i like her a lot and i really hope to work with her deep into this game. im hoping to pull together an alliance of myself, josh, mj, drew, and allison and then a counter one? with everyone else. that would leave me in the middle which is where i play games best. im just hoping regan goes. i know she would be an easy shield down the road, but theres just no clear target going into this vote, and especially with her having a vote steal, taking her out with it and seeing if it’s something that exists will be very beneficial in the long run.

So I really am happy that we ended up winning the immunity challenge. Beforehand I was so scared cause we lost the first immunity and I didn’t want to go back to tribal after receiving a vote at the last one. Plus I don’t know who they would have kidnapped which really scared me. Lydia and I also discussed who we should end up kidnapping outside of the tribe. She was really worried about her relationship with Matt Summers and their previous game history, so she felt it was best to kidnap him. I personally didn’t give a fuck so I just went with it. Even though if we kidnapped Regan, it would have easily changed their tribe dynamic since Matt confirmed that she was an easy vote. I kinda wish he would have like actually given info on the dynamics so I could know who to abduct if we end up never swapping. Also, I’m low key surprised that Regan told the other tribe I had a final 2 with her mainly cause I don’t and know that she’s bad for my game being here. She also told them she wouldn’t take me to the end, which really has me thinking I’m a huge threat on their side. Personally, I think there are more fish to fry on my tribe over myself, so I hope I don’t go home anytime soon. Lydia also told me she talked to Connah and he seems to have a fire lit under him because he’s more motivated now. Which I’m happy about cause he did a phenomenal job on our video. If the tribes do stay the same and we lose again, I would personally like to see Austin go over Connah. Lydia and I compared notes on how Austin’s conversations come across as very fake and in genuine, and like hes only talking to us through a game perspective. I just find Austin to be fishy. Today, Sam told me that Lydia and I would be approached by Andrew and David about an alliance. And she even told us that she has a separate alliance with just Andrew and David. I’m actually happy she told me this mainly because now I have info against her for down the road. Andrew approached me moments later about it and I acted like I had just heard this. So I got added to an alliance with Andrew/David/Sam/Myself called the Pure Four. I’m happy that this alliance was made cause it was the alliance that I wanted, but right now I just feel very suspicious if that makes sense. I think the smartest thing for my game is to lay low until the moment is right. Who knows if that will happen though mainly cause if I use the Amulet of Abduction premerge, it makes me a pretty big target going into the merge. It sucks cause I want to tell Andrew so I can further our trust but I can’t tell him without exposing the Three Muskequeers (Sam/Lydia/Myself) and why Lydia was chosen to be captain was to help our alliance. So right now I just need to lay low and hope that Regan didn’t completely ruin my reputation on the other tribe
