i apparently (i say this like i’m surprised lol) have a painfully stubborn independent streak because why did it take breaking up with the person who was always reminding me to take my meds for me to actually start taking my meds regularly?
like i fought so hard against every reminder? i think it became a funny spite thing for me to just not take any of my meds (they’re not like, super necessary everyday- it’d make my life better if i took them everyday but i am an ass first and foremost) and now that i don’t have him reminding me i’ve been the most consistent with a health regimen i’ve ever been in my adult life
#ramble on exie#it’s literally so stupid but here we are#i take my multivitamin everyday; my glucosamine; my allergy meds#just need to get my inhaler back in this regimen and boom! i’ll be good as gold (or as good as my chronically ill ass can be)

Finally cracked and ordered one of those little portable blenders with the intent of making smoothies for myself because I never eat any fruits or veggies, so my dumbass also doesn’t get much fiber if at all because I eat like a picky 5 year old. 🙃
#i’m actually eager to try it#primarily because if this works out well and i can make a smoothie that satisfies my sweet tooth and gives me fiber and extra protein#it’ll be really good for me#gonna start real simple tho with a berry smoothie#just some frozen mixed berries with vanilla almond milk and some chia seeds#i feel like that will be a good place to start as far as making something lower calorie but high in fiber#i did far more research about all this than i’d care to admit#but for anyone worried about my health due to my lack of healthy eating i do take a multivitamin everyday#so I’m not COMPLETELY without vitamins and nutrients but still#this is what happens when you don’t make your kids eat fruits and veggies from a young age folks

BEOMGYU: “We’re a team, so I want to work together to make it happen”
TOMORROW X TOGETHER The Name Chapter: FREEFALL comeback interview
2023.10.27
Eight months earlier, BEOMGYU told us he didn’t want to lose to himself. Now he says he’s found a way to persevere.
You mentioned you were very happy and healthy throughout the second tour.
BEOMGYU: I didn’t get bogged down by the fear of what happened that one time. I was determined to overcome it. I did plenty of preparing physically and mentally in order to avoid a repeat of last time and handled everything well. I envied the other members of the group during the last tour and was sad that I couldn’t fully enjoy the concert experience due to my physical condition. I put all my worries aside this time and just focused on performing and I was a lot happier.
Have you mastered how to handle yourself in the face of extremes and how to overcome them?
BEOMGYU: Even though it was tough, things still worked out in the end, so I thought, Everything’s fine—it’s not like I’m going to die. (laughs) I kept experimenting by trying different things to check if I still felt my best after. I tried not eating before concerts, drinking energy drinks some days, taking arginine on other days. In the end, I found it’s always best to eat and having one multivitamin is enough to give me energy without putting a strain on my body. It’s like I found my own personal winning formula. (laughs)
Have the positive emotions you experienced during the tour carried over to have an effect on your everyday life? You mentioned in a previous interview that you felt like you had attained spiritual enlightenment. (laughs)
BEOMGYU: I mean, I’m happy. (laughs) Not a lot has changed, but while I felt like I was in a sort of state of nirvana back then, now I feel like I’m taking care of what I have to do every single day and accepting things for what they are—just going with the flow. These days I keep thinking, even if I don’t understand something, it’ll all turn out okay in the end if I just go with the flow. At the end of the day, I’ll just go home and get some sleep. All things shall pass. And then I feel fine. There’s no reason to get all worked up about things and let them get to me.
I guess that’s what you meant when you said that—“all things shall pass”—during the tour, which turned out to be like a catchphrase for you.
BEOMGYU: Exactly. But I was trying to make myself believe that before and pushing myself, whereas now it’s how I really feel.
It seems like you’re continuing to live the life of an artist as you overcome those things that you feel you just aren’t naturally compatible with.
BEOMGYU: I was absolutely born for the stage, though. No matter how nervous I get, I always have a phenomenal time once I get on up there. But what I found emotionally draining once we got on tour was that every place in the world has different views and I had to learn to adjust quickly to those. That was a difficult process. Not to mention I became a lot more introverted after we debuted, so I found it really hard communicating with all those people while promoting internationally. The pressure from that kept weighing on me while we were touring. But we did similar promotions recently and I went out of my way this time to go up to people more and reacted to things in over-the-top ways despite my terrible English. (laughs) But it was pretty good. I think I’ve learned some ways to overcome things.
Have you also changed the way you recover and distribute your energy now that you’ve been to so many different environments?
BEOMGYU: That part’s still the same. I get in, drink some barley tea (laughs) and fall asleep watching Netflix. I’m the type to pour 100% of my energy into everything I do. I try to be as energetic as possible whether I’m on a variety show or performing on stage, so my batteries are always going from 100, down to 0, back to 100, to 0, and on and on. (laughs)
And the stages you performed on keep changing, too. There's something new to grasp and adjust to every time, so you must have to be hyper focused.
BEOMGYU: Interestingly, if you perform 30 times, you’d think it would be easier by the 30th time. But if you keep doing the same thing over and over? Then you actually start to mix things up. I don’t know if it has something to do with complacency, but I make mistakes more frequently as time goes on. So the more you go on, the more you have to really focus on each performance. The idea is to never mess up the parts that have changed or I’ve messed up once before, ever again.
It’s amazing how you took the most impressive moves in “Back for More” and made them that much better by putting your own spin on them.
BEOMGYU: I think I mentioned before that, when I first hear a song and see the choreography demo, I can picture things, like how to convey certain parts, or maybe if it would look cool if I looked away like this. It can be a little hard to explain because it’s all in my head. I thought a lot about the part in the chorus after the second verse where we jump up and whip our hands in particular to figure out how to make it look cooler.
And were you satisfied with what you landed on?
BEOMGYU: Yes! But I always end up liking what I do. (laughs) I’m really proud of it. (laughs)
You said before that you watched your old dance videos to prepare for the tour and that you found a lot of parts that weren’t up to your standards. Do you feel you improved while learning the single “Chasing That Feeling”?
BEOMGYU: I used to be obsessed with putting the maximum amount of energy into my dance moves. Then I got some messages from friends after the year-end awards shows, saying, “You were too intense. You should tone it down a bit.” I thought the best thing for those big performances was to put more and more energy into them, but lately I’m trying to dance in a more balanced and elegant way. The choreography for the new single isn’t that intensive, so I picked it up really quickly, but I know I have to practice how to express myself in a greater variety of ways. I always feel like, if I perform something live once, it’s a lot different from when I’m practicing to get the hang of it. I think it all becomes clear after performing it.
You struggled a bit singing the last album’s single because of the pronunciation. Did you face any similar challenges this time around?
BEOMGYU: There’s a line in the verse—“cheonguk-eul deungjin nan”—and to make that eu sound in the syllable deung, you have to narrow the inside of your mouth. I tried singing it 10 times, and missed the mark 10 times. But then, I once again attained enlightenment. (laughs) Now when I sing it, my voice never cracks. I figured out how to shape my mouth to pronounce it correctly and persevered. I wasn’t originally supposed to be the one to sing that part, but as soon as I heard the song, I said, “I have to be the one to do this! Can I? Please, just trust me. Give me a chance. I’ll make it work.” And I got the part. So I studied the part carefully to make sure I could get it done no matter what.
Songs that align with your vibe, like “Deep Down” and “Skipping Stones,” really bring out what makes your voice so alluring.
BEOMGYU: I’m especially fond of “Skipping Stones,” and most of the other songs off the album are all in genres and styles I like, so it was really fun to record the vocals. Sometimes I’ve done things where I thought, This doesn’t really let me show off my vocals, but I think the new album let me sing in a way that’s closest to my natural voice.
Are there also songs you helped write the lyrics to that you find easier to get into since they’re in your style?
BEOMGYU: The songs I find the easiest to get into are those where the emotions are most realistic and I can be honest about my feelings. For example, thanks to my own personal experiences, I can take on topics like liking someone or dealing with difficult emotions and add my own personal touch to them. But songs that are like The Star Seekers are written to conform perfectly to a theme. Was that a really T thing to say? (laughs) To be honest, I feel like I’ve already said everything I have to say about seeking stars, going through hardship, and growing up on repeat. (laughs) But I really liked writing “Blue Spring” since it’s truly about us.
You also produced that song. How did that go?
BEOMGYU: I pictured people singing along to it right from the outset, so I purposely gave it simple chords when starting out. There’s three or so songs I made while just playing around on guitar at home. We spent hours poring over chords in the studio, too, but I ultimately chose the track I made at home. “Maze in the Mirror” and “Blue Spring” are both about how I felt before and after knowing MOA. As you know, we went through a lot of hardship, and now we’re out there singing for all of them. I remember how hard those chilly blue days were, but I also know how happy I am now, so the song really tugs at my heartstrings. I have to hold back my tears whenever we sing the line, “No one knows about that winter,” in concert.
You’ve seen MOA as your best friend for a long time now, but when I watch your most recent Weverse Lives, I get the feeling that you want to have an emotionally closer relationship with them based on how you keep your streams laid-back.
BEOMGYU: I think it’s better to be natural and keep it real when I do Lives by myself than to be TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s very own BEOMGYU. Sometimes I just, you know, put my phone down next to me with music playing like a radio or something, lie down, and start talking. All I want from my relationship with MOA is to have honest, human conversations—not artist-to-fan conversations, but casual, natural conversations.
It's a dead giveaway that you’re looking to have a genuine relationship with them when you let MOA listen in on your phone conversation with your mom in the middle of a Live. (laughs)
BEOMGYU: I want to show them how I really live. (laughs) I can show MOA the kind of chemistry I have with other people. I’m always quick to call my mom when the other members pull a “Tallulah” on me. I don’t like that my mom doesn’t take my side, but I know she’s just having fun. (laughs)
TAEHYUN once said you have a knack where “he can talk and everyone would not find him annoying.” It seems to me like you already know the others will still find you cute no matter what kind of annoying jokes you play.
BEOMGYU: I’m good at walking that tightrope. (laughs) I was born with it. (laughs) I’m always messing around with SOOBIN, too, but if I think he’s being serious, I back off right away. I can usually tell how someone’s feeling just by the look in their eyes, so I intuitively keep my balance while walking that tightrope. (laughs)
What are you like when you’re with your family? It seems like your dad really means a lot to you, seeing as, when you were asked if you could live as someone else for a day, who would it be, you answered, “my dad.”
BEOMGYU: I’m better behaved when I’m with my family, and I like chatting with my mom and dad. We can talk for hours when we talk about the things they want to know about me, things I want to know about them—that kind of stuff. Like I always say, if I ever become a dad, I want to be just like mine. He’s considerate, and he and my mom are still like a new couple. They’re so cool. I even told that to my dad recently and he said, “Thank you for being my son and for growing up into a wonderful young man.” We still say “I love you” to each other. Our family’s full of love. (laughs)
I remember you said that you kept looking for MOA and their dads watching your concerts together.
BEOMGYU: Most likely those dads were there because their daughters or sons like us and they tagged along. I thought it was really cool that they were right there with them having a good time. I spent a lot of time with my dad when I was younger, too. One time I woke up at three in the morning and went all the way out to Taebaek with him to watch motor racing, and we would play soccer or baseball together before school. It’s experiences like that that let me know how good those memories are going to be for MOA when they look back on them someday.
You’ve said the other members of the group are like a second family to you. It was especially touching when you were nervous before going on stage and you said, “When I’m with the other members, I’m not worried.”
BEOMGYU: I was actually three times as nervous for our performance at the MTV Video Music Awards than any other concert. My heart wasn’t going ba-bum, ba-bum—it was going babumbabumbabumbabum. But right before we got on stage, we put our hands all together and yelled, “Fighting!” And then we hugged each other. That really brought me comfort. The other members are the only ones I can lean on whenever I find myself in that kind of unfamiliar, difficult environment. When I see one of them having a hard time, I feel like I should put my own problems aside for a while and work harder for their sake. And I think that’s all possible because we’re a family.
Is that also why you decided to work together to reach the very top, like YEONJUN and TAEHYUN talked about on SUCHWITA?
BEOMGYU: I had a really hard time during and after our first world tour, and I was certain that, unless I’m healthy, there would be no point in making it to the top. I was firm about that. So if I’m being honest, I felt pressure because of YEONJUN and TAEHYUN’s vision. I’m the kind of person who strives for happiness in his everyday life, but they said they feel like making it to the top is what would make them feel happy. What could I do? We’re a team, after all. We work together for the sake of each other’s happiness. I thought it over and said, We’re a team, so I want to work together to make it happen. If that’s what everyone wants, I’ll work hard alongside you. Let’s put in the effort and make it to the top.
That makes me think of how you made a point to say you like movies to have a happy ending no matter what.
BEOMGYU: I don’t like when they’re left open-ended, and I can’t stand sad endings. I get completely absorbed in the plot of movies and all the emotions there when I watch them, so it feels like I am the main character. I root for that character with all I’ve got and hope they’re happy ever after.
And you see the happy ending you wished for in your future, don’t you?
BEOMGYU: It certainly feels like I’m moving towards it. (laughs)

Supplements and Vitamins to start your year RIGHT! 💖
Warning: Make sure that the supplements you are taking do not counteract as this could lead them to be ineffective or even dangerous. Vitamins that interact tend to need to be space out by four hours.
Morning
Iron: It is really common for young adults (especially those who are living on their own for the first time) to develop iron deficiency. Common symptoms are dizziness, a fast heart rate or brittle nails. If you have these symptoms check in with your doctor as taking too much iron can make you sick as well. If you are iron deficienct but don't have full blown anemia, you can take multivitamins that contain iron. These will help boost your levels and keep you full of energy.
Allergy pills: TAKE ALLERGY MEDICINE!!! Especially if you live in an urban environment that contains a lot of trees that produce pollen. It is not normal to be sniffling, coughing and feeling fatigued just from natural air. Generic works just as well as name brand.
Allergy Nasal Spray: If you are like me and your allergies are more extreme, I recommend a nasal spray. These can be prescribed by your doctor or bought over the counter.
Lunch
Multivitamins: If you take nothing else, make sure to take a multivitamin! They contain the majority of vitamins we need everyday to function. So if you're feeling tired even after sleeping a lot, it might be that you're not getting the essential nutrients you need. This can lead to acne, fatigue generally making your body weaker. Make sure to look at the label to see how much daily percentage the bottle you chose has.
Probiotic: One of the most important parts of our body is our gut. It affects our mental health and functioning of our physical bodies. Probiotics help introduce good bacteria into our stomachs as it's needed to keep it healthy. Probiotics can also be found in drinks like kombucha.
B-12: This vitamin helps so much with energy! I started taking 500 mcg but I felt it wasn't enough so now I'm taking 1,000. It's always good to start with a lower dose of any vitamin to see how you react to it.
Biotin: We all know how beneficial biotin is for looking good. It helps strengthen your nails, hair and skin.
Dinner
Calcium: This vitamin helps strengthen your teeth and bones. It's typically considered a supplement you start taking as you're older but by then it's already too late in a sense. I also recommend taking the magnesium zinc version. On top of these two being good for you, they help the calcium absorb so much better.
Fiber: OK I just ran out lol so here's a stock photo. Because most modern food is so processed we typically do not get enough fiber in our diet. Fiber is so important to keep our digestive system running. Adding 5 grams of fiber can make such a difference.
Optional
Saw Palmetto: If you have issues from hair loss like me, anemia is so awful, this can help a lot. Depending on your body, it can either help stop the thinning or even help regrow it. However this is a herbal remedy that can affect your hormones. Thus, it can cause mental health reactions and should be used with caution if you struggle with it.
Get Lit: This I bought on a whim from the Sephora sale! It is meant to help with both skin issues and your mood. It's the type of supplement where you dissolve it into water.

So... I haven't been feeling super great and it could just be because my period is three weeks late and all my hormones are in a pile up causing me to be insane or it could be the 27 years worth of major depressive disorder just chilling in my brain or it could be the EDS and the possible POTS, you know? It could be all of those! It could be none of those! But I will say... I have seen a significant decrease in my stress levels and I would like to talk about the things I'm doing for self care that are keeping me from losing my fucking mind.
Read more because this shit is just me rambling about my favorite self care things. Like I've really finally found a good combo for me and it makes me so happy that it doesn't feel like a chore. It's just nice!!! Also, this is not medical advice, this is just your friendly neighborhood mentally ill girly who deals with chronic illness sharing the things that make me happy.
FIRST OF ALL!!!! WASH YOUR FACE!!!! THEN TAKE YOUR FUCKING MEDS!!!!! I take my meds every single day at 8:10am because it's good to take your meds at the same time every single day *but* I've also discovered that's the best time to take my adderall so that it's really kicking in by 9 after I've done all my emails and things and need to focus on, like, actually doing my job. I've also been taking women's multivitamins and magnesium glycinate supplements. I feel like they've both made me less of a bitch because it's helped with the pain.
I have been eating breakfast! Not just iced coffee and prayers either, I've been eating a real ass breakfast. Everyday I make myself a little breakfast sandwich with an English muffin, egg, sausage and cheese of choice (I like colby jack, do whatever tf you want). This equals out to about 28g of protein and I'm supposed to have at least 30g first thing in the morning so it's pushed to 31g (maybe more) with the oat milk latte I make with my cute little espresso maker and milk frother. I have also limited my caffeine intake to one silly little coffee a day (but I'll have the occasional sips of coke zero when I feel a migraine trying to move in).
I've been working out recently. Even if I don't go to the gym, I try to get up and go for little walks. Which is nice. After I move, I want an under the desk treadmill.
I have a really bad habit of biting/picking my nails, especially when my anxiety is high or I feel the need to fidget but, for about the last few months, whenever I get the urge to bite or pick, I use cuticle oil instead and have been rubbing that into my nails/cuticles and it tastes god awful so of course I do not bite.
After work, I take a shower and I've started using the Saltair body wash in Santal Bloom because it smells very good TO ME. They have a bunch of different scents. But please remember that body wash is only a scent so please wash yourself with actual soap (and use a washcloth too oh my god, why is this a debate??? WASH IS LITERALLY IN THE NAME). Also, wash behind your ears EVERY SINGLE TIME.
ALSO night showers > morning showers. Argue with a wall because why would I want to get in my cozy bed with a body that has been steeped in outside germs all day??? Dirty feet??? ON MY SHEETS?!?! No.
I have *never* liked lotion because it's all too greasy or it smells gross or it's BOTH. I just get the autistic ick. I don't like things that sit ON my skin. But I know I should use it and I know I need to so I keep buying different brands of lotion but then I never finish them because oh my god so so gross and greasy. Anyway, somebody recommended that I try eos brand lotion and I have been using the coconut waters scent and oh my god. I recommend this lotion but use whatever you want and buy whatever scent you want, it's just nice. This lotion pairs very well with the body wash I like and it just makes me feel cozy as I get ready for bed.
Also wash your face again!!!!
(For skincare, I double cleanse with an oil cleanser & then a salicylic acid cleanser in the AM and a hyaluronic acid cleanser in the PM)
And I've been dermaplaning lately. That shit slaps. Why wasn't I doing that before???
And people keep telling me to buy topical magnesium to help with chronic pain but I kept getting links for Amazon and the thing about Amazon is... I don't like to use them if I can help it but I especially do not want to buy, like, make up or food or skincare products or vitamins on there because the amount of unregulated third party sellers freaks me out and I'm not trying to pop a rat poison supplement instead of what i actually ordered. You know? Anyway, my friend told me to get this Being Frenshe soothing stick... besties..... I have been using this shit ALL DAY LONG It's going on my thighs, my neck, my shoulders, my fingers, my knees, my ankles, my shins and it's so good for the chronic pain. And it smells so good and layers very nicely with the lotion and the body wash.
Seriously, my skin is so soft and I haven't really felt the need to pop a pain pill in a bit, my sleep is improved, my ability to calm my heart rate down during the day has improved. Did I mention my skin is soft?
Also, I'm currently losing weight and still healing from my biopsy (yes, I know it's been three months!!!) and I feel like the body wash + lotion combo I'm basically living in daily (sometimes twice a day because the showers are just so relaxing and not a chore to me now) are soooo helpful for my stretchmarks and scars.
Also, I've been turning my computer off an hour before bed to read which has been lovely.
Also, I bought enough lip balm (also eos because it's shea and not beeswax) to keep in different places. So I have a bed lip balm, a desk lip balm and a purse lip balm with one floater just randomly around the house.
And the *ONLY* AI we support in this household is the kind in my fancy little toothbrush that guides me in how best to brush my teeth.
Anyway, I just love being in my bed cozy sleep shirt smelling like coconut and vanilla and watching monster movies while not being in pain and having a resting heart rate that is NOT in the 120s. It's so beautiful. especially because, for the longest time, I couldn't get my resting heart rate below 85 while SLEEPING.
#i can't wait to get my new bed and be even cozier at night#i'm also going to get a water flosser#i actually bought myself some nice earrings earlier this week too#and i'm thinking of buying myself some kayali perfume#y'all i'm liking this less stressed version of me#i do one thing that makes me feel like a human and then it dominoes because i want to do more things that make me feel like a human#suddenly i'm a human again forreal#it's so legit#anyway goodnight#wyn rants

I have no idea which vitamins are good and I don’t know the difference between multivitamins and gender specific multivitamins.
Vitamins are so confusing to me, I mean I take them everyday but I have no idea what they do.
Taking them is easy to do, and I do it because it’s super important. (Even though I don’t know why it’s important) my hair doesn’t grow very fast but is extremely thick. Would taking hair and nail vitamins make it grow or would I just have thicker hair?
I don’t know.

Top 10 Benefits of Using Multivitamin Tablets
We hardly consume the right nutrition today with our busy lives. Fast foods and very hectic schedules mean that we are at times not able to assimilate all the vitamins and minerals that our bodies require. It is here that Multivitamin Tablets come to save the day! They happen to be the most convenient solution to this problem, besides several other health benefits as well. Let's dive deep into the Top 10 reasons why Supplementing with Multivitamin Tablets may bring that game-changing difference to your health.
1. Better Immune Function
A strong immune system is vital in this modern world, and multivitamins, that should contain Vitamin C, among other essential nutrients like Vitamins D and Zinc, improve immunity. Regular daily dosage of multivitamin Tablets can strengthen your body's defenses, ensuring you avoid lots of common colds and illnesses.
2. Energy Levels End
You can almost feel drained out by the afternoon. Multivitamins will be helpful for this. B vitamins, including B12 and B6, serve an important function in relation to converting food into energy. When you ensure that you get enough B vitamins within your body, you will be able to keep that energy throughout the entire day, keeping that dragging, fatigued feeling away.
3. Helps keep Heart Healthy
Heart health is a matter of the overall development of the human being. Many Multivitamin Tablets consist of nutrients called Omega-3 fatty acids, Magnesium, and Coenzyme Q10 that are used to keep the cardiovascular system healthy. You can keep healthy cholesterol levels and avoid heart disease by including them in your diet.
4. Mood and Mental Clarity
Not feeling too well or maybe a bit mentally foggy? Some vitamins, especially the B-complex group, have been described to help with moods and thoughts. Taking multivitamins routinely also helps reduce stress and worries, and you will think even more sharply and focus even more clearly on your everyday work.
5. Healthy Skin and Hair End
Who does not want bright, glowing skin and shiny hair? Multivitamins that contain vitamins A, C, and E ensure healthy skin by helping the promotion of collagen. Signs of aging are minimized with anti-aging properties. They give nutrition to the follicles of hair by making it stronger and healthy.
6. Dental Health Supplement
As we age, it is important that our bones stay firm and healthy. For strengthening bone density, we need Calcium and Vitamin D. Many multivitamin Tablets contain these essential vitamins, which lower the risk of osteoporosis and fractures during later life.
7. Useful in Weight Management
Just in case you are not seeing the scale go down, multivitamins can even help with this. Perhaps it's a matter of filling in nutritional gaps when you're eating, aiding you in making healthier food choices. With the right nutrients, you might find it easier to control cravings and maintain a good diet.
8. Supporting Digestion
A healthy gut, after all, is a healthy body. Many Supplements consist of probiotics and digestive enzymes, which help to digest, or help in the absorption of your food into your body; hence better gut health and less bloating or discomfort.
9. Convenience
Conveniences rule today's fast-living world. Multivitamin Tablets are a very convenient way of ensuring you get your daily dose of nutrients without having to strain over complicated recipes. Just one Tablet can be that step forward in getting healthy!
10. Promotes Longevity
Today's investment in your health can be the fact that you live much longer and healthier. A balanced intake of vitamins and minerals is associated with a reduced risk of chronic diseases. By taking multivitamins regularly, you're helping your body strive for longevity.

Health update
My skin is getting better. My face was red and itchy not too long ago but is getting better. My neck as well, I'm applying antibiotic and anti-fungal ointment on 3x a day. Like I said, strict dieting makes me susceptible to skin inflammation and infections. I understand where the infections and rashes came from, I just want them to go away.
My hands have a few inflamed spots. Again I'm not too upset about it given that I'm in a recovery process and I haven't been using any steroids. I used to use steroids weekly. If I need to use them every 2-3 weeks, that's also fine. The fact that I'm not using them weekly and my skin looks better than it did when I was using them weekly is a move in the right direction. So I'm not too hopeless.
The rashes and eczema should subside with the recovery process. The infections will go away with the ointments, but shouldn't come back as I recover.
Like I said I want to find a way where I can balance my diet and fasting without gaining my weight back. I don't want to experience anymore inflammation, but I worked hard to keep the weight off. So I want a balance between the 2. I quit fasting 3 weeks ago and have been eating well. Again I'm in a recovery process, but I've been eating well in the morning (a light snack of peanut butter and cheese/banana and seeds or nuts). So even on my fast days I'm having a high fat snack before noon which apparently doesn't break your fast.
I used to eat breakfast everyday last year. But there are days n my cycle where fasting would be a better option. Even then having a light snack in the morning (rather than breakfast) and not eating past 8 is a good plan to follow. Again, what I do/don't eat will depend on where I'm at in my cycle. I'll get the hang of it, but I'm not fasting 24/7 anymore. I know for this reason, quitting my fast won't ruin my weight progress. I'm just sick and tired of the inflammation and fatigue, but I am getting better.
I did a mineral scan today. While I do take supplements and eat an anti-inflammatory diet, I do have issues with absorbing nutrients. My doctor recommends I take a digestive enzyme with each meal. It's a good thing I asked because I've been thinking about enzymes and have spoken about it here. I know a lot of people benefit from them and doctors recommend them in general. A lot of people have issues with digesting things like protein and dairy. So they really can come in handy. I have the Codeage fermented enzymes. I think the serving size is 1, but I might push it to 2-3x a day. They say to definitely take it with a large meal, and my largest meal I think is my dinner. So taking one before dinner can help. I was recommended to take one before I take my first meal and multivitamin. The supplement also has probiotics, so I don't need a seperate probiotic supplement. I feel like enzymes are much more useful than probiotics. Again given that my scan showed deficiencies even though I do supplement and eat a lot of foods with certain nutrients I was low on goes to show I do have an absorption issue. Taking enzymes and making sure I'm not struggling with intestinal permeability helps.
One thing I like about that enzyme supplement is that it contains phytase, which helps break down phytic acid, which is a certain form of how phosphorus is stored in certain foods. Nuts, seeds, grains and other plant-based sources of phosphorus are stored in this way. Unfortunately, it makes it harder to absorb, unlike animal-based sources of phosphorus (cheese, yogurt, eggs, fish, chicken, red meat, and organ meat), which are not in phytic acid form. I'm not sure why but I'm not absorbing phosphorus. It could be for this reason or just the general fact that I have malabsorption as a whole. Taking a supplement with a complete enzyme profile can help regardless. I don't know much about the science behind phytic acid, I just know that dentists (the ones who are more nutrition focused beyond floss and fluoride) don't like it. I've heard that soaking foods with phytic acid is a good option, but that's too much effort and I'd much rather just take an enzyme.
I was told gluten causes intestinal permeability. Unfortunately I love bread so I don't want to quit that. I eat healthy sources of bread like oats and sprouted grains. I don't eat white processed bread unless I'm eating out/special occasion. I know that processed stuff is inflammatory. Like the enzymes, I'm going to continue drinking aloe juice to support my gut health. Enzymes for digestion, aloe for intestinal lining support.
I'll see how often to take the enzymes. Taking it before I take my supplements helps too, as well as my first and my largest meals. I'll figure a balance out. I hope aloe will help with my intestinal health as well. Again I don't want to cut out gluten because cutting out foods will just lead to more food fear and anxiety.
I also want to prevent reinfection, so I'll do an h pylori breath test every year as part of my annual physical. I want to make sure I don't experience downstream infections as well like staph and strep (really it's the h pylori and low stomach acid that causes it because low stomach acid levels = no sterilization process = gut infections). I will continue to chew slowly and drink aloe juice, as well as add in the enzyme 2-3 times a day. I'll figure out how to take the enzyme because it's a new thing I recently implemented. Then I'll worry about HCl and reinfection (stomach and intestinal). I feel like enzymes combined with the aloe juice, supplements, and anti-inflammatory diet can really help.
I'm confident I will heal. I don't mind not being perfect health, I just don't want to feel sick, hopeless and like I'm declining and don't have any support.

Have you ever experienced that annoying ache in your back or that persistent pain in your neck? It’s no fun, right? Well, that’s where chiropractic care comes into play. It’s not just about cracking your back or adjusting your neck; it’s about taking care of your whole body in a natural and holistic way.
So, why is chiropractic care important? Chiropractic care is important because it helps relieve pain, improve mobility, and support overall health without relying on medication or surgery, using gentle adjustments to align the spine and promote natural healing.
Let’s get into this topic further.
What is Chiropractic Care?
Chiropractic care is a kind of treatment that focuses on the joints and spine. Chiropractors, who are licensed healthcare professionals, use their hands or special instruments to make adjustments to these joints.
These adjustments aim to improve your body’s alignment and function, which ultimately promotes pain relief and better health.
Long Description
Why is Chiropractic Care Important?
There are many logical reasons why chiropractic care can be an important part of your healthcare routine. Here are some key benefits of chiropractic:
Pain Relief
One of the most common reasons people seek chiropractic care is for chronic pain relief. Chiropractic adjustments can help reduce back and neck pain, headaches, and even pain related to arthritis.
Improved Range of Motion
Chiropractic care improves the range of motion of your joints. This means you can move more freely and easily, which can be beneficial for everyday activities and exercise.
Maintenance Care
Regular chiropractic adjustments can help maintain good spinal alignment and joint health, potentially preventing future pain and injuries.
Preventing Injuries
Regular chiropractic care helps prevent injuries by reducing pain and tension, improving balance and mobility, making falls and injuries less likely, especially as we get older.
Better Mental Health
Chiropractic care can reduce stress and depression by improving how the nervous system works. Less stress on the spine and less pain can also help us feel better overall.
Stronger Immunity
When our nervous system is working well, our immune system can fight off sickness better. Chiropractic adjustments minimize stress on the nervous system, making our immune system stronger. Plus, better blood flow helps our body heal faster.
Increased bodily awareness
Adding chiropractic care treatment to your health routine can help you notice changes in how you feel. With a chiropractor’s help, you can reduce long-lasting pain and make your body work better overall.
This means you’ll notice if something feels off sooner, like if your spine is out of place. Chiropractors can also give you advice on eating well, sleeping better, staying active, and other things that help you stay healthy.
Being More Flexible
Chiropractic care helps our spine stay aligned, making our muscles and joints move better. This means we can be more flexible and move more easily.
Is Chiropractic Care Right for Me?
Long Description
If you’re experiencing pain, stiffness, or limited mobility, chiropractic care could be a good option for you. It’s also a great choice for those looking to improve their overall health and well-being. However, it’s important to talk to your doctor before starting any new treatment, even chiropractic care.
They can help you determine if chiropractic care is the right option for you and can work alongside your chiropractor to create a comprehensive treatment plan.
Remember: Chiropractic care is a safe and effective treatment option for many people. If you’re looking for a drug-free, non-invasive approach to pain relief and improved health, chiropractic care might be the key to feeling your best!

i lost 6 kilos since September. Im 40kg rn and trying to keep it at there bc i dont want to go under 40. I dont feel or look good at all either. But I feel kinda better relatively since i log out sometimes when i see danger. Im still depressed but better. I know its not easy to do anything right now but pls dont forget to get your vitamins. Vitamins are important. Multivitamins. Also vit-D is very important. Get therapy, and antidepressants. These are very important. Maybe rehabilitation may help better. Eat some foods that help you gain weight quickly even if you eat them in little amount. I try to do that. But I know eating is not easy. Dont forget to get collagen pills or powder daily. Try to take a walk everyday. But i know even brushing your teeth is not easy in depression or taking bath. Not judging. I dont say be hard on yourself but pls dont forget vitamins and collagen. These helped me. But importantly having drama free life is only remedy. You may take long sleeps. It also helps. Take melatonin everynight even if you have sleep. Thats also important. You may eat french fries, peanut butter, burger… these make you fat lol. Drink water. Dont forget it. I hope one day you will be out of this shit and we will be happy again. Praying for you every night for your wellness and getting rid of this shit asap. Take care. 🥺😔🙏

What Makes Gummy Bears So Good?
Have you ever wondered just what makes gummy bears so good? In this article we explore their universal appeal and try to figure out why we love them so. We also have some cool ideas for getting crafty in the kitchen with your favourite gummy sweets.
Why Are Gummy Bears So Popular?
Gummy bears have an almost magical quality of hitting the sweet spot of nostalgia and novelty all at once. But why are they so popular? Could it be that their vibrant colours offer a playful respite from the humdrum of everyday life? Possibly, but most sweets are colourful, and we are attracted to them like bees to flowers. Is it the sweet, fruity flavours that we like so much? Again, gummy bears did not exactly reinvent the wheel when they rolled into Flavour Town. So maybe, they are just super cute. Yet there is something undeniably special about a gummy bear. Something that sets it apart from other gummy sweets. Their adorable shape isn’t just for show; it seems to be the perfect form for a satisfying chew, making them irresistibly fun to eat. The texture itself is just right, with exactly the right amount of bounce. The fruity flavour also hits exactly the right note. Maybe it has something to do with the way it slowly melts in the mouth. And let's not forget, their fame isn't just confined to the candy world – these bears have bounced their way into all sorts of cultural corners, from TV shows and movies to social media trends, keeping them front and centre in our hearts and minds. Lets visit the colourful world of gummy bears and take a look around shall we?
Are Gummy Bears Healthy?
Let's get this often asked yet clearly bizarre question out of the way first. No, gummy bears are not healthy. Yes, multivitamin gummies are a thing, mostly involved in the deception of children by grown ups who should know better. But no, gummy bears are not one of your five a day. Nowhere close. We do however agree that a handful of sweets is certainly good for the soul.
So, What Are Gummi Bears Made Out Of?
The ingredients of gummy bears are quite simple. Gelatine: This is the key ingredient that gives gummy bears their signature chew. Derived from animal collagen, gelatine is what provides that delightful bounce in every bite. It is also responsible for that slow melt that releases those fruity flavours. Sugar: Sweetness is key here! Sugar is what makes these bears so irresistible to both kids and adults alike. Syrup: Invert sugars (syrups, such as glucose) help to keep the sugar from crystallizing, so you get that perfect smooth texture without any graininess. Flavouring: Whether it's natural or artificial, flavouring gives each gummy bear its distinct fruity taste that we all know and love. Food colouring: Those vibrant colours aren't just for show; they also help us associate flavours with colours. Citric acid: This is often added to give a slight tang and balance the sweetness, enhancing the overall mouth-watering effect.
Are Gummi Bears Vegan?
Whilst vegan versions of gummi bears are available, it is animal derived gelatine that (quite literally) sets gummy bears apart. Gelatine has unique setting qualities that gives jelly its wobble and these much loved gummy sweets their trademark chew. It also has unique melting qualities that make it virtually impossible to mimic with plant-based derivatives. Do gummi bears have pig gelatine? Some gummy bears are made with pig gelatine, whilst others are made with beef. Gluten-free gummi bears Gluten is not an actual ingredient in gummy bears but not all brands are labelled and certified as gluten-free. Say it with me. Always check the label.
Gummi Bear Treat Ideas
If you ever get bored of the simple pleasure that is chewing a gummy bear (as if) here's a few ideas to switch it up. Gummy bear popsicles: Just add a handful of gummy bears to your favourite juice or soda and freeze them in popsicle moulds for a fun and fruity frozen treat. Gummy bear thumbprint cookies Press a gummy bear into the centre of your thumbprint cookies right after they come out of the oven—a sweet surprise awaits when they cool down! Candy sushi Make sushi rolls sweeter by wrapping a gummy bear with a strip of fruit roll-up and a piece of flattened rice crispy treat for a creative confectionary twist. Gummy bear mocktails (or not) Stir some gummy bears into your sparkling water or ginger ale to give it that little extra flair and a hint of fruity flavour as they dissolve. Gummy bear trail mix Toss some gummy bears with nuts, dried fruits, and popcorn to create a sweet and savoury snack perfect for movie night or your next hiking adventure. Chocolate dipped gummies bar Melt your favourite chocolate, allow it to cool a bit and then stir gummy bears through it. Pour onto a silicone mat and leave to set in the fridge. The contrast of gummy against chocolate is oddly enjoyable. Gummy bear ice cream topping Sprinkle gummy bears over your ice cream to add a chewy texture to every spoonful. Or go one step further and stir it through your favourite flavour. We've got gummy bears galore ready to buy online, just part of our massive selection of bulk buy lollies. It’s been. I don’t know. Like two months sinc e I stopped taking wellbtrin. At one point this spring I just noticed my pill minder had like a 4 day backlog and I still felt fine as opposed to every other time I forgot my meds two days in a row and immediately wanted to kill myself. So I said fuck it and stopped taking wellbutrin. I made a deal with myself that I wouldn’t tell anyone for two weeks because I have a tendency to tell a bunch of people when I first start a project and then enver fllow through and it makes me feel like total shit and a fucking retard for ever saying anything.
So like 5 days in I told Shannon that I had gone off the pills after consulting my psychiatrist and I couched it in that lie so she woulndt worry about me like she always does and I fucking hate it more than anything else when people WORRY about me. sinc e she thought I did it like a normal person would she was supportive which was nice and after that I don’t think I really said anything about it to anyone else for a while.
eventually I told my therapist who I don’t really like but I still keep seeing because I think people would be concerned if i stopped seeing her that I had gone off the m unsupervised or maybe I told the same lie because I just repeat the fucking lies I tell otherwise I know I’ll slip up and reveal the truth that’s behind all these small facades and diversins I maintain i n my everyday life for some fuckng reason so now she knows and the last person who doesn’t whwo “should” know is my actual psychiatrist who is some kind of hog from fenway health who prescribes me adderall which is the only drug other than estrogen I’m still taking.
I fucking hated taking the wellbutrin. and the hydroxyzine. and the folic acid. and my multivitamin. so many fucking pills just to make me function normal instead of lying in my bed all day thinking of creative ways I could paint my brains on a wall as a copiing mechanism for never being able to live up to the expectations I set for myself which is a problem costar predicted I had when I signed up for it recently. but I’d miss two doses in a row, or even one day’s dose, and 48 horus later I’d be horizontal, eyes fixed upwards, thinking about how it is not worth it at all to live a life where i have to take like six pills a day and inject shit into my thigh muscles once a week just to remain barely fucntional in the long run (adderall doesn’t count because it makes me feel like a god) and how I was going to have to do this routine for the rest of my life and every time i missed one pill I was going to have a day of feeling like this for the resto f my life.
im so fucking sick of seeing my therapist. i feel like ive done most of the work myself to get anything out of therapy which is probably to be expected because other people cant fix you but I feel like she hasnt even offered any ideas she just kind of mm-hmms me and sometimes tells me i forgot to zelle a copay and once every three months or so she brings up the time she was late to an appointment in 2019 and I tweeted “my therapist is 15 minutes late which is already making me feel a lot bnetter about myself” and I really wish she shouldn’t but much like flat out not going to therapy any more I don’t know how to tell her I don’t want to hear about that any more.
and im on cypionate so therapy days are injection days which keep my internal clock pretty steady all things considered.
I don’t think you’re supposted to stop taking 300mg of wellbutrin cold turkey because your seasonal affective wore off but it’s worked out well for me so far. im alot more tired lately and find myself sleeping a lot but that’s sort of eased up in the last couple months but I find myself constantly fighting the urge to sort of slip back into the depressed sorry state I was in from before I started taking antidepressants. I had a really good day yesterday where I saw like four different friends over the course of the day and I felt really good and today I felt like shit and now I’m in bed drinking johnny walker and writing this.
I think I maintain a facade of white lies to keep everyone around me from asking if I’m ok. I hate it when people ask if I’m ok. I feel guilty if I express how I really feel and they get concerned for me so I just tell them I’m fine and I”m plugging along doing what a normal human being should be doing like filing job applications and practicing bass guitar but ost of my free time I”m jsut fucking sitting in my room killing time because I”m scared of trying something and failing. And I was cool with that feeling on wellbutrin because I didn’t really get depressed about ityou know. But now I’m off it and I am fucking terrified. maube it’s because I stopped taking the anti anxiety pills too but I have been holding back the urge to cry and fantazise aboutall the cool ways I could kill myself like I used to from like 2010-2022.
I’ve never cried in therapy or in front of anyone really. I don’t like to show that weakness because when I did in childhood my parents would blame it on each other look what you did, you made him cry so I just tell my therapist “I want to get my money’s worth haha” like I’ll tear up or stay quiet for a while but I’ve never really broken down and sobbed infront of anyone. when my boyfriend would stay for the night in like 2019 and I had to cry I’d go to the bathroom and weep into a folded towel so I wouldnt make any or too much noise.
I really don’t want to start taking antidepressants again. it’s like a compressor and it flattens out all the highs as well as the lows. I’ve had some good moments in the time since I stopped taking them and I think now that Im not smoking a ton of weed any more I actually have perspective on when things are good and bad and how much time has passed between those points. but I think I’m going to cointinue to make not a lot of noise. I don’t want anyone to ask me if I’m ok.
