Hot take: people should stop complaining when a new feature comes out for the sims 4 and it’s bugged. maybe i’m just too much of a pessimist for my own good but legit nowadays i can’t feel excited whenever a new thing is introduced to the game (be it a pack, a major update, whatever) cause my first reaction is wondering how EA is gonna mess it up, how much drama and discourse will result from it, and how everyone will be disappointed and complaining it’s not what they wanted or that it’s not like in ts2/ts3.

Last lesson with my voice professor went great 🥲❤️ I only cried a little. She gave me some names of choruses and opera choirs to audition for in the city I’m moving to next semester, and she said she’ll come to any performances I do (bc she lives in that area and just commutes up here), and I did an… acted-out (?) runthrough of my recital piece and I think it went super well. Knock on wood but I’m excited :3

Saba, the infant daughter of a friend of mine, is critically ill in Gaza. She was born during the ongoing invasion, and has been plagued with health problems from birth. She is malnourished, and has been suffering from severe, constant diarrhea and vomiting for many weeks. My friend was able to take her to see a specialist in Gaza, who has performed special tests to be able to diagnose her. The tests are not complete yet, as testing capabilities in Gaza are minimal right now. And unfortunately, the diagnosis will probably be of limited use, as there are few to treat the condition due to the occupation’s sabotage of Gaza’s medical infrastructure.

For Saba to survive, she requires medication for her stomach problems, as well as a special diet. The cost of these things is exorbitant in Gaza due to the occupation, and Saba’s family requires direct support in order to afford the necessities that are keeping Saba alive. They have a GoFundMe to provide for their family’s needs, but it has received very little support.

Please help this baby girl survive genocide!!!

Tbh I really wish the sims didn't add an infant update and added a pre-teen update, the age up from tiny child to having models identical to young adults is very dramatic. Also it would probably be more interesting.
