Anyway I'm officially fr diagnosed with OCD now and my psychiatrist might take me off my antipsychotic soon. I should schedule another appointment with her before I forget like I usually do.

I just got done with my psychiatrist appointment. I told her about my OCD symptoms that I've been having all my life and how they've gotten worse and worse and worse. She put me on Lexapro and said it might make my sexual problems worse but my OCD sounds so extremely debilitating that I can't not be treated for it. Also going off trazodone. She wants to see me again next month.

Like my OCD is so bad I think I might have been mistaking it for schizophrenia the entire time, it's just that sorta severe. The hearing thoughts that aren't mine and the magical thinking, I always that was me being schizophrenic. I told my psychiatrist that I feel like what is happening in the United States is divine punishment and I deserve what's coming to me. Everything I told her was very shocking to her, she said I sound very miserable and exhausted from the anxiety I've been having. She's never heard of the type of OCD I'm having before, but she said it's all textbook OCD symptoms, even when I was a kid and had to tell my mom all the things I do that I feel bad for so I don't go to hell. I did that every night for years, it probably encouraged her to start having a weird relationship with me starting at 12.
