Who do you think will be the 20 cast members that will go from hollyoaks?
I mean I'm not really sure bc i don't know most of the characters bc i've only seen full eps for about a month.
We know Cindy is leaving, and the others that quit (including baue, warren, scott, zain, etc). And I already answered who i think might be killed off (james, liberty, i wish it was sienna but that isnt gonna happen bc she has too much of a strong personality) - if scott is leaving then freya might, and some of the teens might leave the village for uni (Vicky, Andre, Leah) - or bc of plot reasons (jj and frankie) - idk if they ever kill of characters that were born and grew up on the show bc tom and charlie don't really seem to do anything any more.
And I'm not sure what will happen with kitty when bf leaves and her dad is dead.
And that is only 15 including people we know are quitting instead of being fired.
#im really not an expert#but there are articles about who we know are leaving#i would guess the most boring/resolved characters#who dont have a lot of ties to the village#ask#hollyoaks

okay i need to complain. and since english is not my first language this won't even make sense, but hear me out.
i love the dynamic of a deaf person in a ff relationship (hope this doesn't sound ableist or something, i just love how the communication is developed in a non-verbal way), but unless i'm mistaken, there are no signs specifically for names in a universal way.
i'm basing this on my knowledge of the italian sign language, but i think it's similar in other countries too: people can choose their own sign-name, and this is often based on personal attributes, sometimes even physical attributes. this sign-name is what identifies a person, but the only way to associate it with a specific word is to spell all the letters in the sign alphabet.
a sign-name does not represent the word of someone's name, it represents the person directly. if you think about it, it's beautiful and poetic in a whole other way and it's a shame that this is not included in fictional works.
i know that writing characters with a disability like deafness if you don't know any deaf people is hard, understanding a whole other language just for writing fanfictions is difficult and maybe you don't think it's worth it, but you should give it a try. i'm reading so much stuff in which sign language is described as if it's the same of verbal language and it really is not.
please think about it for any of your future works, there's so much amazing stuff that you can learn!

The Nobleman or 양반 (yangban): The smiling face represents the bluff and composure that an aristocrat is often known to have. The chin is a separate piece from the top of the mask, and the actors can lean forward and back to make the mask smile or frown as needed.
This monk who abandons his doctrines, or 취발이 (chwibari): Chwibari was originally a monk, but he had no intention of joining the monastic order, so he came down to the world and wanders. Represented with a forehead full of wrinkles and spots.
The widow or, 부네 (Punae/bune): represented to be a widow, or a kisaeng ( a woman who sang, danced, or played an instrument to provide entertainment for company at a drinking party), or a mistress of the Yangban. She has a very small mouth, round cheeks and forehead- giving a general look of happiness good-humor.
#skz#stray kids#skzedit#bystay#obligatory i am no expert take it with a grain of salt blah blah#theres no changbin bc you cant see the mask clearly and no hyunjin because as best I can figure his mask is a General/high ranking official#but most of those are modern productions and dont have any real descriptions or anything.#these plays were made to mock the upper classes so the nobleman is p much always treated like a fool or bastard lol#also these all change depending on the location- so like the chwibari is usually a negative portrayal of a monk who drinks and parties#and isnt very... monk-ly lets say- but then theres a story where he saves his lover from a lecherous monk and they get married so 🤷♀️#he wasnt a monk that iteration though or he abandoned his studies ?#and then the widow/concubine varies from sympathetic young widow to a kinda femme fatale who seduces the nobleman/scholars#Will any of this play into the concept? probably not. they dont really commit to concepts lbr#but still! it was interesting to look into and the masks are pretty to boot so this was fun :)#it'd be cool if they did a mask dance. i always loved thunderous for the traditional elements so i hope that happens#also YEAH a korean seungmin girl saying she was sad the foreign fans wouldnt get the significance bc she wants to see 'secondary art'#did inspire this (of course i'd wanna know why he was the only one given a womans mask dont act surprised)#bc im pretty sure i know what she means by secondary art and LMAO#i see right through you.... and into myself maybe#long post

Shower thoughts about "kids shouldn't be allowed on the internet until (insert arbitrary age here)" and "kids shouldn't even know about sex until (insert arbitrary age here" are adjacent flavors of the same incredibly flawed idea that like...
There are these Big Things that, when we reach a certain age, are likely to be day-to-day relevant in our lives. Even if we don't have sex daily or use the internet daily, these topics come up in our media, our discourse, our news, our surroundings, every single day.
And the "kids shouldn't be using the internet" thing posits a reality where we can keep kids from knowing about it or wanting to use it - when many parents use it daily! - until some arbitrary time when "they're ready" and then suddenly they are allowed to, with all the knowledge and skills and curiosity of being that age, go loose on something they've never learned how to use. Likewise with sex, the ages most people say it's "okay" when they make these arguments are usually teen years, when the AVERAGE age when USAdians lose their virginity is 17. Considering how many people on this website routinely report being virgins in their 20s or 30s, how many kids are fucking at 13 to make the average that low? What do you think happens if their sexual awakenings come at the same time *or before* anyone has given them age appropriate sex ed?
For the internet, I can actually say anecdotally, what happens! Because we got internet at home when I was 12. Issues included me spending ludicrous amounts of money on pay-by-the-hour usage (did you know that in the mid 90s AOL charged by the hour? Now you know.), addictively hanging out in chats and playing muds until 2 am, then attending school daily on 4 hours sleep, fending off countless A/S/L messages from weirdo old dudes, and being solicited for cybersex with strangers! And I had no idea what I was doing! And here again is the overlap of internet and sex!
Anyway. I told myself I'd keep this short but here we are.
Age-appropriate sex-ed, age-appropriate internet usage, age-appropriate [insert thing you think kids shouldn't know anything about at all for some fucking reason] will almost always keep children safer than throwing them in the deep-end when they're older.
[What WHO says about age-appropriate sex ed][related lit review]
[UK National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children device usage guidelines] [American Psychological Association advice]
Teaching children age-appropriate things about ubiquitous topics is prevention and is the best way to keep them safe. Period. End of story.

Ride 795: The peak of their limits!!
Pag 1
2: Isn't there anything I can do?
3: Listen to him
4: You don't have to say anything back, you can just nod
5: Just listen to his nonsense
6: Like always
8: To... Toudou-san
Pag 2
1: He'll arrive soon
2: In just a few minutes he'll pass on this road right before our eyes
4: There's no need to stay back
5: Right now, he's fighting
6: He's running against his rival for “the last kilometer”....
His muscles are aflame, he's wiping away his sweat, and his body is screaming
Pag 3
1: His limbs are numb because the blood isn't flowing until his extremities
His heart rate is at its limit, his body feels like it's in danger and is trying to stop moving
2: He's fighting against his own body that's trying to stop, and against his rival who's moving forward
It's the “peak of their limits”
3: The peak of... their limits
4: That's the fight he wanted
5: Watch him closely
Call out to him with me and he'll be happy
6: Don't worry
Racers recognize even the quietest voice
And then
Pag 4
1: they can turn them into power!!
Pag 5
1: Sooreeeee
2: 700m left until the mountain line!!
They're lined up!! They're neck and neck!!
So close!
Pag 6
1: 600m left!!
2: The race passes through the intersections with Mt. Hiko's trailhead!!
Goo Hakogaku!!
Don't lose, Chiba!!
They're neck and neck!!
Pag 7
1: Neither of them is stopping!!
Pag 9
2: So much sweat is falling on the road!!
3: They're passing through the last intersection and then will face the final gate
4: They're entering a narrow road!!
Pag 10
1: 500m left!!
2: They're still pedaling!!
Pag 11
1: Since earlier my fingers in my right shoes
2: keep getting cramps
3: The blood isn't reaching their tips
4: It's not, but
6: I'll keep turning my legs!!
7: I'll tighten up my shoes to reduce the pain!!
Pag 12
1: Mountain King tightened his shoe's dial!!
Woah he's serious!!
2: What does it mean!?
Biking shoes have a dial
3: During a long race, cyclists' feet get thinner, so they turn their shoes' dial up to tighten and secure their feet in preparation for the final dash
Wire
Depending on the direction you turn the dial, it tighten or become loose
4: In the scene of European races, it's something cyclists do a lot to prepare for the race before the finish line!!
5: Is Mountain Kind going to attack here!?
But right now it looked like he was trying to avoid the pain in his leg
Pag 13
1: This is bad!!
It's not just my fingers
My arms have lost feeling too when I'm dancing
3: But it's okay, it's just right
My legs are moving
4: And you're next to me!!
We're still fighting!!
Pag 14
1: If my arms won't move then I can just swing my bike from my shoulders!!
Pag 15
1: Manami attacked again!!
Amazing!
He's going!!
2: In the hardest section!!
He's leaving Mountain King behind using his dancing!!
Pag 16
1: He's opening a gap between himself and Sohoku's Mountain King!!
3: Mountain King is in a tough spot!!
4: He instinctively dropped his head!!
Pag 17
1: Try to have fun, Onoda
4: Races are hard
5: When your opponent accelerates in an unexpected moment, when the attack is stronger than you had imagined
6: Remember
Pag 18
1: You can't win a race without going through tough times
2: Teshma-san....
3: “Just before” means that there are many options
Like, will my opponent get exhausted? Could he make a mistake? You'll be thinking like that
4: Surprisingly, victory or defeat depend on these little things
Pag 19
1: Well, that's just my advice though
I actually always end up slowing down at critical moments, and so I lose
2: That's not true at all!! At this year's Inter High it was Teshima-san who won the mountain prize!! Thank you so much for that!!
I get it, I get it
3: Well, you're an earnest person and won two times already, so it's like I'm preaching to the choir
4: But there are times when you're weak
5: I've seen that many times too
9: During a race, when it's “just before”, just remember this
10: When there is both a hard road and an easy road
Pag 20
1: Don't hesitate to take the hard road!!
2: Right now for a moment, I was thinking “why am I going now” and “when it's hard to breathe”!!
Pag 21
2: My chest hurts!!
3: My legs hurt!!
4: But still!!
6: I'll choose what to chase!!
Pag 22
1: Mountain King is accelerating and chasing!!
Aaaaaagh
4: Sangaku!!
5: I'm ready!!

please please please I'm clinging on to you by the toes how do you draw your perspectives so deliciously (ty for posting kunizai art too sm btw you're doing our wretched Lord asagiri sensei's work)
U guys flatter me sm but im afraid i do not know how i draw either .. its funny enough to ME that people are saying im good at perspective because i litterally have never been good at it before 😭 ill try to explain as best i can though from my own experience !
My first advice is probably to not worry about anatomy too much; im 100% sure my anatomy is hella off in all my drawings. But in perspective art, u can still somehow make it work with foreshortening!
Especially for parts like arms, i usually just simplify it in 3 parts, the shoulder area, the forearm and the hand - foreshortening can be helped a lot by the folds of the clothes, so you can kind of still create a border to differentiate the parts of the body. And feel free to simplify the anatomy etc. And also embrace more "cartoonish" shapes- i draw a lot of weirdly curved legs but it works for a more dynamic-looking piece (i think)
Next would be to think of the art piece in terms of shapes. And also to not be afraid of using curved lines instead of straight ones
Using curved lines for areas that are too close or too far seem to work best for me in creating a sort of fish-eye lense that makes the background look warped, but dynamic!
Next, my favorite shape in terms of composition would be triangles. Especially for perspective top-down poses, it really gives you a general shape that the body could take based on that view
For compositions, i like it because i think it works well for balance, it has a very strong shape and works for visualizing foreground, middle ground, and background (the largest part (base) is closest to the viewer, the farther it goes the smaller the object gets). It prpbably helps if you have those point perspective ruler stuff that comes with some art apps. Also i use ibis and i sometimes use the transform tool to stretch or reshape a part until it flows better in the composition.
In terms of color, i usually work darker to lighter, from foreground to background. Darker objects nearer to the front and lighter objects at the back work a lot better for depth since the ones closer are more in focus and detailed while the lighter the object gets the more it seems to "fade" away.
Anyways i am certainly no professional and to be honest, most of this is me getting an idea or picture in my head that i go through trial and error to execute so i still advise you all to search up guides or references (i look for a lot of ideas on pinterest) and have fun ! If you still have questions, i will do my best to reply
#this is. long. sorry#im really no expert guys im flattered but i assure u i have NO idea what im doing😭#ask cocoa#also tysm im glad i can still serve the kunizai community LOL#i have speedpaints saved.. theyre very long but if people are interested maybe i can share it?

Things I wish more writers understood about PTSD
Traumatic events don't always lead to PTSD. Two people can experience the exact same traumatic event, and one can go to work the next day shaken up but otherwise alright, while the other still has trouble functioning normally two years down the line. This is a fact that's been studied to death in psychology, but we're still no closer to figuring out why this discrepancy exists. So no, that character who experienced a very traumatic event and wasn't traumatized to your liking wasn't actually 'unrealistic'; they just didn't live up to your preconception of how trauma is supposed to effect people.
There is no flaw or 'weakness' in a person's temprament or personality construction that will make them more likely to develop PTSD, and likewise, people who don't develop PTSD are not inherently 'tougher'. PTSD is not the kind of illness you can blame on the person who suffers from it; human beings are more complicated than that. Furthermore, people who don't develop PTSD from a traumatic event exist, in fact they're very common, and while they don't develop that precise, largely arbitrary set of symptoms, they are still likely to be deeply affected by the event/s. Their experiences are no less real than those of their counterparts.
Sometimes, a person who experienced a traumatic even didn't develop PTSD afterwards - because they already had it. There are lots of people who go into therapy following a traumatic event only to discover they've been experiencing the symptoms of PTSD for years, following a previous unrelated traumatic event. This is especially common for people who had C-PTSD beforehand. Since PTSD can often manifest in very subtle ways, and since people are likely to 'mask' symptoms as a way to keep judgement or prying at bay, this scenario is not particularly uncommon.
PTSD doesn't always develop immediately following the traumatic event. PTSD can take any amount of time to develop. For most people, it takes around 3 months for symptoms to appear, but for a lot of people, the symptoms of PTSD do not appear for many months, even years after the event/s. This usually has something to do with the memory issues that can arise after trauma, and also might be affected by how a person conceptualizes the 'threat level' over time.
People with PTSD are not 'broken'; people with PTSD can be treated. Human beings aren't inanimate objects; we're living beings, graced with this incredible ability to adapt, grow and change. While there is no 'cure' for PTSD, there are loads of types of psychotherapy and medications that help to alleviate symptoms, and many people with this disorder are able to live fulfilling lives despite the diagnosis. Recovery is never out of the question, no matter how severe a person's symptoms might be. PTSD or not, I for one have yet to encounter anyone I would ever consider irrevocably 'broken'.
People with PTSD don't all experience the same symptoms. I feel like it needs to be said, because there is a bit of a 'type' in fiction, isn't there? And this can be incredibly disheartening to read for someone whose PTSD doesn't align with the way it is constantly shown to 'normally' manifest. In reality, PTSD is a very complex disorder, which might express itself in a wide breadth of different ways, and people handle their symptoms using a wide breadth of different methods. You'd be hard pressed to find two people who are completely alike in this regard.
Perpetrators of violence are just as likely to develop PTSD as their victims. This is one of those things I learned though my torture research escapades, and I've found it applies to other violent crimes as well, such as violent assault and murder. It's not a particularly nice fact to know if you want to maintain your straightforward good-vs-evil worldview, but alas, the real world is grim and complicated. There is actually a name for this type of PTSD, and it is Participation-Induced Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PI-PTSD), or perpetrator trauma. PTSD does not discriminate, and you're not safe from it just because you're not on the recieving end.
People with PTSD aren't automatically more violent. I don't know why this myth has to be so prominent with every single mental illness ever, but like, yeah, its not true for this one either.
#correct me if i got sth wrong im no expert. about anything really. this is just some pet peeves#nonfiction#ptsd#trauma#psychology#writing

I’m in love with how they are giving so many subtle hints about Alhaitham and Kaveh’s relationship and how important it is to Alhaitham, despite the way they always seem to be bickering.
Throughout the 3.2 archon quest Alhaitham tells us that the reason why he is so interested in helping Sumeru is because he doesn’t want his daily life to change. After that Kaveh starts being mentioned very frequently by him or we hear other people in the akademiya complain about how they daily argue.
Then, of course, we meet them both arguing with each other in the House of Daena, which was quite the argument. We also know many of their casual interactions and how they go to the café/bar frequently together. Furthermore, Alhaitham pays all of Kaveh’s bills (something no one would do for someone they don't care for).
And now, during Alhaitham’s quest, their tones were so soft (At least in JP and CN) and also domestic. Kaveh seems to worry a lot about Alhaitham and exchanges glances with him, which made me melt inside. I also love how Alhaitham is constantly smiling while bickering with kaveh. Remember, we dont see him smiling like this that often. Which means he really enjoys it. I really liked how after the second time Kaveh asked him if he is okay, he replied with a tease about the painting Kaveh had mentioned before. Also smiling.
But most importantly, something I see no one talking about: the moment when Alhaitham was explaining why he resigned from being the Grand Sage to being the scribe again and he tells us that “It’s important to keep your priorities straight”, the camera points at Kaveh.
I know this game will probably never have any canon ship because they need to make everyone happy, but we do get hints like this from time to time and I think this was one of them.
After all, why would they bother to add all of those scenes with Kaveh when the quests had already concluded, if not for showing us how is what is Alhaitham’s daily life he wants to protect that much? We saw how happy he is, how eager he was to get home and go have dinner with Kaveh. We also see how Kaveh had been waiting for him as well.
I’d like to know more about their relationship, even if it ends up not being romantic (though how do you explain that face Kaveh made when paimon asked if they are friends).
#genshin impact#haikaveh#kavetham#but anyways yes I write this and yes its 11pm and yes im obsessing over them#im so happy ngl Its like a fever dream#its so happy to know all of what I predicted from the message boards being true#I hope we see more of them#and yeah really sorry this is really long#i never do meta posts and probably there are some mistakes there im no expert i just ship two very gay men#anto’s rambling#i have to scream everything here because Im probably driving crazy everyone around me with these two#imagine me writing all of this to them#I needed to let this all out because omfg#LIKE LISTEN THIS IS WHERE WE SEE HOW NORMAL PERSON ALHAITHAM AND KAVEH REALLY ARE#LIKE just see how worried kaveh is over a messed up investigation from somebody at the akademiya who has already been arrested#no wonders Alhaitham avoided telling Kaveh the details from the archon quest and no wonder Kaveh didnt believe the little he knew#because they are just normal persons trying to get on with their lives#i understand alhaitham so much I would also want to keep that life

Listen. Listen to me. Having privilege in one form or another, even situational and conditional privilege, doesn't de facto make you a bad person. A transmasc that applies to a job with their chosen name, whether or not that transmasc passes otherwise, will have privilege over a transfem applying to that same job, because of societal sexism. That doesn't suddenly mean that transmasc is a violent asshole putting transfems at risk, it just means that as a transmasc you gotta be more cognizant of how you navigate the world. It doesn't mean you don't experience oppression. It doesn't even mean you don't experience oppression unique to being transmasc! What it DOES mean is that whether you like it or not, your relationship to women and non-men are inherently different than they would be if you were a woman. And you're gonna have to reckon with that. You can't stop women you don't know from viewing you as a potential threat, but you can use what privilege you may have if you're stealth or pass to advocate for women, and trans women, and other trans men, and to. Y'know. Check yourself once in a while and make sure you're not falling into the toxic masculinity and patriarchal mindset so many of us have already suffered at the hands of.
#spitblaze says things#[posts this and logs off]#okay not really. but i will not be fucking engaging in debates about your wild-ass conjecture about my words or myself#transmascs get a lot of undue shit! we do! but a lot of us also end up taking stuff that is not actually undue personally#and like. ive been there. im not immune to getting in my own head about shit#ur not a bad person if you have either#just like. take a step back and look at the big picture. thats it#is this the most elegant. no#am i an expert. no#will i make a more articulate post later. maybe#i just had a brain blast and decided to make my own post rather than write an entire book in the tags of someone else’s post

sorry if you've already answered this (i searched ur blog) but if it's okay to ask, do you have any recommended readings for modern marxism (with a racism or colonialism lense)?
ok so prefacing this real quick I am high as hell. and also before i say anything id like to make it clear that i am not an authority on marxist communist theory, honestly i barely consider myself familiar with it. i went to school to study history so i interacted with marxist thought primarily in a historical/historiographical context, and generally in the context of colonial and postcolonial history. even then i studied mostly pre/early colonial american (in the broad sense not the USAmerican sense) & medieval islamic history. my knowledge of modern marxist theory is far from comprehensive.
with that said, I can certainly offer some suggestions, though some of them aren't necessarily marxist theory. but what the hell, lets get intersectional. for funsies. heres a few contributors to colonial/post-colonial/marxist thought that worked a little more recently than the 1800s
Fanon - Frantz Fanon was a french afro-caribbean marxist who, along with his wife Josie (who was the actual one writing, he dictated most of his works to her), wrote Black Skin, White Masks, A Dying Colonialism, and The Wretched of the Earth. From the portions I read while in school I would heartily reccomend all three. The Fanons were masters of decolonial theory and their commentary on whiteness, primitivism, anti-colonial historiography, and colonial class violence (among a billion other things, they were really prolific theorists) is the first place i would recommend people go if they want to start decolonizing their marxism.
Che Guevara - I really hope I don't need to explain who Che Guevara is. Anyways read Guerrilla Warfare and his motorcycle diaries. Oh and while I haven't read any of his work personally, I would imagine Fidel Castro would also be a good one to read for 20th century anti-colonial marxism.
Subcomandante Galeano - Previously known as Subcomandante Marcos, this guy was the figurehead/spokesperson for the EZLN until pretty recently. Our Word is Our Weapon is a collection of some of his writings translated into English.
Eduardo Galeano - Eduardo Galeano was an Uruguayan Journalist and his book The Open Veins of Latin America is a cornerstone of 20th century colonial theory even if it might not strictly be marxist thought.
Edward Said - Said was a palestinian academic and journalist whose book Orientalism is required reading for any colonial historian and should be for any self-proclaimed communist as well. It's perhaps marxist in the broadest sense but it is first and foremost a book about peeling the white supremacy goggles off of your face when studying the history of SWANA, which is a practice you should then apply to every intellectual endeavor you undertake for the rest of your life forever including your marxism.
anyway thats hopefully a good list to get you started. I know a few of my mutuals can probably add recommendations and provide a more educated communist perspective. Like I said before I'm a marxist historian more than I am a marxist in a communist sense.
#caught in the web#personally i dont really consider myself a communist#im an anti-colonialist first and foremost in terms of political theory#the fact that various flavors of communism have been the prevailing anti-colonial theory#just means i exist in plenty of communist circles.#anyways mutuals feel free to pitch in#also im calling it now im gonna get called a poser by someone for not being an expert in marxism

you know, you could argue that totk is just "one bad game" in a series that doesnt have to mean anything for the future, and i should jsut move on and wait for the next one, and generally id agree, but these days i cannot help but feel like its the beginning of the end, so to say
we are seeing it in every type of media, be it series, games, movies, that stories that say anything are too risky so they go for generic slop instead- the recent news about pixar wanting to focus "mass appeal" (despite their reasoning being completely hypocritical?) is just yet another proof of that being a trend that doesnt seem to stop any time soon
and one of the problems that brings with it, besides just being boring, is that "generic mass appeal" stuff ... ends up turning around to repeat tired old stereotypes that often leads to really problematic framing (like even childrens cartoons featuring war somewhere in the middle east against evil arabs .. just like, as a backdrop), bc "mass appeal" in general really means "average white person able to spend money", which isnt the majority of people but its the ones who this is targeted towards and more often than not made by, and, no matter how much some people want to pretend its possible, its impossible to make anything that doesnt say anything, theres nothing non political, if they think something is non political its bc its aimed at them and they agree with it
thats what makes me so anxious about the future of the zelda franchise, bc, while its always been a problem, totk especially.. is exactly that imo, its generic and a boring good vs evil with no nuance to be found if you are in the target "mass appeal" but as soon as you arent, or know about the most widely used ways of framing, its kinda scary how clearly it turns into a white god appointed savior against the evil arabs imperialism simulator, and it might not have been intended as such, its so normalized that its considered simple and standard.. (i know i go on alot about it, and i dont mean media has to be sanitized uwu perfect and not feature anything problematic- i mean this as a critique of how its presented, it expects and wants you to agree with it, its not like a cautionary tale about serious things like some movies ARE, its a fantasy game 'aimed at kids' ..)
and if its true that they outsourced the writing for the game .. for the sequel to breath of the wild, one of their most successful games ever, then what does that mean for the future? that doesnt sound good at all
with the trends of the dominating media, and how totk turned out, i feel like we are seeing the start of a downfall into 'generic slop' that makes them more money more safely than anything more unique or interesting for the franchise like its happening with everything else that isnt indie
if all that wasnt the case i might not be so focused on it, i might be able to move on much easier, but i cant, i care deeply about it and i feel like im clawing at sand slipping into a giant garbage disposal, im not thrilled and excited for the next game like i was just a few years ago, or direct for that matter, im afraid of what they will do next, and i dont think thats good, and i dont think im the only one either, hyperfixation (special interest?) or not
#ganondoodles talks#zelda#ganondoodles rants#sort of#i know you could apply this to everything these days really#but zelda is still my main fandom thing i care most about#so ......... yeah#might have said it before#and im no expert in anything like dismantling harmful tropes and all#this is still just how i see it#and feel about it
