i usually don’t message anyone or anything but i just wanted to say i love your characterizations of konig, ghost, and soap very much. the love and appreciation you have for these characters really come through in your writing.

the cod fandom is full of talented writers but the majority of them write smut. it gets tiring scrolling through the tag and just seeing porn when i actually just wanna see… ppl who enjoy the characters outside of sex appeal, yk? so your blog, truly and genuinely, is a breath of fresh air.

that’s not even mentioning the ppl who write them as abusive or use them to fulfill certain fantasies. i mean i don’t kink shame ofc, but idk sometimes ppl write them in extremely degrading ways that do a disservice to their character and it bugs me a little. plus all the “innocent bimbo reader” rhetoric, idk it gets tiring.

I'm so so happy my characterizations have hit the mark for some people and that I'm (hopefully) doing them some justice! I'm always worried about that because characterization matters heavily to me and I want to respect their characters and how much they mean to me and other people through it EVEN IF THE WRITERS OF THE LAST MODERN WARFARE DON'T KNOW WHAT A PROPER STORY LINE IS AND KILLED SOAP WHICH I'M NOT FORGETTING, IM NOT FORGIVING, AND IM CERTAIN NOT LIVE LAUGH LOVING WITH IT. I love the boys all so much. They all have such interesting things about them and have a lot more dynamic to them than people think and I just want to represent them right, especially lesser appreciated characters (haven't actually really written for them yet but Keegan, Logan, Hesh, Sandman, Roach, Nikto, Krueger - legit I love them, anyone feel free to send asks or scenarios you'd like I WILL write them. Oh there's many talented writers in the COD Fandom, there really are. I can't say I really know any personally seeing as I never really interact with other blogs but I've seen some reallly really nice fics with so much thought put in them. But equally, there's a lot of just... smut. Not even well written smut, I'm sorry, but a lot of it is just really, really poorly written. I'm all for do what you want, write whatever makes you happy. Freedom of speech! If it makes you happy, cool! But I'm also going to cringe cause a lot of it is... yeah, yikes

Not trying to be the smut police and say every detail must be accounted for and everyone should follow it in a certain way but plz basic anatomy 101, basic prep 101, no guy gal or enby pal will appreciate it if you just shove it in to anywhere dry and I've seen a loooot of that and other things that just hurt?????

I get it, people learn by reading/writing, but this is literally just a single search away. And common sense. There's also a lot of practices being unsafely represented (like fifty shades of gray level) and uh it's not on purpose, it's not meant to be dubious, but it just is written as that. PLEEEEASE please please do some research, the internet is right there

But I felt the same way. Like bless whatever y'all want to write, no shame and NO shade to writing smut. I'll probably eventually do it myself again in the future (undecided on that but it'd likely be a side blog if I do and would never be a main focus, I prefer story over smut action. Once again, no shade and no shame to those who don't, to each their own!). Never ever going to full on NSFW mode or only writing that, I'm always always always going to prioritize writing the characters first and trying to get more stories out there about them :D

But I got tired of opening it and all I see is just... smut, smut, more smut, extremely dubious content x 50. And maybe a sprinkle of normal things or fluff here and there. I just don't look in the tags honestly anymore, because so many people just don't properly tag it or give 0 warning at all, not even under a read more, just BAM, unavoidable unless you flat out don't look at the tags at all

There's more to the characters than just being attractive 😭and I love exploring those aspects of them and trying to figure out why they are the way they are

Also I'm ALWAYS going to have an issue with people who fetishize horrible things. When you're actively fantasizing and writing about someone abusing someone else, like flat out abuse, and being incredibly toxic and terrible to someone - just, please talk to a therapist. That's not social commentary, that's not a proper portrayal of real, HORRIBLE things that affect many people and have very real repercussions - that's perpetuating the negative narrative around a lot of struggles and setting it back by instead turning it into something that's treated as attractive. I really fully can elaborate on this and have a whole rant - but it's not cute and it's NEVER cool to fetishize actual, awful awful things that happen to people. Dead dove doesn't excuse you from judgement - especially when it's not even acknowledged. You're just saying you know what you write is probably morally reprehensible. Hey, I'm going to reprehend and won't respect you at all when you write awful things just cause and get off on it. Think people forget that. Dead dove is a descriptor and doesn't excuse you or make you instantly free from judgement or mean you're not doing something problematic/disgusting. It's just saying you know it is, that's about it.

I don't get why people do that when it's clear they have no idea what they're talking about. I've seen that a lot with the bully! Things. Like... wow, clearly some of you WEREN'T bullied and you're writing about it and it shows because if you were, hey, you know how fucking awful that shit is and how it leaves life long effects. Not saying this applies to all but there's a lot I see like that where it's just ".... wow, okay, so you don't have any idea what you're talking about, cool."

AND YEAH the mischaracterization really does do a great disservice where it's clear they're just after the characters for their physique. They just warp them so bad it's like "Are we talking about the same character?" . In AUs you get to explore that and can shape them to your wants, that's your choice! Highly recommend AU's, it allows so much freedom.

But when it's like.... regular? And it's just no where close and they're doing a 180 in how they actually are (like having Ghost flirt with strangers and be big scary daddy dom im sorry he's not at allllll) I don't get it and it's clear you really aren't writing about or for the character - at that point, plz, make your own characters. Just make your own OCs, it's great! And you can make them HOWEVER you want instead of just ignoring a character's characterization to make them fit what you want. And guess what? It's your character so you can TRULY do what you want and have them the way that you want instead of bending characters to fit a box that they weren't made for

I'm not saying you HAVE to write a character the same as me or in a specific way, but when it's a character with an established personality/backstory, the least you can do is follow that outside of AU's if you're writing for them. That's... the whole point of writing that character - I don't get why you'd write for them specifically if you're literally going to ignore everything about them

SPEAKING OF THE INNOCENT BIMBO THING, I'm also really not a fan. Once again, if that makes you happy to write or read, cool! I just am NOOOOT a fan. Why does the reader always have to be so small and so delicate and so pure/innocent? Why does the reader have to be just so UWU coded? Why are they always like "oh you're so little and small :( and just don't know any better" . It's either that or they're John fucking Wick with little in between. Pleeeease it hurts my soul

Its why I try to genuinely write a neutral geared reader with reactions that will likely fit a lot of people! I'm always taken out of a story's immersiveness when it mentions something like like your hair length or how uwu small you are in comparison. Give me just... average sensible reader. Give me reader who has realistic human reactions. Give me reader who isn't perfect, give me a reader who isn't magically special or different. Give me a reader who is just doing their best, who is THEMSELVES, with no intent otherwise. I love those fanfics so so much instead of trying to feel like I have to be something I'm not to get myself in the mindset to read some pieces NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR YAPPING. 1. Tumblrs whole rebrand isn’t accurate to the 2010s at all. im taking in scroll on the 2014 grunge tag and 1/30 post are actually accurate 2010s content. Like looks like it belongs on an old blog.

2. why EDs are being popular again. Honestly eating disorders never left obviously but it’s becoming popular to have one in the main media again. Of course there not out right saying ppl should have ed but like I can’t be going crazy here. I have nooo history with eating disorders at all except for that one summer when I didn’t eat much but that was just my appetite I didn’t actually want to starve myself. But these past couple of months I’ve been developing a small one and all these big back jokes DONT help. i might be at school and skip lunch because the school cafeteria makes me uncomfortable/ I don’t like seeing ppl eat or ppl seeing me eat; so when im starving in another class and I have the courage to maybe eat a candy bar and some random person calls me big like what?? also other things like ozempic and coke and honestly even tumblr making a comeback contributes to ppl getting eating disorders and even though I love the fandoms and community’s on here it’s an undeniable fact that the toxic side of tumblr is STILL here. I try my best personally not to show or promote eating disorders because they ARE deadly and horrible but I want to come clean about how I’ve been thinking or seeing things lately.

A couple months ago when I first started this blog I was getting bullied and no one believed me except my mom. i couldn’t stand up for my self or tell anyone. and it has effected me a lot; the point of bullying is to change someone because they don’t fit a standard. and omg even online like why are we so mean. the other day i was talking to someone and the thing is I don’t have a lot of friends and the group I do have I don’t talk to about how I feel because I don’t think they would take it serious. So we're going to get actually five different options here. The dynamic changes slightly when they are hanging out, just the three of them, with the main like Sonic cast, in public within the Sonic cast world, in public at school, and in their own world in public.

In public in their own world

So I've decided to make them fully celebrities in their own world. That means they definitely have to put a public face when they go out and about. I would imagine their demeanor is very similar to like famous singers when it comes to interviews and things like that. Maybe less controlled, but they definitely worry about their image and being good role models.

I was actually thinking about it on the ride home and I think they fall somewhere in between idols and heroes back home considering they have magic and the whole performance thing. I'll probably write up some more information on their dimensions dynamic later now that I'm starting to crystallize the idea in my head.

The dynamic in public is a little performative unless their incognito mode with like sunglasses, baseball cap, mask that really classic superstar under cover look lol

I could see Diamond planning out like what they should have as topics as an option when they're out and about to make sure nothing goes wrong. They keep conversations light-hearted in case things get overheard and of course they go on interviews and have to act the perfect part. Not sure exactly what kind of threats they be fighting in public in their own world, but the public really likes them since they're pretty fun and are trying to protect everyone. Everything's pretty hunky-dory on that side of their life.

In public at their school

It's when they're the most rigid and when anxiety between the three of them can get the highest. They have to both perform as public figures and as students in this setting. So each of them is under a lot of stress. They also tend to keep each other in check when they are as a group and out and about so on the classes that they have individually they tend to isolate themselves a lot more. It just became a defense mechanism to keep them from doing something stupid. They all also try and keep up really good grades for a multitude of reasons so it's not like they aren't busy. The best version of their dynamic is when they can study as a group at school. They'll still be personable, but everyone at school also knows that there's work to be done so they don't get bothered too much. Spade keeps steady sessions on and keeping everyone focused, Diamond finds exactly what needs to be studied and analyzing their own weaknesses within classes, Clover is great at bringing some levity to the study sessions. Clover also brings snacks if they're allowed, and sometimes even if they're not which Spade scolds her for, and is great at randomly finding really good information for a research projects just because her wandering the shelves when she gets bored, but still kind of actively looking for things that are on topic with their subject.

In public in the Sonic cast world

Once they realize they're in another dimension and are able to reunite with each other they realize they have a bit of a refreshing change of pace in this setting. They don't have to be constantly looking over their shoulder for somebody with a camera or worried about what might be overheard so they can act more like just a group of gals out on the town. Heading out to cafes to indulge in all kinds of food, talking about whatever they feel like, admiring cute folks that walk by, they can embrace careless attitude that they perform back in public in their own world, but they never actually are able to relax into. It makes the full of conversation a lot more easily skewed towards the deep which is good for their friendship overall. Late night chat sessions are great, but sometimes you end up just going into the weirdest topic and uncovering truths about yourself when sipping a latte. Some quality bonding time 🤌🏽

In private with the main Sonic cast (so their friends)

These girls are all about the hype and that does not stop when it's the cast hanging out with them in a more relaxed setting. I'm picturing game night with like some of the more mainstay characters and they're either fiercely competing or they are cheering on for the other players. Even it's at something as low energy as like chess.

Each of the girls has something that they get competitive about. Clover is all about speed as hedgehogs tend to be in the series so she'd be all in for racing. I could see Diamond getting super invested in a game of cards or like Scrabble. And Spade is super good at video games, just so many different types of video games. I don't think this is Canon but I could see tails being super into video games when he's not inventing. Just love the idea of them playing together and getting super into it. Adorable 🥰

Each of them would definitely have their own set of Canon characters that they get along more with. I'll definitely be writing out relationship Dynamics later on, but given you've got one that's super outgoing one that's more down to earth and another that's super quiet. You could probably start to picture who's going to hang out with who if you're familiar with the characters. If not, like I said I am going to do a relationship breakdown with some of them Canon folks another time. It is just getting late and I want to make sure this is done, especially since Tumblr decided to fight me on this.

On the same vein of them hanging out with other characters. The girls love hanging out with each other, but sometimes finding folks that match your energy kind of exactly is a great change of pace. In like group party settings, they tend to ebb and flow with how often you can find them as a trio or separated. Often. They'll begin social gatherings for like the first hour or so as a bundle. Split off and go hang with like their people for an hour or two and then rebound back to being a trio for like 30 minutes usually and a bit more of a private but still public area. They need the 30 minutes to recharge before taking another round out and about with everyone else. This social pace tends to stay consistent until the party is over it just repeats in a cycle.

In private just the three of them

Ideal roommates. Clover adores cooking and is basically in charge of the whole kitchen. The others sometimes need to remind her to clean up, but once he point her in the right direction, she's on it. Spade manages technology and bills within the house/ apartment (not sure where exactly I want them to live yet) she's also in charge of division of labor when it comes to anything else. As far as cleaning and taking care of their domicile. She tends to keep it well balanced and other than Clover having dominion over the kitchen, no one gets stuck with one of the lamer chores like cleaning the bathroom constantly. Diamond is on top of bigger repairs and whatever greenery they might have. She's also the self-care queen and make sure that the other two are unwinding. Spade from managing everything and Clover from just her general slightly manic airhead energy. If it's just the three of them, diamond is definitely the most level-headed of the group. If there's any kind of arguing between Spade and Clover, you can be sure that she's there to manage it and make sure that everything comes to a satisfactory conclusion. The vibe in their space most of the time is like perpetual sleepover. Once all of their outside world responsibilities are finished 80% of the time it's them hanging out like it's summer vacation. Video games, movie marathons, doing online quizzes, face masks and just being silly together. 20% of the time you might lose one of them to needing some solitude. They each have their own room that they can retreat to and unless the other two think something is actually wrong, they won't question too hard if somebody needs some time to themselves.

As duos, Spade and Clover tend to hang out in the kitchen because Clover would be maybe making something and Spade. Is there sitting at the table chatting away about like whatever latest movie or gossip topic might be on their mind. Diamond and Spade might start watching a movie, but it'll dissolve into them being their own version of like mystery theater, 3000 or whatever that show was called with them absolutely tearing it to shreds. They both love so bad it's good movies so it works out. Clover and Diamond are more likely to end up in a either philosophic conversation or just quietly reading together. Diamond's the best at settling down Clover's energy. Spade brings out the more side in Diamond. And Clover gets spayed away from worrying about school or life or any of that stuff that they have to deal with when they head outside.

Okay, I feel like this is getting long and I think that answers most of it. Like I said, I'm going to do a relationship breakdown with some of the Canon characters and da girlz another time so look forward to that but yeah I hope this answers everything 💖

my relationship with tumblr

i feel like i should do a yapping session bc i havent in a while and this topic keeps popping up in my brain so im gonna take u thru a journey of what my relationship with tumblr has been like for the last. Eons.

to start, right now i fucking love tumblr so much- i have genuinely never enjoyed posting on an app more and like don't get me wrong im sure this one has its issues, as does every social media app, but this one to me is at least the most tolerable.

my relationship with ig is mid at best, i like it but it's kinda lame and posting on it???? Bro i post like MAYBE once a year at best.

my relationship with twitter is pure hate and also non-existent bc i got so sick and tired of it that i caved and uninstalled it like a month or so ago and haven't wanted to go back on it since.

my relationship with tiktok is also mid at best, posting is closer to a chore tbh even though i dont do it regularly at all- i also get stressed trying to keep up with reach and stuff so i kinda just dont 😵‍💫

my relationship with facebook is non-existent.

my relationship with pinterest??? God bless that app but i dont post on it- i just go there for editing content and silly content, that's it.

This app tho??? God bless. I barely even scroll on it- i mostly come here to post, which makes it the only one of it's kind on my phone (90% posting, 10% scrolling)

but when i do scroll on it, it's so refreshing- i just see pretty space pics and stuff bc that's what i wanna see. i dont see argument after argument or cancellable offense after cancellable offence like on twitter, i dont see lame stupid stuff that im not interested in like on ig, and i dont get over/understimulated out of my mind like on tiktok.

However! This was not always the case for me with tumblr. in fact, it used to be quite the opposite!!!!

i used to hate tumblr with every fiber of my being- if i ever came to it, it was out of desperation. desperation for silly content (which funnily enough is kinda what drove me back to it after all these years)

it was overcomplicated, i hated the vibe of everything i saw, i hated how public it felt, etc- But ofc this was way back when i had a horrifically foggy head on my shoulders and barely knew who i was so 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

it felt claustrophobic for me back then, like literally somehow- and now it feels very comfy and i love the idea of just sitting down and writing a post on astrology or posting my image edits or even my fallout photography or sumn-

it just feels like the perfect place for me somehow- Like i can write abt whatever, write abt astrology, post photography, post edits, look at space stuff, whatever!!! it makes me feel more like an artist bc it gives me a space to do everything i wanna do

and omg dont even get me STARTED on the customization for each blog u can have BROOOOOOOOOO that's literally my favorite part- i fucking LOVE changing my whole blog's vibe down to the FONT dude it genuinely makes me so happy 😭😭😭😭😭

and who knows!!!! i might even end up with another blog at some point for like writing short stories or something bc i do love doing that- definitely wouldn't fit in with this yapping blog tho But another blog means another one to customize!!!! Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Tom pursed his lips and looked at Danielle as she went across the bedroom towards the bathroom, walking stiffly as she did. In the warm weather, Danielle was not able to hide her kinesiology tape for too long and the tape on her left shoulder was quickly joined by more on her right knee after placing on the podium in a Sprint triathlon race, telling him that she had in fact been to a physiotherapist, more than once. He had been annoyed by her not telling him, but it was made very clear that she had not told him because she did not want him to fret, which, irony of ironies, he did all the more because she had not told him. To Tom's dismay, that did not cause her to cease or even calm her training, instead she just focused on cycling to allow her shoulder settle some bit and to relieve her leg of her weight, but she continued to train, with almost greater intensity. She also seemed to spend an hour a day stretching and using an assortment of different objects that seemed more akin to torture implements than physio instruments, hissing and groaning as she worked out the tension in her muscles. Looking at the date on his phone, Tom yearned for early September, knowing that the sooner she achieved this goal, the sooner this madness would end and she would cease this insane training.

When she came back into the room, there was almost a guilty look in her face as she sat onto the bed and then slid in between the sheets again and tried to get comfortable. She knew to move around too much would only bring focus to her injuries more and that Tom was less than pleased with regards her current physical status, so she remained still, even with a throbbing knee, to not cause an issue.

Tom, however, could hear the pain in her breathing and turned slightly before gently urging her to him. “If you're hurting, you need to pull back.”

“I can't.”

“One good reason?”

“I was late beginning my training, I would actually be more at risk of injury if I fell off pace and then tried to push myself more at a later date.”

“Training already injured is only going to intensify the injury. What was it you said to me before, all pain, no brain?”

Danielle sighed. “I'm getting older. My body never niggled like this before after races and in training.”

“You never pushed it like this before, but yes, I too found that after thirty, my body was less likely to spring back from a training session.” He pulled her in against him. “I know I come across as slightly nagging, but I don't want you overdoing it and I loathe seeing you hurt yourself.”

“I know.” Danielle leant in against him, inhaling his scent. “I'm sorry for stressing you, I am a terribly selfish person recently. There's two of us in this and here I am, doing this when it impacts you too.”

“It's only a few more weeks, really. We can do it. A month is not a long time.” Tom consolidated.

Danielle considered his words for a moment, realising that time was closing on the date of her act of lunacy. She also thought if the last time she and Tom had been intimate. It had been weeks and not once did he bother her about it. He respected that the training was exhausting her, as was her paperwork for her job, not to mention her feelings regarding parenthood were intensifying even more of late. She also knew that he had to have been feeling slightly neglected. For all of his comments on his body's slower recovery, she knew that more than once, Tom was very much willing and able to exert himself with her twice in a short timeframe and felt sexual urges on a regular basis and with her not keen to have sex, he was left with just dealing with himself.

With that in mind, she looked at him again, focusing on his face, which was slightly hidden by his longer beard. Realising she was looking at him, Tom looked at her curiously. Even though it did her shoulder little favour, she shirked up slightly and placed her lips against his.

At first, Tom relished the sensation, but a moment after, he leant back, shaking his head slightly. “Your shoulder.”

Danielle could not argue it. She wanted to but it was not assisting her back to health. Groaning, she leant her head to his chest. “I feel like I should pull out of the race.” Tom stared at her startled, a moment before she stated she would not lessen her training, now she was speaking of pulling out. “I am being stupid with this.”

“No, this is a goal of yours, it has been for longer than I know you. You're a month out. Just relax your training and you will have a shoulder after it.”

“It's not my shoulder I'm worried about.”

Tom frowned before looking at her to see her looking at him worriedly. “Elle, I asked you to marry me in the middle of this madness. It was not a momentary lapse of sanity that caused me to do so, I planned it for some time. I was and am still fully aware of the situation at present and I respect that this and everything associated with it were merely temporary and we will soon be planning our wedding instead but this is one month more. One month. It's completely doable and please don't think for one moment that I am going to run off because of this.”

“It's weird to think we are going to be planning a wedding,” she confessed. “I still can't wrap my head around it fully. It negates your statement with regards a lack of sanity anyway.”

Tom chuckled. “No, insanity would have been letting you slip through my fingers. Not seizing my chance to make you my wife.” He paused for a moment before taking a deep breath. “Even saying that, that you will be my wife.” It was clear how happy the thought made him, causing Danielle to beam back.

“By this time next year.” Tom's eyes widened. “If you want, if course, no need to….”

“You'd want it that soon?” There was no denying the hope in his voice.

“Well, it's been over a month since you asked and we agreed a year so, yes. I thought it a good time frame.”

“In a year, we...Jesus.” he chuckled again and pulled her against him even more, kissing her head. “I love you. We better get up though.”

“Walk the boys?”

“They prefer it in this weather, don't they?”

Danielle nodded and sighed before pulling herself up with her better arm before sitting on the bed.

“If you're too sore…”

“No, I'm best off exercising it gently.” She stretched, hissing as her shoulder burned from the stretch.

Tom looking at her awkwardly, wanting to say something but wondering if he should, he chose to say nothing when he looked at her face to see her angry with herself. “We better go, in case that yapping rat is there again. I swear, it only acts like that because that horrid woman allows it to and knows that were Mac to get at it…”

“If Mac wished to, he could chomp it in two, but yes, you know that is why it is like that, and part of me thinks she wants him to do it. She knows who you are, I think she wants publicity,” There was more than a hint of dislike in Danielle’s tone for the woman that seemed almost wanting her pet to be injured by not having any form of manners placed on it. They said little else as they readied to get the dogs exercised before the temperatures went into the twenties again, something that was a rare occurrence in Britain and of late, seemed the norm, which most Britons, and indeed Irish people and animals were not able for, Danielle, Tom and the dogs included.

Tom could help but chuckle.

Danielle woke and was in the most horrendous of moods, sulking and growling to herself. At first, he was worried if something was wrong, but then he realised nothing was. Then he fretted that she was annoyed at him as she was giving him slight angry glances but when he asked was there issue with him, she scoffed and revealed it was an issue with herself. It took a little prying as she seemed slightly embarrassed by it but in the end, she revealed what it was. She had dreamt the night before that Tom had cheated on her, something Tom was immediately shocked to hear but even she dismissed it, not believing him one to do such a thing, the only issue was, the imagery of him doing such caused her to get upset, her stomach clenching at the idea of such everytime she thought of it or even looked at him, causing her current behaviour. Tom reassured her that there was no likelihood of that happening anytime in the foreseeable future or indeed at all, so to cease her fretting and that were he to take leave of his senses and think a mad thought that perhaps there was a possibility of another to entice him elsewhere, he would never be so cruel as to do such a backhanded thing to her. Danielle acknowledged such, she did not even consider it a possibility when she thought about it on her waking but that only caused her anger to irk her more. She did not want to be annoyed over non-issues yet she was being. Even after a run and a swim, she was still bothered but it actually caused her to scoff and laugh at herself, which was leading to Tom’s amusement as a result also.

“It’s not funny,” She growled.

“You’re laughing.”

“I am scoffing at my stupid brain.”

“And I am laughing at the preposterousness of it.”

She did not retort.

That night in bed, he noticed Danielle was all but holding onto him for her life. “I would never do that to you,” he assured.

“I know.”

“Then what has you like this?”

“Because even the thought of it breaks my heart.” She looked at him pleadingly. “Please Tom, if you’re not happy, I’d rather know.”

Tom inhaled deeply and recalled when he was on the Infinity War tour, how part of him felt that, even though he had the engagement ring readied to ask her when the time was right, he felt that asking her was to ask her to be okay with him being in close contact with women, many of whom would be incredibly beautiful and he would, on occasion, be in scenes where he, they or indeed both of them would be in some state of undress or all out naked and be in positions that many would argue to be intimate which he wondered would she be okay with that all the time. As time would go on, she would have to deal with scenes where the man she married had to kiss other women and touch them and though there would no true intimacy, he knew it was a lot to ask of her. He had discussed it with Ben and a few of other actors and gotten the same answer, it caused strain, even in the happiest relationships and with her dream the night before, he wondered what effect such things had on her in general. He could not fathom being in the situation of the partner forced to endure that. He knew that with his co-stars, there was little or nothing of an attraction to any of them. It was a scene, nothing more. The High Rise sex scenes with Sienna and Kate, he saw them in the same manner as he saw the fight for paint scene but if it had been Danielle who had been the actress doing such things with other men, he couldn’t stomach that Irish vet and the manner he all but stated he had expected Danielle to favour him. The idea slipped into his mind of Danielle and...John, he could not recall the man’s name for a moment, or indeed her with any other man gave him a feeling in his gut like he had been electrocuted and punched by Mike Tyson in this prime in the gut simultaneously. At that moment, her behaviour that day made a lot more sense. He pulled her in closer to him, fully aware that her left shoulder was still recovering, thankfully, the tape had been removed for the most part, but it was still slightly tender, so he ensured not to hurt her.

“Tom?”

“Hmm?”

“You’re tense.”

“I put myself in your shoes.”

“In what manner?”

“I imagined how it would feel if you…” He could not even finish the sentence.

Danielle moved around gingerly until she had her sore shoulder comfortable and curled herself into her favourite spot, her head on his shoulder/chest and her hand on his side, his immediately joining it, intertwining their fingers. “I would never do that to you, I couldn’t.”

Tom gave a small smile. “I am enough work.”

“Oh Jesus, two fella’s, I couldn’t have the energy if I was the Duracell bunny. One’s enough.” She jested back, causing Tom to chuckle and kiss her.

I was tagged by @medixnight; so, let’s do this! 1. How tall are you? 

I’m around 1.76-1.77 m, which means around 5′9′’? (I think, I always had problem with the meters/inches conversion)

2. What color and style is your hair? 

Dark brown, not really long but usually messy. really messy. Actually I suspect that my forelock has a life of its own and surprising regenerative capabilities, as it goes 2x faster than the rest of my hair. On a side note: I really need a haircut, now that I think about it.

3. What color are your eyes? 

mud-colored something akin to a hazel-ish color? When I was a kid they used to be green.

 4. Do you wear glasses?


Yes. shortsightedness + a light case of astigmatism which, unfortunately, makes contact lenses not so easy to wear, at least for long periods. (PS: Half-blind Boxe training session are the worst)

5. Do you have braces? 


No, luckily I never had to wear them (you use “wear” also with braces, right?). I should wear a gumshiled during training, does it count anyway?

6. What is your fashion sense?

terrible? I’d always wear the hoodie + jeans combo if I could. I actually have a orange hoodie which is sort of my trademark piece of clothing, eheh. I’m slowly getting used to the more formal shirt+jacket combo, but I guess I still have to get used to it.

7. Do you have any siblings?

No! As I said when I want to make people feel uncomfortable, “The marriage didn’t last enough to deliver other kids, eheheh”. I’m a terribile person I know.

8. What kind of student are you? 

During High school: trying his best, still failing at latin and sometimes at math? Tough at the end I managed to get a good grade at my matura exam so who cares??? During the BA: somewhat terribile, tough If the class was interesting I had no problem getting decent degrees and staying motivated through the whole course. During the MA: As I needed the scholarships to be able to complete my education, I just rolled up my sleeves and actually managed to become a straight-A student ✌️️(tough I still believed that the only reason I was able to ace my international law exam was because of sheer luck. Yap.)


9. What are your favorite subjects? 

I guess anything can be interesting with the right motivation? (except for Law maybe? But that’s mainly because all my past teachers weren’t really good at their job). I always had a preference for humanities tough. 

10. What are your favorite TV shows?

Way too many to be listed. Anime wise, my favorite titles are Saint Seiya, Revolutionary Girl Utena and Evangelion, with Rayearth, Sailor Moon and Eureka Seven also occupying a special place in my heart. if we go with the live actions, I have a soft spot for Super Sentai and Parks & Reks. Tough when it comes to TV I pretty much watch anything ^^ 

11. Favorite Books?

I am an hardcore Stravaganza fan. Which is not really an achievement, as the whole fandom here on tumblr is composed by 10 people I guess???  PSA: Y’all should read the Stravagazna Series. Trust me. It’s worth the effort (and I want someone to discuss all the crazy things going on in Talia with. Thanks). 

12. Favorite pastime? 

Drawing, wasting time on the net, failing at competitive pokémon battling online, also the boxe training session can be considered a pastime? I used to like baking and cooking as a way to spend time and steam stress out. But unfortunately the apartment I live in now doesn’t have neither a oven nor decent kitchen supplies, so... no baking for me ;_;

13. Any regrets?

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN. Tough one of those who most easily came to mind is that I should have practiced some sort of sport activity during middle/high school. I think that could have helped me out in more than a way.

14. What is your dream job? 

I am pretty fine with what I am doing now, tough I wish I could work for a state institution instead than for a private one. I guess that also the teaching career could have been a nice option? Tough life took some unexpected turns in the last six months so, here I am.

15. Do you want to get married?

Heck- Maybe in the future? I feel like maybe it is a bit too early for me anyways. 


16. Do you want to have kids and how many? 

I’ll probably end up being an horrible parent so maybe not? In any case, see question above ^
