In celebration of all the boops today, I made a very quick, loosely goosey comic. All the booping has been so much fun! I had to draw Nine getting booped. They are understandably confused. (If anyone but Sonic had done this, they would have lost their hand)

"Sunshine, where you goin'?"

You're three steps out of the bar when you hear him calling over the light pitter patter of the rain. You turn around to see him standing in the threshold, keeping the door open with the low light of the bar streaming out behind him. He looks ethereal. Like some type of incorporeal vision as the background chatter of the bar leaks out, creating an asmr-esque buzz.

You're unworthy to be in his presence. Wet and cold. Miserable and pitiful. A background character no one ever pays attention to. Yet he's here talking to you.

"I'm going back to the barracks." You shift uncomfortably between your feet. "I'm tired."

Maybe it's the way the shadows play across his face, but he looks disappointed for a split second.

"Oh, but you just got here? I wanted to..." He trails off, frowning and clenching his fists for a moment before letting the tension drop with a sigh, "Never mind. Lemme walk you back."

"You don't have to do that-"

"No, but I want to."

He's already stepping your way, leaving little room for argument. The bar doors shut, and suddenly, it's just you and him. Still, you try to give him an out.

"But what about that lady you were talking to?"

The one you saw start a conversation with him before you left. The one in the pretty dress. The one who looked like she would be his perfect match.

"Only lady I wanna be talking to is you, Sunshine."

It's a funny joke, so you laugh. "Be serious."

"I am, Sun." He says it like it's true, and because he's got you stunned, he takes the opportunity to grab your hand and place it on his chest, holding you there.

He's warm. A stark contrast to the coldness that runs through your body. And despite the layers of clothing, you can feel the faint beating of his heart under your palm. Strong. Steady. Alive.

Your fingers twitch, curling into his chest. There's something calming about feeling that heavy beat against your palm.

"I was gonna tell you this inside where it's warm and dry, but I guess now's a good a time as any."

You look up from where you were watching the gentle rise and fall of his chest. "What?"

"I wanted to tell you how I feel, Sun. Ask you out proper and take you out on a date," He confesses, hand pressing against yours a tad tighter, heart beating just a little harder. "If you'd let me."

It somehow doesn't feel real. Like you're having an out of body experience or dreaming something impossible. And yet... And yet, the way his heart beats so clearly tells you everything you need to know. Everything you ever hoped for. You would be a fool to reject him, even if this all turns out to be some cruel hallucination.

"I'd really like that."

The grin he rewards you with is heavenly.

"Yeah?" He steps a little closer, his musk filling the air you breathe, amplified by the misty rainstorm. You're surrounded by him. Encapsulated in his presence. It'd be a crime if you stepped away now. "You mean that?"

"Yeah, so... Guess there's nothing left to do but kiss in the rain, huh?" You shoot him a tentative smile, hand trembling nervously against his chest. "Take advantage of the crappy weather and all."

The amused huff he exhales lets you know you said the right thing, and the bashfulness you feel is replaced with anticipated glee at the sight of his lips slashing into a smirk. He uses his other hand to wrap around your waist and pull you flush against him. You lick your lips when his eyes dart down to study them, breath stuttering as he leans in, murmuring in that low, resonating timbre you love so much, "Guess so."

And then he presses his lips against yours with the beat of his heart thundering wildly under your palm.

Katsuki Bakugo

Its a rare moment for Katsuki to be rambling about anything and normally you love it, but you two are supposed to be studying. Not that you minded the extra attention from him. He was your friend and crush. You honestly couldn’t even understand what he was rambling about. All you could focus on was his eyes. You know that you should look away, stop watching, and continue to study but damn how could you.

“Does that even make any damn sense?!” He asked looking at you directly. Shit. “Ugh…yes?” You answered nervously, hoping he hadn’t caught onto what you were doing. Thankfully he didn’t but he did start to rant on about how quote spent too much of his damn time telling for you not to even listen. As much as you wanted to listen to him yammer on. You knew it was time to get back to work.

“Baku-“. Interrupted.”Bakug-“. Interrupted. “Ba-“. Interrupted. You have had it. You stand up and grab him by the shoulders making him turn to you “Ah what the hel-“.

You cut him off with a kiss. After a few moments of lingering on his soft lips you pulled away. “Damn Katsuki, now lets get back to work, m’kay”. You smiled as you spoke red hue creeping up to your face as you retake your seat on the floor with your books.

Bakugo joined you on the floor sonic but shocked look. He quickly snapped out of allowing his normal scowl to take place on his face but the redness in his cheeks matched yours as he turned his face away in his hand. “Yeah yeah, whatever carrots”.

Ejiro Kirishima

Kirishima was an AVID RANTER. He was always talking about something, weather it be with you or literally anyone else who would listen. Tonight tho it was you. He was going on a spill about Crimson Riot, and how manly he is. You Loved Kiris and Yours rambling sessions but you guys Needed to train and the Gym closes in 30 minutes which wouldn’t be a big deal, but you guys haven’t even started and you had already been there for an hour, roughly.

“He’s like the most manly and hard pro there is! Like yeah All Mights cool but-“ he started but you couldn’t not train and you knew he needed to too.

“Kiri-“ “Can’t you believe it-“ this time you interrupted him with your lips on his. You had to stand on your tippy toes to reach him, he was so taken a back that he didn’t kiss you back. You pulled away after a few seconds almost shocked with yourself, but you pulled it together.

“Sorry for interrupting you but we have to train and we only have 25 minutes before the gym closes we can talk after” you say with confidence trying to hide your nerves. Kirishima who just now busted from his trance walked up to you and placed another kiss on your lips this time both of you kissing.

“Alright lets get started” He said with his usual smile on his face and now your composure was gone. “What, it wouldn’t have been manly of me to leave you hangin’ how about we talk about a date after this hm?”

Sero Hanta

Sero is more of the type to listen to others rant. He only has a few things that will get him going. Video Games, Matching Clothes (when outfits don’t match), and Assholes. Today whilst You, Mina, Denki, and him self where at the mall you guys ran into a group of Assholes. Now Sero can only take so much especially when the assholry was targeted at his friends and you the person that just plagued his brain and heart.

The Asshole consisted of a group of men, probably in college. They dogged on every thing you guys did and followed you guys around a few stores just trying to aggravate. Mina and you ended up telling them off after they whistled at you guys and called Denki Stupid . They then proceeded to call you guys “prude bitches” and “attention whores” they left before Sero or Denki could say anything.

It was a little later from the interaction and you guys where in Spencers now just looking around. You and Sero are by the T-Shirts while Mina and Denki are looking threw the Jewelry and pins.

Sero was Still ranting about those assholes. “God the nerve of some people like how could they talk to you or anyone like that!”. You didn’t mind that he was upset or aggravated but you where trying to make your mind up about a shirt that you wanted and you wanted his opinion, its silly but you cared about what he thought especially since you couldn’t decide.

“Sero-“ he didn’t even notice you say anything as he continued on about those jerks. You needed his opinion and decided you were going to get it. You grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and pulled him down a little so you could reach his lips comfortably. Pressing your lips against his leaving a chapstick gloss over his.

“Okay so which-“ you where cut off AGAIN but this time by Mina “OKAY! DAMN GIRLLL GET IT”. Sero was shocked a little by the unexpected surprise but he loved everything second of it and knew they would be talking later but he could tell by the two shirts in your hand that you wanted his opinion.

“This one, Demon Days is cooler looking then the Twilight plus you already have four Twilight shirts” He chuckled as he spoke giving his opinion to you. you smiled as you folded back up the Twilight shirt and walked to the register, picking out a few pins to go with your purchase. Denki came up to Sero and Mina went to you as both wanted to know the Tea that just happened as they both knew about your crushed on each other.

Denki Kaminari

You and Denki were chilling in his dorm playing servers on Minecraft. Homeboy is a Yapper whether he’s ranting or not,he’s always talking. You guys were in the middle of a tense sky block battle. You guys we’re one of the last two teams standing.

“No fuck, FUVK” denki shouted as he died. Thats what started his rambling. He was in between going over how he died and telling you how to get to wherever you needed to, to win. “Fucking shit man, wait wait wait left, No- Right” he continued to spat out instructions in between his ranting it confused you and stressed you out as you only had a small window of time.

“Denki!” “Left! I can’t believe they cut me off like that, Right, Right! What are you doing Sparky!”. You tried to do as he said but god he wasn’t even thinking! “Damnit Kami!”you set the controller down which erupted in more shouts. You pretty much fell on top of him pressing a rough peck on his lips.

“Lets take a break okay?!” You said as you rolled over next to him sit up. “Mhm..ye-yeah” he said, as if he was dazed it almost looks like he short circuited without using his quirk. You stand up heading towards Denki’s door going to grab a snack. “Woah sparky you’re just gonna kiss me then leave like that without talking to me? HELLO?!?” He said as he sat up with a red face and confused/shocked expression “im going to grab a drink and something to eat c’mon”

“We’re gonna talk about that kiss later tho…Right… Y/n” he said as he followed behind you slightly whining but kinda excited.

The only difference between pre and post Genesis wave sally is that post Genesis wave finally gave the filthy harlot some clothes.

Before that Sally the harlot was prancing around naked hoping seduce men and brainwash them into being her simps in comic that's ostensibly supposed to be for kids.

Honestly this design is somehow even worse than her original look. What the fuck were they thinking with a tight crop top vest, an exposed midrif, and booty shorts with off color hems? And why are her clothes blue? She looks like a turd floating in an airplane septic tank. And don't even get me started on the hair.

Honestly I can't fucking stand the way the comics dress up their female characters

none of the female characters IN THE GAMES dress like this.

Amy just has her red dress and is constantly flashing her god damn panties at the screen in Sonic Adventure. It's simple and modest, one primary color red which is the same gradient as her body color, with a white offstripe. Her outfit is all one solid aspect of her design.

Cream and Vanilla just have simple dresses, Cream's in particular practically looks like the kind of thing kids of all genders would wear back in Mark Twain's days. An orange childrens dress with a blue ribbon to provide a splash of variety to her mostly tone gradient consistent look, and they even have the detail of buttons on her gloves to add a sense of extra propriety to her design which fits how prim and polite she's supposed to be.

Blaze wears a royal smock and leggings, she probably has the most "going on" with her outfit which feels appropriate since she's a princess but it's still practical. Notice how it leaves her legs nice and exposed for the sake of all her running around.

Wave wears sensible sports clothes, very form hugging pants and a small and tight top that leaves her midriff exposed - the purple flames at the bottoms of the leggings provide a splash of personality. What she's wearing is meant to provide function over form. Also note that her clothes are all white except for the purple flames, providing a distinct contrast to her body which is differing shades of purple.

Rouge has worn many different outfits over her tenure but she's most well known for the catsuit which is very appropriate for her job as a thief. It looks like the kind of thing Cat Woman would wear, an extremely tight form fitting latex body suit that leaves nothing to chance, and showing plenty of skin. And her personality is distinctly conveyed with the pink boob chest piece and stark white heart tipped boots.

The ONLY character who is dressed anywhere even REMOTELY similarly to Sally in the reboot is Marine since she's also wearing a shoulderless top and shorts. But Marine's actually compliments her color, green against the orange of her body, and it goes from the green of her top to the black of her shorts without any break in the middle. Her top and her bottom are also not the same color, even her gloves are colored differently, adding a lot of visual contrast which informs the chaotic nature of her character.

So yeah Sally looks like shit and doesn't even remotely fit in with the actual Sonic girls. Get rid of her.

some notes on their designs: they all have a lot more scars, grover’s mainly being on his legs from running through forests, annabeth’s mainly being on her sides (as she gets too cocky during fights and leaves them open on accident), and percy’s mainly being on her chest. annabeth and percy look really similar, but they’re not intended to be, just how picrew works ykyk. grover wears sunglasses and really baggy clothes to hide his goat features. percy is fem as hell and would prob love skirts, but i didnt really like any of them in the picrew.

I DIDN'T HAVE DESIGNS BUT I SAW THIS AND DIDN'T WANNA LEAVE YOU HANGING SO I SKETCHED THEM OUT AS FAST AS I COULD!!! They are very rough sketches though, so apologies if they don't look the best. (Also ran out of room for Silver and Blaze, so I'll just explain what I'm thinking for them.)

Starting with Sonic, we've got our pretty standard Nicky look with slightly different bangs, though no glasses for this boy. But I think the hoodie is still red. Also, I made his quills much shorter than Hero!Sonic's quills. This boy isn't fighting evil every day, he has no reason to make sure he can cut through solid metal with his hair. XD

For Tails, I changed his bangs because I can't draw his canon bangs for the life of me. (Or Amy's for that matter.) I was thinking for his shirt that he's wearing some kind of baseball jersey. We can let this kid play sports, as a treat. :D The number two is obviously a reference to his two tails, which yes, I let him keep! I figured since it's a mutation, it would probably still happen in the real world. The only difference is he can't fly with them. I also gave Tails glasses because yes.

With Knuckles, I tried my best to make him tall and bulky, since he's a football player. So basically, the Boom Knuckles look except not quite that exaggerated. Gave him a scar that he probably got during practice one day, but mostly because I really like giving characters scars. XD And then he's got a skull t-shirt and some shorts because he's a tough sports guy.

For Amy, I debated hard on what expression she should be making, and I ultimately decided on an indifferent pose because of character arc thingies I have in mind for her. :3 Changed her bangs, changed her hair a bit, and gave her a long sleeve shirt with a heart. She's a cheerleader with some cutesy clothes, not much else to say. (Also she's looking at her phone if you couldn't tell.)

Rouge was pretty fun because I LOVE putting her in outfits. Gave her bangs because I'm a Rouge bangs truther. She's wearing what I hope are some stylish popular girl type clothes complete with way too many bracelets on each wrist. (pretend she's wearing more than she is) And then some high heels to top it off! Also let her pierce her ears twice because why not.

Shadow's wearing a hoodie like Sonic, but his has some patterns! I think his hoodie would be dark gray with those stripes being red. He doesn't have red stripes on his quills since he isn't the Ultimate Lifeform, though I think he can keep his red eyes. Also gave him some emo bangs for fun.

Moving on to describing the ones I didn't get to draw! For Silver, I think he's wearing all white clothes. I'm kinda picturing a jacket with some puffy white fur around the hood kinda like the jacket I drew here. Also, I think he's wearing sunglasses, like he's too cool for this world. XD

And then for Blaze, she's a foreign exchange student and I'm thinking she's from Japan. So, I think it would be really cool and pretty if she wore a kimono! Maybe she's got her hair up in a bun with a pretty accessory/clip of some kind to keep it tidy.

Anyway, yeah! Those are my basic thoughts for everyone's designs! :D Hope you like em!

"Come on, Ghost. Why are you ignoring me?" You stood behind the terrapin as he sat in his chair, looking over his weapons. "What did I do to you?"

"...you didn't do anything." He finally sighed and spoke. His voice was strained. He grit his teeth to keep his fangs from retracting.

"Then what?"

He quickly stood up, gripping the edges of the table. The quickness of his movements, and the squeak of his chair, made you jump a little. He then looked over his shoulder, his eyes glowing brighter than usual.

"I'm trying to keep from bending you over this table and take you... and sinking my teeth in your neck while I'm at it... Because you're mine."

Your heart raced, pounded against your chest. Butterflies filled your belly. You stood there in silence as you figured how to react or what to say; you didn't have a friend come up and tell you that they want to rail you everyday...

"I already know what you're thinking. You can try and argue all you want, we both know you belong to me.”

Then...

“Bite me.”

"What?"

"You heard me. Bite me, if it'll help."

“Do you trust me? Do you trust me enough to not harm you?"

You nodded. You trusted him. But... you only hoped that this wouldn't be something you regretted. "Please... I just want to help you."

With sonic speed, Ghost had taken you to his room. You looked back and forth between him and objects in his room with batted breath, anticipation making your body jittery.

“Just relax. It'll hurt less if you aren't so tense..."

Try as you could, you couldn't really 'relax' relax. He noticed and sighed. He tilted your chin up to make you look at him, and then when your eyes met his you felt like you were relaxing in a sleep/dream like state. Holding you to him, and exposing your neck, he slowly moved to the side of your neck where your pulse beat. Then his fangs pricked your skin, and even though your mind felt hazy you could still feel a small pain that then turned into a pleasurable feeling.

'MINE.'

The red copper life blood flowed over his tongue. Your blood tasted so divine, however... The sounds you were making really turned him on. He could feel himself getting aroused. When you were recovered enough... he was going to taste all of you, to have you.

I came here because I heard it was a shocking egg fortune telling, but it was even better than I imagined.

Two characters appear every month in surprising outfits and situations! Let's enjoy Ogiri together with illustrations that will make your imagination run wild!

A flash from an elegant upper stance. A hammer is swung down on a boiled egg, and the shells fly off.

"So far...? Is this arrangement...?"

Amy crawls to the floor to check for shell fragments, takes a seat, and loudly declares:

“With the guidance of Clothesline and Egg, your problems will be resolved in no time!”

A ``Fortune Telling Hall'' was there before I knew it. Amy's "Egg Fortune Telling" has a great reputation for being very accurate. A girl with many worries visited Amy again today.

``I have been fighting as the Magic Princess for many years, but I have only been able to save a few hundred people at most... At this rate, I will never be able to eradicate the roots of evil and save the world.'' Am I... powerless? ”

She is Blaze...a just "magic princess" who saves common people from the clutches of evil. Her never-ending battle begins to destroy her confidence, and she confides her troubles to her long-time friend Amy...

As soon as she takes her seat, Amy is full of confidence and speaks in a gentle preaching tone.

"Okay, Blaze? You've already saved hundreds of people, haven't you? Be proud! This is no place to be depressed! You know, that's what you see in the eggs, too, right?"

Ignoring Blaze, who looks at the egg again with confusion, Amy continues.

"You are not helpless. Think about it? All the hundreds of people you saved will surely help someone else again. That chain, that connection of hearts, will one day save the entire world. Isn't it?" "Uh, um..."

Blaze was under pressure, but eventually he looked down and quietly smiled bitterly.

"I guess it's a mistake to try to solve everything by yourself..." "Yeah. But, nothing would have happened if you hadn't started it, right?"

Amy opens the window and lets in the night sky.

"See? The clothesline is great. You can hang any laundry to dry. It's you, and it's everyone at the same time. If everyone supports each other, the world will eventually become a clothesline. .The arrangement of the eggshell also shows this."

"I-Is that so...?"

Come to think of it, Blaze remembers that this was a fortune telling. The eggshell that fell on the floor and the constellation ``Clothespin'' in the night sky shine in the light of the two blue moons.

It was a strange fortune-telling, but at any rate, she felt a sense of reassurance, as if her sinking heart had been supported by something warm. Did Amy's "clothing rod" arrive?

"See! With my worries resolved, there was another message in the egg fortune-telling. That was...'Break out of your shell and challenge the unknown!'" " ... .T-Challenge!?”

``I tell you to wear a cuter, frilly costume! You've been wearing that for years!'' `` No, I'm already wearing this outfit...it's embarrassing, but...'' ..” “If you decide, let’s go shopping! Don’t delay!”

Amy said as she grabbed Blaze's arm and started running. Blaze, who is overwhelmed, tries to keep up with him while somehow popping a boiled egg into his mouth, thinking that he shouldn't waste his food.

"Come on, Blaze! Follow the egg's guidance and get the cutest outfit!"

Later...The charm of the new costume Magic Princess has rapidly increased the number of fans. The day when the chain of peace-loving hearts will cover the world is certainly near.

"Night has dawned..."

The content is completely different from the shadows. It seems that various changes are occurring depending on the region.

Amy's former home has been turned into a fortune-telling hall.

The night sky looks completely different, with two bright blue moons and strange constellations. It's as if this place has become a different world.

It seems that Amy and Blaze's hearts have not changed, but...

The mystery only deepens.

hellooo to my friends who have never drawn a sonic character before but like my twst x sonic au 👋

so ive never been good at tutorials, so don’t expect something detailed here, but i CAN offer some tips! but as a general note, the sonic style doesnt have to look like one way, MANY sonic artists stylize them to fit their own style or what’s comfortable for them! so heres my way of drawing them !

first, lets start with something simple, a hedgehog! specifically, i will show you how to draw Riddle since he is one of the easiest (imho) of the designs ive made to draw! to me, the hedgehog is the basis of all characters really, if you know how to draw a hedgehog you can draw other species! i always start off with this general body shape

most male characters will follow this shape, but not all, for the sake of keeping this simple, i wont go into the different shapes. the main shapes that will be your friend while drawing sonic characters will be the circle and cylinders! usually legs and arms are a little longer as well as hands and feet being just a little bigger. these guys (mobians) are small most of them average in height around anything between 3ft to 4ft

this muzzle shape is universal, every species starts from this shape, if they have a beak or a long snout, it will start from this shape! (the nose placement is what will give the illusion of a longer snout) riddle, like sonic, has a mono eye (which basically means it doesnt connect to the muzzle in the center, you can have two eyes just by connecting them to the muzzle)

ive broken down riddles hair/quills into 4 parts, the quills that frame his face are a lot like amys, his back head quills follow a shape similar to shadows, but they arent as long, then are his bangs and the little hairs that form the heart shape

after that just add the clothes to the base body shape and here he is!

fun fact for my non sonic fans: did you know that male mobians aren’t technically allowed to wear pants? canonically they just arent supposed to! i, however, think this rule is DUMB!! so i give them pants

it takes some practice but remember you can stylize them as much as you want!! they dont have to look like the canon style!! just have fun !!

A recent large scale personal art project of mine. I don't post my art anymore on the net due to A.I., but I wanted to share these with the humans of the web. I put my heart and soul into these and am very proud of how I had managed to pull off this project. All of these are my original characters. The last one being myself as a Pokémon trainer. I'm not posting these for views or likes or praise. I'm just posting them cause I want to share them with the world.

Fun facts:

Flygon is my favorite Pokémon!

Miami was my first and oldest character. I still draw her pretty regularly, and her design is ever altering.

Poncho came around shortly after I had discovered UnknownSpy on YouTube.

Fizz is just how I dress in the game. It's all my favorite gear and weapon!

Kodaak was redesigned as this happened. I made a complete overhaul of my forgotten Homestuck OC!

Zone is my most recent character. I'm trying to find a finished design for them, as they will be my fursona! Sonic the hedgehog turned me into a furry.

The Pokémon trainer is me! This is what I felt like I would wear in the Pokémon world. I combined traits from my favorite regions. The style of the clothing reflects Black and White (my first region), Gold and Silver (my favorite region), and Sun and Moon (my favorite game). But, I also threw in my actual hat and headphones for flavor.

/edit: this project happened because I was able to display them at my local library. Today it happened, and I feel very cool and accomplished./

Not as much as last year, which would be a feat. A lot of Kingdom Hearts art, still, as well as OC things.

From Left-to-Right, Up-to-Down:

-Baldr and Bragi's battle stances (specifically from when they were fighting Cerberus in the Underworld). wanted to draw them like this, but never found a reason to post it as-is. I was going to include it in another compilation that sat in my Drafts for half a year (with other art on this dump).

-Character art for a friend's KH D&D character- a 'Nort replica with no memory of who he is, only that he's running from Vexen.

-Art in that compelation. It's from the first time you speak to Demyx. I like how it's the first thing he ever asks Roxas; I was going to do more, but... didn't.

-Interpretation of the Keyblade from Missing Link's promo image. I needed it for my KH D&D, as I was going to give the players a keyblade based on the stats they chose in their DttH. The keyblade didn't end up being used.

-Silly Bragi/Luxu doodle. I think he'd have to try hard not to ace any history exams, or at least know more than what he's currently being taught.

-Aerith and Cid shop 'interface' I drew for my KH D&D. I wanted a visual for my players instead of just vague descriptions, so I drew these, the portraits are the characters currently in the session.

-Young Xehanort headshots. I was going to do more each time I wanted to draw, but didn't know what- but these two were the only two that I did.

-Working out the design for a Minotaur Heartless that appeared in my fic, Working Together, for Ventus and Vanitas to fight.

-His Dark Materials AU Sora with his Daemon Amica. I was going to draw some battle poses with them, but I honestly never felt like it, and didn't want to force myself.

-figuring out a design for Vanitas's glider for my fic.

-Ventus holding an escapee-flood from a WiP fic, (continuation of Working Together) Trial by Light.

-New Unversed Vanitas makes when he and Ventus are on 'kind of okay' terms, that Ventus calls a Mawkeepit from my fic. I wanted to nail out a design for them, so I could describe them better.

-New Unversed Vanitas makes when he felt betrayed. They're currently unnamed- as I'm having trouble coming up with a portmantu or word-association for 'Backstab, Weasel or snake' for the WiP fic. These aren't going to feature as heavily as the Mawkeepit, but I wanted to draw them so readers could get a better idea of how they looked.

-Art of the Mawkeepit crowding an Unconscious Ventus while being surrounded by Heartless for my fic.

-Chocopuffs. Art from a Nyancave stream of Final Fantasy XVI, where the Northern British actors pronounce the 'cho' in chocobo the same way as the 'cho' in 'chocolate'- the result was chocopuffs, a cereal.

-Diabloceratops getting its toe bitten by a territorial turtle. didn't finish the WiP.

-Bi frog I drew for my Bi friend who likes frogs.

-Absolute monster of an art dump for my OCs, Lupin an Iberis. I wanted to give them a more modern take, so I drew them in modern clothing, with only one being of an older time period (bottom right) based on a photo of two men sitting together like that. I have refsheets for them and may post them if I routinely draw and post more are of these two.

-Neovinator in a pond/river based on a photo of a Grebe, and Daurlong sitting based on a photo of an emu.

-depiction of a woman I dreamt of. The dream was very real, and I'm certain I met death, and that is what she looked like. If you're interested in it, let me know and I post the rest, because it's long.

-Warrior cat OCs (and my friends) all from different clans going to a fourth to ask to speak to their medicine cat. the ginger one is mine and his name is Flipleaf.

So, you mentioned a few asks ago Shadow has always had a "modern" look based on the flashbacks in SA2. Think there's any chance we'd see "classic" takes on other characters introduced post-Adventure in any official capacity?

I mean, never say never, but are we gonna see, like, Classic Rouge? No, probably not. Classic Blaze the Cat? Again, probably not.

Recently Kishimoto admitted on twitter ("recently" being like a year ago) that he had no idea people were sick of Green Hill. They thought they were doing what people wanted. So in future games they're going to stop leaning on Green Hill so much.

In my heart of hearts, I would like it if they completely stopped having Classic Sonic and Modern Sonic interact entirely. It's like Silver, right. They introduce this character that's CLEARLY AND OBVIOUSLY CREATED TO HAVE A SINGLE, ONE-TIME APPEARANCE and then they keep dragging the guy back out into the spotlight.

Pretty soon you have Ian Flynn complaining that it's "too complicated" to keep inventing reasons for certain characters to cross dimensions and it's like, yeah, Sega wrote themselves into these corners all the time and did not care about smashing through the barriers of logic to keep bringing them back.

(And it's fine -- really! if you don't write a story with Blaze the Cat or Silver in it, Ian. Really really. You do not literally have to move heaven and earth for these characters.)

So when Morio Kishimoto is out there saying "we'll stop bringing green hill back" I'm hoping that means we'll never get another Sonic Forces situation where it feels like Classic Sonic is crammed into that game for no reason other than to fill space. And, by extension, that means less pressure to show "classic versions" of other characters.

And you also have to figure that even if it was limited to just the comics, like we see a flashback to "young Jet the Hawk" or something, that would require a lot more red tape and approval from Sega than if they showed, say, an original comics-born character like Lanolin as a little kid.

Sort of like how in the saturday morning cartoon, they actually had a two-part episode about time travel.

Young Sonic was basically identical to how he looked as a teenager, outside of having different shoes. But even then, I bet that required a bit more approval wrangling than, say, Princess Sally:

Whose younger version is a completely different set of clothes and hair. They invented that character, so they have a lot more leeway on what she can look like. Whereas with Sonic, if they wanted to change his hair or the color of his shoes or whatever, they would have to go through more of Sega management.

Again, never say never, but I think these cards are off the table, and even if they wanted it to be a cute little thing in the comics, it would be more legal work than a normal story, I think.
