Honestly, watching Fumiya and Ritsu in their old relationship and in the new one they're kind of building is... fascinating. Because we see them get together in their cabin the first time, in the same bed, finally confessing and taking the next step and we've seen how they grew together but also how they'd grown apart and started to feel neglected and stopped communicating and now we're seeing a second chance but a second chance that scares Fumiya almost as much as he wants it.

Fumiya loves Ritsu but he is just as scared of losing him again as he is of loving him again. He loved him and they hurt each other and he loves him but he was hurt by him.

And Ritsu might not remember but all Fumiya can do is remember.

He talked about this as a second chance but he fears his second chance. He loves him, so much, but that love does not change the fear of losing him the way he did, of losing Ritsu the same way all over again and leaving an even more painful ache in his chest.

Fumiya is the one who broke up with Ritsu, he was the one who was hurting and who couldn't stay. So even if this is a second chance... he's the one who knows what happened between them. (I rewatched the first argument and I just want to know what happened on Ritsu's birthday that pushed Fumiya to the edge but we've also seen how much Ritsu had dedicated himself to his art and how much he had, at least in Fumiya's point of view, pulled away from him and now he has that old devotion back.)

This is not a show I write a lot about because there's so much that they're slowly, slowly filling in and showing us and introducing a coworker next week is going to be fascinating because I'm hoping we get to hear a bit of Ritsu's point of view back then as well.

Fumiya fell in love with Ritsu and then felt neglected when Ritsu took what he did for granted and now he sees a Ritsu who still thinks of what he does as amazing but he's still unsure and still hurt by how they ended up.

He talks about a blank slate and a new start but I think he doesn't really mean it because he isn't a blank slate. And the more they move in their old spaces and their old times the more Fumiya pulls back and makes space because the more he remembers of how it went, the less certain he seems about actually restarting this relationship.

Is he seeking a new start to their relationship or a new start to their friendship without the romance? I think Fumiya is too hurt by old memories, both the good and the bad, to face Ritsu and restart their romance.

I just don't know how this is gonna end at this point.

#fuecoco #i gotta say i didn't really care for this thing at first. it was one of my least favorite starters right next to grookey when it was first #revealed. and normally i'm a big fan of fire starters. but this guy didn't do it for me #and this design still doesn't‚ but i do appreciate skeledirge. it's very cool‚ i love the fire hat and the día de los muertos design #it really feels like tpc have been going all out on making pokémon that Fit The Region since gen 8 #which is pretty cool. i like it. and i definitely think paldea has some very fun vibes. but i dunno if i'd say it's one of my favorite #regions pokémon-wise or layout-wise. it was their first shot at open world‚ and i think it shows #the older regions with more limitations definitely shone more because they worked better in those limitations #paldea just feels like a big open empty sandbox at times. which is fun to explore‚ but doesn't feel too civilized compared to something #like… unova. where there's a city on every fuckin route corner and they're all so full of life and personality #like i could not remember any of the paldea town themes for the life of me. i can remember their names for the most part #but that's basically just because the facilities that get used a lot are spread out between them. for example: i remember medali #specifically because it's where i go to change a pokémon's tera type. i remember mesagoza because it's the main hub city #i remember levincia because of the posters. i remember montenevera because i think the hyper training guy is there #but not because like. i remember driftveil because YAAAAAAAAAAAAA #y'know. even galar had a better region design than paldea #that's not to say i think paldea is BAD. like i'm not a scarlet/violet hater like every other pokémon “fan” on the internet #i've put like 200+ hours into that fuckin game. i still LIKE it. but my heart still holds a soft spot for kalos and the like

Being accused of “only drawing sareena to ship her with bi-han” is such a hilarious and audacious statement to me

Cause how are you gonna say that about me when

1. I’ve drawn her 3x more than I’ve ever drawn him (my procreate files are a MESS)

2. I’ve designed over 20 outfits for her (each outfit having its own lore and headcanons)

3. I actually ENJOY multi-shipping her (for context I only multiship sareena, I ONLY ship Bi-han with sareena though and have never really felt any need or interest to ship him with anyone else)

#the funniest thing about all this is that shes not even my favorite character.. bi han is #but she gives me a lot of creative freedom due to being heavily neglected in every game #i just wish people would say this to my face instead of hiding from me in discord servers #like dude I’ll SHOW you my procreate files.. the amount of sareena art i have #finished and unfinished is insane.. Obsessed with the fact that while Hoody does wield a gun at a point in the series, his actual main weapons are a fuckin’ lead pipe and his fists. He may operate behind the scenes through most of the series but the second he doesn’t have Masky/Tim to fight for him, he’s not hesitating to beat the shit out of someone.

He full on WACKS Alex with no hesitation and drops him like a stone in Entry 67. He beats the shit out of Alex in the tunnel in Entry 76. He throws some punches at Tim during their fight in Entry 83.

Hoody seems so cold and calculating for most of his TTA Videos and appearances, but put him in any situation where he’s forced to make split decisions and he does not take long to choose violence.

thinking of making a transfem or transmasc simpsons oc cuz the show doesn't have a confirmed trans character or trans episode yet. I think the reason is because the writers are scared they'll mess it up and accidentally make an offensive episode, BUT PLEASE GUYS JUST HIRE MORE TRANS WRITERS AND MAKE A TRANS CHARACTER PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU🙏🙏

I'm also a firm believer in transmasc sideshow mel and moe. also thank u Tumblr for introducing me to transfem Milhouse, that's my headcanon now too I love her she is my daughter🗣️🗣️ (yapathon in the tags)

CoD OC Dump #1 - [Black Ops Edition]

Decided to cure my art block by doodling all of my OCs so that I have an excuse to talk about them. Started off with my many CoD characters, so here's the first set. Names and info under the cut.

Joanne Locklear — Because not everyone has to be the most epic soldier or spy to ever soldier or spy, Joanne is one of my civilian characters.

A med-student with a clinical interest in neurology (and a personal/non-professional interest in psychology) only partly because of her husband (drumroll, please), Alex Mason. She's my OC version of Mason's wife.

Her parents own and run a bar & grill in Fairbanks, where she works part-time when she's not busy with school, and her father happened to have grown up and served in World War II alongside Mason's father. They were friends because they were the same age, they were classmates, and also because when they were little their dads made them. She's half-Alaskan Athabaskan through her mom, half-white through her dad.

Lillian Scott — An analyst in the CIA with a specialty in linguistics and a knack for codes as well, her main role in my fanfic series is to serve as a translator, gather intelligence, analyze said intelligence, and so on and so forth. She serves a mainly supporting role as far as operations are concerned, and she's fine with that. After all she is a scrawny little nerd (affectionate) and although she can fight if necessary she isn't exactly great at it. It's too much for her poor constitution.

A fun fact is that she can actually shoot really well (girl is Appalachian born and raised, she grew up hunting, what did you expect) it just hurts her hands and she kind of needs those. Also she's paired with Weaver because if you know me then you know that I love me a man with an eyepatch and a tragic complex backstory.

Nadezhda "Bell" Belkina — An OC!Bell because you can't give me a faceless protagonist and expect me NOT to make a very long and intricate backstory for them (if you know about my AC fanfics then you know exactly what I'm talking about). Abandoned on the streets, taken in by Perseus, something of a prodigy, then brainwashed by Adler through the MKUltra program...you know how it be.

She and Woods end up bonding over the fact they both spent their childhoods on the streets.

Claire Anderson & Michael Isaacs — AKA Svetlana Andreyeva and Mikhail Isakov, both KGB operatives planted in the U.S. to assume American identities, their job was primarily to track down and kill rogue operatives/traitors. The problem with that is that both of them ended up really liking their fake lives in America, and were tempted to defect. Claire defected to the CIA, Mike/Misha was killed before he could. By Russell Adler no less.

Oh, and speaking of him, Claire is his ex-wife. She wasn't his ex until after he shot Mikhail, though. And then tried to shoot her too. Yeah, you can see why their marriage went up in flames. Somehow they worked out their problems enough to work together in the 80s...and again in the 90s. RIP Mikhail though.

i think it's time that we as a society realized that actually eternals wasn't bad it was just not standard marvel fare and that's okay

#maybe i'm biased #it is my favorite marvel movie after all #but i truly think so much of the hate was that it was a diverse cast with overtly pro-choice messaging that freaked marvel fans out #is it flawed? yes. but all marvel movies are #but something about that found family and cast and creative team that clearly cared deeply about the story they were telling really got me #there was so much care put into the making of it!#lauren ridloff (makkari) made name signs for all the characters because she is actually deaf and wanted to make the film good representatio #and all the cast learned basic sign language so they could talk to her on and off the set #it's so unlike every other marvel movie and that's why i love it #it's not afraid to push boundaries and be strange and make mistakes #and i'm so sad that it will never get a sequel because there was so much potential for those characters and their stories #i wanted to see makkari and druig realize they love each other #i wanted to see them deal with the fallout of their actions #i wanted to see the family fracture and then see them all find their way back to each other #i wanted to see more queer representation in a character of color whose whole story wasn't all about being queer and isn't just a cameo #i wanted more!#and i'm not afraid to admit it!#maybe it would have been better as a tv show but i dunno. i switch thoughts about that a lot #i think the alternating timeline was really interesting and kept me engaged the whole time but i am definitely in the minority for that one #but i also don't like endgame so. you know. maybe i can't be trusted #anyway that was a whole ass essay #if you read all that hope you enjoyed. drink some water. give yourself a pat on the back. i love you.#the eternals #marvel #drukkari

Thinking plotting scheming of pt, but make it diceyd/ungeons. I think it fits so well; the plot of dd is so cute and its easy to smush existing characters into that universe.

Peppino wishes for his debt to be cleared and for his shop to be successful. Pman wants him and his art to be famous and revered beyond his wildest dreams. Vigi wants Justice or whatever (but hes actually here to be nosy about the ins and outs of the show itself). Noise wants MONEY and FAME. Mysterious man who looks like peppino wants his own shop :). All the pt bosses are dd bosses before going ‘hey, u know what? This gig kinda sucks ass. If u think u can take on the big cheese im jumpin onboard w you’.

Thats all i got LOL i am debating if i still want lady luck to be the boss or let pizzaface be the big bad and just remove the existing dd characters entirely. Pizzahead would always be the jester, and therefore, always be your last die/teammate, which i think is cute heehee hes tired of being a silly little guy no one takes seriously! Hes got silly dreams too!!!! Hes a silly guy w dreams!!!

favorite episode? favorite Doug Eiffel(TM) moment?

oh, tough questions! hm. i always listen to wolf 359 in order, so at this point i don't tend to think about individual episodes so much as like... i know what happens in each episode, but it's all part of the show, and i love the entire show most of all. if that makes sense. that said, memoria is very close to my heart, and had a real, material impact on my life, so that has to be one of them. it's also very impressive in what it accomplishes from a technical standpoint; mayday and the watchtower would be near the top of my list for that reason, too. but also because they're episodes that are almost entirely eiffel's voice. quiet, please is genius; intentionally limiting the audio portion of your audio drama only displays all the best things about wolf 359's clarity of sound design, and its ability to communicate visuals and a tangible sense of place. it's like gabriel urbina's response to the btvs episode hush, which i know he's said he's fond of. and bach to the future is my comfort episode for when i don't want to listen to anything else; that one always makes me feel better.

my favorite Doug Eiffel Moment... even more impossible to say. i find him enchanting. i can get fixated on the most insignificant eiffel lines and moments. my favorite eiffel moment is whatever i'm currently listening to. ... but i think one of the most eiffel moments is probably the part at the start of desperate times where he talks minkowski down and defuses the tension by "relieving her of command" - and everyone starts laughing together. it's such a perfect distillation of who he is. he thinks on his feet, he stands up to authority, he's the guy who's always got another idea, and he's quick to make himself the butt of the joke. it's funny. it's heartwarming. it's so... eiffel.
