When Superboy Prime accidentally resurrected Jason Todd, it was described something like the universe righting itself. And, from a purely physical point of view, Jason never died. It brought his body back to it's state before his death, his injuries there but with just enough he could still survive

So, now I'm imagining like. What if there was an au where it was more than Jason just physically "never dying," but it affected memories of those around as well

Joker not remembering killing him, Dick not remembering hearing the news, Batman and Gotham not remembering the 6 months between Jason's death and resurrection, but not thinking much if it

I am alone on this barren earth (Jason Todd liker and Mia Dearden liker who honestly thinks issues 69-72 of the 2001 Green Arrow run are fun and good and would really like to talk about them beyond "Jason Todd was ooc and irredeemable there because he was trauma-dumping on Mia but also everything he said was fake and made up and he was manipulating her to become his sidekick and he blew up her school in retaliation because she didn't so really we should ignore the whole comic as bad writing /or agree he should just be read as an sadistic sidekick killer" (None of which is true and over half of which is directly stated to be false in the comic's text) but all people ever have to say about the comic is weird wrong takes about the three pages in which the gym fight happens ripped out of the very interesting and fun surrounding context)

Could you tell us more about Haven and their life? Did they end up in the Dark Forest exclusively because they exterminated all the raccoons in the forest or is there more to it?

yes, Haven is a very silly beast! I actually recently made her a wife, Madronestar. She's the leader before Autumnstar, and is kind of a dipshit but its okay we love her anyway

their relationship is like cartoonishly cute. Madrone is the adorable little housewife who puts homemade pies on her windowsill and Haven is the handsome rogue who cannot resist the allure of the freshly baked pie smell

I like to think this bothers Mr. Autumnfang who is the deputy at the time, seeing his leader goof off with a loner art below is by @notchaoticferal

Haven was never part of Oceanclan, but she chases away/kills the raccoons because they were bothering her wife... who I think would be none the wiser about where the critters went.

Killing the raccoons is Haven's fatal flaw and it is why she's in hell. She's a nice cat, sure, but her reason for killing them weren't justified.

I imagine the situation went something like this; Oceanclan's population grew and so did the raccoon's, they started to compete for resources but since there was a language barrier (think like how the foxes have their own language!) communication was rough and they were in a sort of stalemate... Until Haven took matters into her own paws.

Personally speaking, I don't think anyone is beyond redemption and that eternal damnation is especially cruel. But at the same time, Haven hasn't yet made strides in the right direction to be earning a whole lot of sympathy from me. She's seen bragging about killing the raccoons in chapter 12, saying she's proud of what she did. They also did not provoke her, it wasn't self defense and it never came down to a "her or them" situation.

I don't think she hates raccoons as a species, just that specific group since in her eyes they weren't "strong enough" to take care of themselves and were stealing instead of finding their own food (idk if she fully grasped the situation) One of Haven's big flaws is that she does think less of those who are not as fortunate as her. I like to think its part of why she never joins the clan despite her lover literally being the leader. She wouldn't want to hunt and contribute to the clan. She would likely see elders and nursing queens are free-loaders unless they had a really good reason to not be out hunting. Haven's a very "fend for yourself" typa gal

Despite it all... I enjoy her character a lot and I hope she can get sent to rehab/therapy

Been reading too much about Jason Todd and All-Caste and All-Blades. Then having a crossover with Jujutsu Kaisen

(Going to have minor Jujutsu Kaisen spoilers for anime only people)

Just Jason and the Outlaws in Japan cause some Untitles are there disguised as Curses or are Curses. Outlaws finding the Untitles and Jason summons the All-Blades. Which sets off a massive flare to the Jujutsu Society. Where they collectively feel something that can purify Curses for good or a Special-Grade Curse Weapon/Technique that is though to be lost in time

Cue Gojo wrapping to the location where Outlaws are and almost getting hurt by the All-Blade and Jason’s reflexes if he didn’t move back enough. Going to be jovial until he realizes that the All-Blade was able to bypass his Infinity somehow and tussle his hair. He is internally panicking

Meanwhile the Outlaws are still on an adrenaline high, sees Gojo appear and Jason throw a warning slash at this newcomer. They relax a bit when they realize that the All-Blades don’t hurt him. Then a select few internally panic because they didn’t want to be caught fighting a magical evil by any of Japan’s vigilantes, heroes, or in Jason’s case, Jujutsu Sorcerer. If anyone knows about Jason’s magical enemies, they wouldn’t have the means to properly take care of them. So they all run away from the scene as Gojo is still frozen in place.

Gojo recovers enough to call Ichiji and ask him to look into a red helmet vigilante and his connection to a lost group of monks that worked with Jujutsu Sorcerers in the past

- If the All-Blades were to attack Sukuna, it will hurt him but not vanquish him in a single strike. Mahito or Kenjaku is more likely to get a one strike K.O.

- Anything Curse Technique related is felt mitigated damage to Jason cause of his connection to the All-Blades and whatever blessings/curses Jason has on him that made him revive and being known as the Crime Prince of Gotham for a bit

- Magic Users in general can hurt Curses and be hurt in return. How much depends on their magical strength just like Jujutsu Sorcerers but Magic Users tend to be sturdier.

- Curses in Gotham do not last long before they are absorbed by the city. Look, Gotham is rumored to be Cursed and a way to keep that rumor active is to have the city eventually learn how to just absorb curses to continue being certain levels of a hellhole. What Jason as Red Hood does to clean up Crime Alley lessens the amount of Curses being absorbed there and in turn makes the place less of a dangerous place/breeding ground for Curses.

- Batman’s presence in Gotham also gives him and his crew the power to subconsciously exorcise or weaken Curses because of the rumors about Batman before his reveal to the public.

- Almost no one in the Batfam can see Curses. Duke (after awakening his power), Damian, Alfred, and Jason (only when his All-Blades are forcibly summoned) can see them. Cass can sometimes sense them if they have a strong enough presence.

-Oh yeah, Outlaw members. Arsenal, Starfire, Artemis of Bana-Mighdall, Bizarro, White/Green Lantern Kyle Rayner (occasionally), Rose Wilson, Essence and Isa (occasionally), as well as others who would be a good fit and not in a group like the JL, YJ, Titans, etc

i just watched m3gan and i have no idea why my brain made this connection but: what if five hargreeves had android parts?

hear me out: mostly in the comics, five had DNA replacement surgeries to make him not feel guilt or regret, basically making him a sociopath. in some AU, wouldn't it be kinda cool if instead of having serial killer DNA, he had a part of his brain be replaced by a robot/android brain, so he could be controlled and programmed by the commission so he could carry out assignments that normal humans could not do.

also, since he got his arm cut off in the show, maybe he could have a robot arm instead of the "every injury disappears when we turn back time" trope (cause i'm not happy they did that). or it could have been another thing the commission did when they first got him from the apocalypse just to improve his ablility to kill.

i also think that maybe they could've had that carry on to when he went back to find his siblings in the first episode, cause 13 year old five still had a tracker in his arm even though his body reset.

i just think it would be pretty neat to have a cyborg-like five. his voice could maybe be manipulated like that, having a sort of overlap-ish feel to it that robots have (like the two voices talking at once thing). his eyes could be manipulated by this as well, maybe one seems a little too inhuman. (his arm making little whirring sounds is also a plus.) if anyone wanted to draw this, that would be great! i can't seem to capture it in my style.
