I see "glute activation" all over IG, which is very important if you have a desk job. But it's hard to find anything on posture or stability! Bad posture leads to problems in the future and back pain. If you have a slouch, and your shoulders roll forward try these exercises out. The point is to strengthen your chest muscles. When you slouch they shorten and get tight. Working out your chest strengthens these muscles and makes you stand straight. All you need are #resistancebands Primary muscle exercises: Standing Chest Press: 3 sets of 12 Standing Incline Chest Press: 3x12 Standing Decline Chest Press:3x12 Secondary (also activates your chest muscles) muscle exercise: Bench Dips: 3x12 Tricep Pushdowns: 3x12 Internal resistance cable rotation: 3x12 Try these out if you slouch.
