It's okay if it's hard to be happy all the time. It's okay. Just seven quiet minutes of recognising that you are doing the best with what you have and with what you know is sufficient to get through the day. Do not be in a hurry to reach anywhere. Do not be desperate to run away from somewhere. Be where you are. Cry if you are sad. Laugh if you are happy. You don't have to pretend. It's exhausting. If you need to rest, rest. Get back up and get going again. The world is already very tricky, do not make it ever harder by blaming yourself for being you.

Benefits of healing

everyone knows that healing from situations is obviously good, however, sometimes when we are reminded of how it’ll serve us in the long term, it makes us more motivated to do it.
-Your aura grows, it becomes more vibrant and attractive
-you become self aware and way more emotionally intelligent. You learn, and you treat yourself and other people better!
-You speak less, listen more. Not because you have to, but you know it’s right
-You detach from an older version of yourself that didn’t see your own value.
-You break free from old hurtful patterns
-You judge less. Once you know that certain circumstances lead people to act in certain ways, you intuitively stop putting labels on them , and rather pray that they receive the healing they deserve. That’s the most mature a person can be.

Won't raise my children to suppress their emotions and feelings like a lot of people in my generation's parents made them do 😢. I'm teaching them that it's ok to cry, I don't tell them to suck it up or to stop whining. I'm teaching them how to feel the emotions and how to ground and ways to release them. I'm also helping them find ways to calm down when they're experiencing their big feelings : bubble baths, going to read a book or to color/draw, going for a walk , practice breathing/"blowing out the candles" if it's a situation that's caused distress, or I'll rub their back. Not only that, I'm helping them become familiar with expressing those feelings and asking them: "What can I do to make it better?" So yea, this is the CORRECT, HEALTHY way to handle disappointment/hurt/anger/conflict, etc.

habits to grow your feminine energy
What i love about divine feminine energy is that it shows up differently at different points in life. You show up differently to yourself, as a mother, as a wife, as a girlfriend, as a grandmother, as a friend and so on. Feminine energy is flowing, and if you step out of it for a while you can find it and step back into it. So, i’ll start off with habits to have to grow your feminine energy as a wife and as a single woman.
Habits to have as a Single Woman to grow your feminine energy:
• speak softly. try to hang out around softly spoken people. softly speaking genuinely helps heal your nervous system.
• Continue investing into your appearance and health. You don’t do that for anyone, solely for yourself. It is through self care and being the best version of ourselves that we feel the most magical.
• The things that come out of your mouth during serious situations should be meaningful.
• Ditch the aggressive alarms
•play with children. i find that it is the most time i am in my calm feminine energy when i spend time with my little brother, he just brings it out in me. Observe yourself whilst you’re being with children and see if you act more differently.
•Give Yourself Looovee. take yourself out to eat , be disciplined, forgive yourself, invest in yourself.
•Take life less seriously, joke around and spend time with people that are funny. Seriously, they bring out the jokester in you that isn’t afraid of a joke or two. The more i spend time with my funny roommates the more i laugh and joke.
• this differs from person to person but i would personally say try to not let a man touch you until he’s your fiancée or better your husband ; this is no judgment to anyone who’s done this before, it’s just a personal choice. It’s a form of protecting yourself from people who dont deserve you. you can skip over it if u don’t resonate.
• Dance! move the stagnancy and masculine energy out of your body by belly dance as it moves your hips. Trauma lays in a woman’s hips, and remains there until she moves it. Exercise also helps shakes the stagnancy out of your body.
• Heal your wounds. This is a time to grow out of old patterns of suffering. Take your time to heal and give yourself the compassion you deserve through it. A healed woman is a powerful one.
Habits to have as a Wife to grow your feminine energy:
Considering you’re married to a loyal divine masculine that is providing for you and loves you to your core, know that he deserves to have a nurturing, caring and recharging side of you. Just because he’s a provider doesn’t mean he doesn’t have needs too.
• never neglect yourself. before you’re able to give any man or child, ensure you’ve given yourself what you need first. So , book that art class, that spa, that outing with the girls, whatever it is which charges you. As women, when we feel down, we aren’t able to give what a good man deserves. it’s not selfishness as much as it is human nature and the earlier you accept that reality the earlier your life transforms.
• Cook his favorite meals. I know that this changes from couple to couple, some couple love cooking together or ordering out, some men love to primarily cook too. if you’re the type of woman that loves to show her love by cooking, then invest in that hobby of yours. Learn new recipes and play your favorite songs while having a fresh blowout and fresh mani-pedi and dance around while you cook. Trust me girls, men feel too. if he comes home and you aren’t there but you initially cooked and danced and laughed at home, he’ll feel that energy and he’ll be so happy. If you cooked while being miserable and hating your life, he’ll be very appreciative but it’ll miss that za in your healthy home.
• Don’t stop seeing your friends. I get it, you get into a healthy relationship, you get dependent on him for company, but sooner or later you’ll forget he’s your husband. So, make time for your girlfriends, gossip to them, go out to eat. This is so most important because it goes so far in any romantic relationship.
• Again, invest in your appearance. Girls, when i tell you men love the natural look, i mean it. The thing is, you aren’t just doing this for the man. You are doing this for yourself, so that you feel the most confident. The thing he experiences out of this is your radiant, bubbly and confident energy that makes him feel inspired.
• Flirt!!!! you have a husband, be as sassy and flirty as you want girl he’s all yours. ادلعي , don’t be shy to
• You’ll get into arguments, try to maintain a soft voice regardless. a good man won’t want to make you angry that you’re fighting with your heart, but he also needs to feel regulated so when you find yourself raising your voice, just take a deep breath and relax, remind yourself it’s just a moment and it’ll pass.
• So long as he keeps you emotionally and physically safe, provides for you in all the ways he cans, it is you who can provide the fun energy in any place he’s in. He can book the bae-cation for you but it’s you who makes it the best trip ever for the both of you. That is through your flirty energy, your fun energy, your appreciation to him, your kindness to yourself and him, your magic.
• men don’t have the same venting resources we have as girls, so when he comes back home with a load on his shoulder and he isn’t able to verbalize it, take him into your embracing chest and allow him to de-compress. People who know the power of this will always have the healthiest and strongest relationships.
