There is no rejection it’s re-direction. Yes, you’ve heard that a million times, but what is the difference for a believer and non-believer? When you believe in nothing and no one, you take rejection personally. You believe you have truly been rejected, someone does not want you, you don’t see the bigger picture. You see only your picture, one of pain, suffering and hurt. There is no other truth. The pain you feel, needs your suffering to be either projected out in seeking the one that hurt you to be the one that saves you…Or, you numb yourself pushing away the part of you that desperately needs to be acknowledged and loved. When you don’t believe you cause yourself pain… and so the cycle continues. But what is the other option? What does rejection look and feel like to the believer? A believer knows and trusts that every rejection is God’s protection. When you look back at every time you were rejected, you realise how much of a blessing in disguise it was. You look back and are thankful the guy in Dubai didn’t book you those flights because he turned out to be a creep, you’re thankful you didn’t get the job with the weird boss that interviewed you, because the next interview was paying 30% more and the manager was a better fit for your personality, you look back and realise that every time you thought it was a personal attack, it never was. It was protection, when you believe, you are aware there is a God that loves you, so you don’t personalise (maybe for a moment but you don’t live there). You trust, and know God is always leading you to better, to your highest most elevated self. You take your L’s and you GROW. It’s not about suffering in the victim mentality, it’s about knowing and trusting that what God has for you will never confuse you, will never leave you questioning. There will be clarity, it will be clear. And this is the power of believing. Life flows more easily, with more love, forgiveness and grace.

“Faith is more than just belief—it’s trust in God’s unseen hand working in your life. “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1) 🕊️
Even when circumstances seem uncertain, faith reminds you that God is always in control. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep walking forward—His promises never fail. Amen!🙏✝️🛐🕊️”

What is agape?
Agape a Greek word that means the unconditional love between God and us. God loves you so much and nothing could ever change that. :)

At what point do you stop looking back? At what point do you stop repeating the same story about the ex that screwed you over? That time you were heartbroken, in pain, suffering? How many of your thoughts and conversations are a regurgitation of the past?
Clinging on to your pain, is not helping you move forward. You are literally harming yourself, and your future as you speak and think on the past struggles…But it doesn’t need to be that way, you can start focusing on your higher self, who you want to become, the experiences you want to have, the life you love in the present moment, the time you got treated so well. Bring in the light. Let go of the heaviness of what was. What no longer is. You are free, the past is done, let go. Lean into the future of who you are destined to be, let those be the thoughts that flood your mind. Thoughts of hope, love and expansion. Because it’s just as easy to look forward as it is to look back.

"During the 70s, some priests were becoming rather casual with the liturgy. One afternoon, a priest came into the soup kitchen that Dorothy Day was working at. He wanted to offer a liturgy for the homeless. He went into the kitchen and grabbed a mug to use for the chalice.
Dorothy, although frustrated at the irreverent use of houseware for the liturgy, prayed throughout the mass with the priest. After the liturgy ended, she quietly got up and started to cleanse the vessels. Then, she walked outside with the mug and a shovel.
A man followed her and asked her what she was doing. It is said she kissed the mug and then buried it. She told him that it was no longer a mug, but a chalice. It was no longer suited for coffee- it had held the Blood of Christ. She didn’t want anyone to mistake it for a mug again. Once something holds the Body of Christ, it is no longer what it was. When the mug held the Blood of Christ, it changed its vocation forever. It could no longer hold anything less than Christ again.
We were common mugs. Simple, functional, practical, and good people. We had a capacity to hold good things. But when Christ entered our lives, we became more. We became Chalices. We started to hold divinity Himself within our hearts. Now that we have held the Body of Christ within our bodies, we are no longer common, but rather extraordinary.
May you know the transformation God has placed in your heart. May you trust that you are truly made new and be extraordinary today."
