Day 1 of 5 day workout week:
It’s been a very busy Monday! But, I got my workout in first thing this morning.👊🏽 I had been pushing it to mid-morning in the recent weeks. Today, my schedule forced it to be earlier. I like that it gives me a boost of energy throughout the day knowing it’s already done. Makes me ponder a shift back to early mornings. 🤔
-Kickboxing has been so therapeutic lately! I’m embracing the effects. 🥊 Today was a kickboxing HIIT circuit with 4 kicking and punching combos. Each combo was followed by an upper, then a lower body weight training move. Equipment was 16 ounce gloves, 8-14 lb dumbbells, resistance bands, and a weight bench. I also did a weighted jump-rope segment using a 2 lb weighted jump-rope.
Total calorie burn = 444 kcal💥

No, those things don’t bother you. What does bother you is when he outright ignores you. When you try and go to him, knocking hesitantly on the door and cracking it open, he’ll look up momentarily from whatever he’s doing, give you a brief smile, and he’s back at it again. On those days, you’ve learned to just let him be. But it still doesn’t make you any less irritated.

Those days used to be few and far between, but lately, it’s become a habit. Tonight you think about going to the studio that you usually frequent, but decide you’re too lazy and you’ll just do your own routine at home.
Five is still not home, but you aren’t going to wait for him. Not like it would matter anyway. You change into your sports bra and black leggings, pull your hair back in a ponytail, and fill up your water bottle. Once you are set up in the living room, with the lights dimmed and relaxing music playing, you begin with a few stretches and then move into some more advanced poses.
Your workout is an hour long and about 30 minutes in you have a nice sheen of sweat covering your body and you’re feeling good. The next half is more about cooling down and resetting your mind. Till then- Chores!” Levi yelled to the other groups some nodded and some groaned and complained and Levi just blew a laugh through his nose as he headed to the horse stables almost turning into the doors till he heard a familiar name…yours “I mean…she’s amazing and so strong. But…Levi, he’s the total opposite” Two girls were cleaning the pens for both Levi and your horse so he sees why the topic of conversation could turn to you two but Levi didn’t care much he could give two shits about what the gossip was in your relationship cause it was yours and not anybody else’s he was gonna step in to interrupt their conversation with a smart remark but then “I mean it's sad she has to wake up to that sight” Levi’s feet halted, his eyes went from an unbothered look to a look of terror ‘The hell?! The fuck do they mean’ Levi struggled in his head debating whether to confront or listen “I mean…those scars, his hand…or that eye…it’s almost like a dying cow” said the girl wiping her forehead “he’s hideous and just how can he satisfy her needs or we'll give her a family” Levi swallowed the spit hoping to push the lump in his throat he took a step back disappearing.

Levi looked up through his hair seeing you glare at the tea kettle, your jaw was clenched and your breathing uneven but not loud almost like you wanted blood. “ Y/n…they were girls just gossip I shouldn't get so worked up” Levi walked up to you, his hand sliding up your arm now you needed to be comforted…no, You needed to be calmed. “love?” he whispered now fully in front of you looking up at you his hand caressing your face you simply leaned into his hand sighing softly Levi jumped from the feeling of your hand caressing his back then his… other hands the one Levi was worried about when it came to you but you gently took it putting it on your chest giving Levi a look before bringing it up for a kiss it was a conversation without words the sound of your lips on his skin the sensation communicated Love. “I'm sorry they said those things. They'll regret it.” Levi sighed “No need to do that my love let us just head to bed after the tea is done” he pleaded hoping you'd come to your senses but your eyes were dark staring into nothing like you were looking through him.
Levi smiled as the tea soothed and warmed him. You made it exactly how he liked it…you remembered, holding it gently as you both made it up to your room that was until you stopped “What is it?” Levi could read you like a book feeling your suspicious aura as he looked in your direction hearing faint giggling and whispers “Shhh be quiet they might hear us sneaking a drink!” Levi's eyes went wide and looked at you as the two girls turned the corner “That's them..” You shared a look with him before putting on a smile and stepping forward purposefully loudly crossing your arms and making the girls jump “Hello new gals! It's inappropriate to be out this hour. Sure do hope you both have a good explanation” The girls straightened up “Y/N! Captain Levi! We were just uh-..” the girl trailed off and her friend who you knew as Ava stepped forward “Some night food we got hungry." Ava said as she smiled at you “Hm…I see. Be on your way” You stepped to the side pulling Levi along though he was ready to confront the girls, lecturing him there was something in your grip that told him quietly as they walked in front of you both your voice was a cold stern tone “Wait a second.” The girls jumped and stopped turning to face you. Levi looked at you and your eyes were closed “I'm hoping you know me and Levi are together don't you?” you asked, “Yes of course!” Said Ava with a smile “So you know he means a lot to me if not the whole world? Yes?” the girls nodded sharing glances you opened your eyes your face pushing intimidation and rage
“So how do you think I should handle those with the balls to ever? Disrespect him after he has done so much for us?”
Levi looked at the girls who looked at Levi in terror “S-sir. Were so-” you stepped in front of Levi “You did not. Answer my question, but I know how you both can make it up to Levi” you walked between the girls as you placed a hand on their shoulders and whispered “kneel.” They shook and hesitated only a moment and kneeled “Good, now Bow your heads and apologize” You sneered at the girls and they apologized to Levi. You looked up at him “Satisfied? Or do they need a bit more of a push?” You raised a brow to Levi who shook his head “Enough. Both of you return to your rooms. y/n…stop it.” You sighed standing straight pulling the girls up by their shirts and smiling “See you gals at breakfast bye bye!!” You laughed pushing them off as they hurried on their own back around the corner. You smiled at Levi who glared at you and scoffed, his voice insulting your “childish behavior.” He turned and headed up the stairs towards your shared room struggling slightly but didn’t accept your help and you pouted. Levi stopped catching his breath, you sighed pushing yourself up behind him, arms wrapping around his stomach “I’m sorry babe, It wasn’t my place.” You massaged his hip making him hiss but relax in some sort of relief “I’m upset that you had to defend me…when I’m a grown man.” Levi played with your fingers, sighing tiredly “I should’ve called them out…instead, I asked if you thought I was ugly when I knew you’d say no'' You inhaled Levi's scent “When we get up there can we…” Levi whispered and avoided finishing the sentence but “Oh my Levi don't tell me my touch has got you excited~” you giggled before feeling the stinging pain of levis nail pinching a vein in your hand which your laughs turned into screams “Asshole you know what I meant!” Levi snarled you whimpered looking at the bruise on your hand as you both continued up the stairs “for a vegetable you're still like you…cruel.” you rubbed your booboo “but I know what you meant…we can finish that book. But I don’t know why you like me reading it.” You shrugged and you both made it to the door “Your voice…soothes me.” Levi said looking at his hand on the knob “helps me sleep…you know how little I get. Even worse when I feel sore…” he opened the door and you both walked in “But if you don’t want to read to me…that’s okay.” He rubbed his shoulders it was always chilly in your guy's room. Seeing Levi’s clothes tighten around him as he held himself made your face hot “did you know you have a banging hot bod?” You said Levi turned to you and glared “The hell?! Can you stop being such a shitty-ass therapist!!” You laughed as Levi threw the book at you and you caught it. You looked at Levi who had a small smile. Levi was always conscious about you and him and space when he wanted you to touch him, where, how, why. But since being together he’s been more open not having to ask and right now you were so close “You’re so beautiful my Pearl…” you said looking down into Levi’s eyes your empty hand on his hips pulling him gently into you earning a rewarding sigh of approval from him “your not getting any tonight you know?” Levi said smiling at you “Awe dang well guess I’ll throw in the towel” you joked sharing a kiss with him “I love you” you said to him and he replied with an “Me too.” Which meant a lot Never have you seen a more beautiful painting of a man than the one in front of you

It would appear I've lost 13.1 pounds. Though my body fat percentage hasn't changed. Which means I'm likely losing muscle. I KNOW I need to either get back to the gym with free weights or take 30 minutes for a session of resistance bands training at home but for some reason I just cannot motivate myself to do so.
I still have to literally force myself to eat. There's no desire, no hunger pains (usually), no cravings. I've found that chicken now tastes like sawdust when I try to eat it. That's disappointing for a couple reasons - 1, I love chicken (or at least used to) and 2, chicken is a cheap protein and with me being unemployed we definitely need to tighten the budget.
My guys at the nutrition/supplement store I go to assure me that I can preserve my muscle mass and lower my body fat percentage just by increasing the protein. So I'll start there I guess. But I really REALLY need to get back on my strength training. I know I'll be happy once I just fucking DO IT. I always feel great after a workout, it's just getting the drive to do it that sucks for me.
I feel like some of my clothing fits differently. But I'm still not feeling any real sense of excitement considering I'm still 20 pounds heavier than I was when I was at my kickboxing gym and maintained a 6 days a week workout routine. I don't think I'm going to feel any excitement until I'm under 200.
I should probably make a few "smaller" goals so that I don't get too discouraged with how slow this is all going. Like I know my end goal weight is somewhere around 140. But that is SO far away that I need a shorter term goal - which is to get under 200. That's only 17 pounds away.

Day 1 of 5 day workout week:
It’s a busy Monday and I was ready to get at the week! It’s the two-week mad dash before Christmas break and Christmas itself and I have a lot to get done. So, I was out to my gym bright and early! 65 degrees was a great temp to work with, so I was able to jump right in.
🏋🏽‍♂️ I started off with a total body functional strength training session programmed with both static and compound exercises. I used dumbbells (8-15 lbs) and a heavy resistance band for everything. My BPM stayed around 130 as I moved from exercise to exercise. Duration was around 37 minutes.
🥊 Then, I did about 45 minutes of kickboxing using 16 ounce gloves for the combos! Each combo was followed by an intensity blast and a jump-rope interval (using both weighted and non-weighted ropes).
Total calorie burn = 457 kcals 👊🏽
This was a great start to the week! I’m hoping I can keep up this momentum throughout my busy schedule!

For my personality im an istp and an aquarius if those count for anything, its hard for me to describe my own personality but some people dont get my sense of humor often and i come off as mean. Another thing that makes me come off as rude or mean is my social anxiety in public so i dont say much and i have a resting bitch face not even on purpose. I dont consider myself mean, like i genuinely love making people happy and helping them with things but my social anxiety holds me back on trying to help people and complimenting them .I only have a small group of friends that i talk to but i love them so much. I can be antisocial sometimes because being social all the time drains me, . Though when im with my friends and im really energetic, impulsive, dramatic, opinionated, sarcastic and a little annoying and talk a lot n i always wanna do things+a risk taker i get myself in trouble a lot. I hate it when i go over to peoples houses and they js sit on their phone like wtf did i even come here for ??
Some things i love are animals,doing new things, flowers, nature, horror, the color pink, anything pretty really, motorcycles, pinterest, music(especially metal or rock), incense, smoothie bowls, my friends, plushies, dressing up, halloween,long walks and a lot of other thingsssssss
Some stuff i hate are cheaters, home wreckers, talking to new people, feeling nauseous from panic attacks, fatigue, and wasps.
People tend to see me as less emotional which is true sometimes but when i love i really love hard and i dont get with just anyone and it takes me a while to fall for someone and people don't expect it from me, im so different and emotional when i love somebody and i usually just end up being manipulated, and i dont give up on people easily i try my hardest to empathize with them and work it out.
Another toxic thing is i can be overprotective and possessive in relationships a bit😭
i love love gift giving and physical touch both giving and receiving and i like making my partner handmade gifts that take a lot of effort to show i care though i also like spending money on them
I find it cute when the person im with gets overly jealous but i would never purposely wanna make them feel that way, i know how it feels and they don't deserve that. I hate it when people make me jealous on purpose because they "like it". i love being pampered but ill never ask for it

Thinkin about shit so I'm throwing out my headcanons on the Tracy brothers and general thoughts on em idk why.
Scott
Man's like 6'1 and v athletic, he's a slim fella with light muscle (none of these fuckers r having like mad defined muscle cause I simply do not like it lol).
The prettiest guy, like he's managed to go through puberty without getting bad spots or anything, he has like long eyelashes and is just one of those really pretty guys.
This guy is a calisthenics kinda guy, he's just out here just doing that anywhere he can.
He hates veg, he is a fruit kinda guy, apples and grapes are his favourite.
(According to that recent post) Scott has a limp, he's not got the best knees and obviously he's running around a lot and getting all sorts of bumps and bruises. He doesn't hide it because his brothers know about it and he can't help it.
He gets a lot of negative thoughts despite him being quite a positive guy on the outside, all of his brothers know about this*
If I were to assign him his favourite musical it would be a high energy one like hairspray or Moulin rouge (but the newer Broadway one, with the modern songs mixed in). Also come from away, not sure why.
He doesn't baby his brothers, never has, even when they were babies, he was always just a big brother with em, he would fully talk to baby Alan like the kid could respond to him, but alas he was a baby and he could not.
Virgil
I feel a lot of people see him as a tall guy but nah this man's got width instead, he's like 5 foot 8- 5 foot 10.
He is a weight guy, he does all his running and stuff on missions so most of his home workouts are weights, he doesn't even do it as an exercise chore, he just finds it fun weightlifting, and being able to just lift any of his brothers and dad at any point is his favourite thing.
Opposite of Scott, he's a Veggie guy.
He has alot of bulk to his body, his muscles aren't defined, he has fat that bulks it up and has a v soft tummy which keeps him safe and he's very huggable.
His legs are mad strong, like when hes lifting obviously he's lifting with his legs (cause he's smart) so if u wanna go against him in kickboxing or sommat I'll start digging Ur grave now xoxo.
So as u can see I'm assigning them all musicals and Virgil is the easiest, there are so many that could work for him, I'll narrow it down but I know for SURE that he loves Evita (no this isn't projection), Virgil doesn't have like a set genre like this brothers, since he's like here for musicals, so he likes classics he likes contemporary, he likes watching musicals not just for the music, but for seeing the set, costumes and the tech, Evita has some very nice staging, he also likes Falsettos both US and UK versions, the stagings are very different for both and he LOVES it. Finally he also likes little shop.
Going on from the above, in school he was involved in his schools production of little shop, he was a background character but he also made all the puppets for Audrey II.
Yes he is the medic of the group and I like to believe he has done a course/degree or sommat to be a proper medical person (idk the levels of medical but he's higher than just doing first aid but not too high)

He's not a musical guy but he did very much enjoy Cats.

Mullet, obvi. I genuinely cannot think of him without a mullet, I wish I could for everyone's sake but it's stuck in my brain.
I feel I spoke about this last time I did one of these but he suffers from depression and a little bit of PTSD, tho I don't know much about PTSD so I can't go in to too much detail on how he's like, he got it from the hydrofoil accident and (in TAG only) the SOS (I think) dealio.
And I'm mentioning this again from the last one, as much as all the brothers know all the issues of the family (as mentioned at the end) it's Virgil that knows the full deep depths of it, those 2 work together the most and are often left alone with each other so after a long mission or a quiet ride out they get talking and as conversations do they get deeper and deeper.

Favourite musical gotta be Emojiland, he likes the twists and turns and the costumes in this (again not me projecting). But he also loves Something rotten (along with Gordon)
*None of his mental health issues and such are hidden from anyone in the family, everyone is on the lookout for everyone, and also kinda takes any stigma (if there is any) away from talking about mental health issues, all the brothers have their moments and struggle at times and with this system they can get help with it.

Final Fantasy VII: Traces of Two Pasts by Kazushige Nojima is a novel exploring the backstories of Aerith and Tifa, two party members you acquire early on in the game.
Traces of Tifa starts with a young Tifa in the small village of Neibelheim, playing with the other boys her age (minus Cloud) and reconciling over the knowledge their childhood is coming to an end as each boy is already making plans to leave and follow their future career paths. The boys try to cheer her up by promising to write to her, but it soon becomes clear to her that everyone has already decided she will marry one of these boys without bothering to ask her opinion. After Cloud and the other boys leave for Midgar, she becomes lonely and has no direction in life until a wandering material artist, Rashard Zangan, shows up, scouting for students to join his dojo, and finding the perfect pupil in Tifa. Throwing herself into her training, she proves to be skilled in the art form and even starts teaching a morning class for the other villagers. Fast forward to the Neibelheim Incident, where Tifa lost her father and is mortally wounded by Sephiroth, she wakes up in a Midgar hospital that managed to save her life, but she no longer has a home or any means of paying her medical bills. The doctor's son, Rakesh, also a student of Zangan, sets her up with a room in one of the slum container rows, and a job working at a steamed bun cart. Although Tifa is grateful for the help, she is still in the process of mourning the loss of her home while recovering from a near-fatal stab wound and yet still expected to work off her heavy debts. During her time living in the slums, we see how she met Barret, and the rest of Avalanche and would eventually become the bartender of Seventh Heaven.
The segment has a well-paced coming-of-age story of Tifa having no control over her life, and becoming the confident kickboxer and math-savvy bartender we meet at the beginning of the game. The story is slow in several areas, the major one being the attention to detail it goes into regarding her workout routine (to the point it starts feeling like an actual textbook) and her work rota at the food cart and preparing the bao buns (which starts feeling like an actual cookbook). Other than that it has a satisfying twist near the end with how Tifa manages to get out of debt and find a supportive community that becomes her newfound family.
The only minor complaint I have with this story is how little Zangan is in it, considering he is meant to be Tifa’s sensei, but he is only shown teaching her through textbooks that he leaves for her to study before disappearing for months at a time and returning to test her progress and handing her the next volume before disappearing again. This works in the context of the games as characters can level up by reading textbooks, but from a story standpoint, it's rather disappointing how little these two interact.
Traces of Aerith covers the timeline after Aerith and her mother escape Shina and hide in Sector 8 Slums, right before she dies and Aerith is adopted by Elmyra. The game briefly covers how Aerith and Elymra first met, but the book goes into greater detail about how they became a family and that it wasn't as smooth a transition as was implied. Elmyra's husband was a soldier who had been deployed during the Wutai War and was finally coming back home. Elymra would stand at the train station waiting for him with each passing day and on one such day, she finds Aerith weeping over the corpse of her mother and takes the girl in before Shinra finds her. Aerith is in the middle of mourning her mother and Elymra is overloaded with the responsibility of being a single parent while trying to maintain peace within her husband's business. Aerith's presence complicates things for Elmyra and they come up with a fake identity for Aerith which quickly backfires the more people learn of her existence.
The book tries to address minor details in the framing device of a polygon game and has various degrees of success while doing it. For example, Aerith's home is strangely bigger than the rest of the slums, with a two-story house and a garden filled to the brim with flowers. In the game, this area is heavily detailed because it's a set-piece that represents Aerith and the party spends quite a bit of time here. In the context of reality, this area makes no sense when just outside the gate the rest of Sector 8 is a shanty town. The book works around this by giving Elmyra a backstory where her father-in-law owned a construction company and stayed in the slums to oversee that company, as opposed to other businesses that would start a shop in the Slums and immediately abandon it once they earned enough to move onto the upper plate. Her father-in-law employed all those redundant employees and gained a lot of respect from the community for providing employment, hence why they live more lavishly in comparison.
My only complaint about Aerith’s segment in particular is how it glosses over major details in her childhood that fans were probably picking up the book to read about. We know the Turks have been spying on Aerith since she was a child, but they barely have a presence in this segment beyond one vital scene that needs to exist because it happened in the game and the climax where we can assume they saved Aerith’s life. Instead, we spend a lot of time setting up Aerith having a fake identity, and her panicking and using another girl’s name, and this somehow causes everyone to panic because two girls can’t have the same name I guess? (it's as stupid as it sounds and I don’t know why the book dives into this when we know Aerith uses her real name in the present timeline).
Is this book well written? Yes. Did it need to exist? No. There is nothing new we learn in this book that changes your worldview of the game or about Aerith and Tifa as characters. Hardcore fans will enjoy it but casual fans are not going to get anything out of it.

I talk about this all the time but Lilac has the weird habit of sleeping with a fan on. No matter how cold it is outside. The heater is on in their home and while it's nice to be warm, she needs air circulation while she sleeps. It drove Ethan INSANE. Then he got used to it.
Ethan on the other hand has the obnoxious habit of GETTING UP AT THE ASS CRACK OF DAWN. Even on his days off. She almost divorced him once. Not really. But yes, he will try to wake her up to go jogging. Sir, so you value your life?
3. Hot and Steamy or Soft and Tender?

Kinda JK! Both is good. Mostly hot and steamy for these two but there are many times when they're soft and tender. And both are equally as good for them.

Cooking! Ethan is teaching her. And dancing! Lilac is teaching him. They also enjoy hiking and walking Jenner together. They recently got into boxing and kickboxing so that's another workout they enjoy. And of course, they love to travel together!
