I think that teenagers would be very enthusiastic about this workout because this workout is short but it is a lot of fun. It is like doing kickboxing but also has the side benefits of doing exercise.

for my 30th birthday I've finally decided I'm going to lay the groundwork for the person I really want to be... i've talked about this with my therapist a lot but I used to exercise near daily, and go to events and protests by myself, take care of my garden and bake and crochet and then 2020 happened and then I got into a codependent relationship and now... I don't do any of that stuff 😔 so since I'm out of work for the next however many days, I'm gonna take the baby steps and start doing that stuff again
