Beef Stew with Gremolata 

Many people find cooking at home to be intimidating. But that's precisely why I enjoy searching for and utilizing all of these shortcut ideas to make amazing renditions of traditional recipes. A beautiful dinner that will wow your special dinner guest, made much better if it comes together quickly.

The green garnish on top of this meal is called Gremolata. Garlic, lemon zest, and chopped parsley are the ingredients of gremolata. This dish was transformed into an incredible, incredibly delicious stew with a simple addition.

Fancy Ramen Bowl @ home:

Bone broth

Miracle noodles

Napa cabbage

Celery

Mushroom

Fish sauce

Cilantro paste

Ginger

Toppings- parsley, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, minced onion.

I also had some mushrooms & 1 serving of "kevin's" chicken- roasted garlic.

It was delicious!

Way more steps than I normally do as far as cooking goes... but worth it!! And I have more for tomorrow!!

My recent house decluttering and resource re-evaluation has also included the pantry. Today I found a useful purpose for some remnant, small quantity ingredients.

A cup each of oats and soft, brown sugar went into biscuits.

A cup of 00 pasta flour finally got turned into some pasta.

Dinners, snacks, zero food waste, zero $ waste and a tidier pantry. Winner!

Vegan steak basted with dairy free butter and garlic. I am definitely making this again. The chew is incredibly tender and my mouth is watering thinking about it.
