A creamy and flavorful vegan version of the classic Hollandaise sauce, perfect for drizzling over roasted vegetables, tofu scrambles, or vegan eggs Benedict.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup cashews, soaked overnight. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons vegan butter.
Instructions: Drain and rinse the soaked cashews. In a blender, combine the cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, turmeric powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. In a saucepan, melt the vegan butter over medium heat. Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan with the melted butter. Cook the sauce, stirring constantly, until it thickens, about 5 minutes. Once thickened, remove from heat and serve immediately over your favorite vegan dishes.

Maple pie a banana bread ořechové máslo
Jestli tu mám nějaké fanoušky veganských cheat spread z Aktinu, tohle je post pro vás - 2 recepty na másla, která jsou opravdu hodně podobná těm původním, pokud nejsou stejná nebo lepší.

Maple pie máslo
= to na fotce, ingrecience vyjdou na dvojnásobné množství, než vidíte
Ingredience:
60 g pekanových ořechů
70 g makadamových ořechů
160 g arašídů
2 lžíce arašídového oleje
20 kapek flavdrops maple
špetka soli
1/2-1 lžička skořice
Postup:
Všechny ořechy nasucho opražte dozlatova. Přesypte do výkonného mixéru, přidejte olej a sůl a mixujte dokladka. Nakonec přidejte skořici a kapičky a krátce promixujte. Nalijte máslo do skleničky/skleniček a před zavíčkováním nechte vychladnout. Pak skladujte máslo v lednici, vydrží tam pár týdnů.
Banana bread máslo
Ingredience:
55 g mandlí
45 g kokosu
45 g arašídů
40 g pekanových ořechů
35 g vlašských ořechů
75 g sušených banánů
2 lžíce banánového proteinu (lze vynechat)
2 lžíce kokosového oleje
špetka soli
skořice, zázvor, kardamom
1 lžíce vanilkového extraktu
Postup:
Banány rozmichujte na mouku, tu přesypte do misky a dejte stranou. Všechny ořechy nasucho opražte dozlatova, kokos přidejte až budou ostatní ořechy skoro dopražené. Přesypte je pak do výkonného mixéru, přidejte olej a sůl a mixujte dokladka. Nakonec přidejte koření, vanilkový extrakt a případně protein a krátce znovu promixujte. Nalijte máslo do skleničky/skleniček a před zavíčkováním nechte vychladnout. Pak skladujte máslo v lednici, vydrží tam pár týdnů.

Indian Lemon Fried Rice Recipe | How to Make Rice More Tasty! | Healthy Vegan Recipes
We're all familiar with a parent's battle to get their kids to eat all their veggies. The best way to make it happen is to work around it. The Masala Pasta is the most effective solution! It's got the goodness of all the veggies, the kids love it, and it's made using the @Nutralite India DoodhShakti Probiotic Butter Spread - which makes it tasty, healthy, and supports immunity. Once soaked strain the rice and transfer it to a wide pan and add water. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and cook it for about 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
Uncover and fluff the rice with a fork. Then set it aside for it to cool down.
Now heat a pan and add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and let it heat thoroughly. Once the oil is heated, reduce the stove heat to low and then add the mustard seed. (Reducing the heat will prevent the seeds from burning). When the mustard seeds start to crackle, then add the cumin and curry leaves and give it a stir and fry it for a few seconds. (Please Note: If you add the mustard and cumin seeds together, the cumin will burn before even the mustard seed crackles do be careful there).
Now add the chopped onion, carrot, bell pepper, salt and turn the heat to medium. Fry until the onion starts to caramelized. Then add the finely chopped ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper and fry for another 1 to 2 minutes to get rid of the raw flavour of the turmeric.
In the mean time, break any lumps in the rice. Add the snow peas, rice, salt to the pan and mix everything thoroughly. Turn off the heat and then garnish with lemon juice, cilantro leaves and sesame oil. Mix well and add roasted peanuts. Cover and let it sit for 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
(You can make this with left over rice as well).
IMPORTANT TIPS:
Every stove is different, so adjust the heat of your stove accordingly. At any point you notice the pan is getting over heated reduce the heat
This recipe is for white basmati rice, if you are using a different kind of rice adjust the water accordingly
Cook the basmati rice in a wider pan, this will prevent the rice from getting soggy
You could use left over cooked rice for this recipe
Reducing the heat will prevent the seeds from burning
When adding the seeds add the mustard seeds first and let it crackle and then add the cumin seeds and curry leaves. If you add the mustard and cumin seeds together, the cumin will burn before even the mustard seed crackles do be careful there
The garnish completes the dish so please do not skip any of the ingredients
