Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur jeera bhun lein.
Isme pyaaz aur hari mirch daal kar halki brown hone tak bhun lein.
Ab tamatar aur masale (haldi, dhaniya powder, namak) add karein aur ache se mix kar lein.
Jab tamatar thoda gal jayein, toh karele daal kar ache se paka lein.
Sabji ko dheemi aanch par 15-20 minute tak pakaayein, jab tak karele soft na ho jayein.
