was just mulling over Srije's arc in Act 1, as one does, and what if...

Srije went to Alderaan before Tatooine. Since he hasn't had his change of heart brought on by the oasis vision thing yet, he dutifully executes Jaesa's parents like a good faithful apprentice should.

This has a twofold effect: first, Srije may have shoved his conscience way down in favor of blindly following orders, but killing two innocent people with the sole purpose of torturing an apprentice whose only crime is working against his master is not something he can forget easily. It joins a number of other deeds he has faithfully done as his master's enforcer that weigh on his conscience, but as with the others he deals with them by ignoring them.

Second, this is naturally hugely traumatic for Jaesa, who can feel their deaths. Unlike canon Jaesa, this one deals with their deaths by vowing to bring Baras vengeance. She's always been a bitter, angry person, and more focused on striking down evil than finding inner peace, but this contributes more than any other single event to the woman who Srije meets on Hutta.

Don't remember how much I've said about this already, but on Tatooine at the Oasis trial, Srije sees Jaesa in a Force vision, sees her devastated at the deaths of her parents, and then sees that when they meet in the future will be a very important turning point for him.

As a result, Srije becomes very emotionally, personally invested, in finding her. He also becomes very anxious about what will happen when they meet, because he knows once he draws her out he must kill her. Which is abruptly literally the opposite of what he wants, but of course his master knows best...

Since im not very normal when it comes to designing im always more efficient when i design straight up on an illustration so here goes the main suitors :

Antinous (lion🦁) : loud arrogant and imposing. Will laugh at your face and threaten you in cold blood.

Eurymachus (snake🐍): hypocrite manipulative conniving bitch. Will gaslight you with a kind smile. Hates mediocrity

Amphinomous (bear🐻) : he's the answer to choosing a man or a bear. Not inherently evil. He thinks the beggar is funny (not knowing its ody). He is just a guy who's easily influenced by his terrible friends.

dick grayson is absolutely the kind of person to have a fairly bad allergy to some food, and completely ignore it because that is his favorite food what do you mean he can't eat it?

i like the idea of him being allergic to mangos. not necessarily bad enough to warrant a hospital visit every time, but enough he suffers for his choices.

i also like the idea that the batfam have to keep eyes on this man at all times when a mango is in his vicinity.

as far as one piece antagonists go Crocodile truly gets absolutely scooby-doo’d at unmatched levels

He immediately falls for a phone scam and from basically little garden to rainbase he doesn’t even know the strawhats are alive (and clowning towards him at incredible speed). As soon as he does, they’re in his house tearing at his walls and bringing marines into his villain lair.

He uses a literal floor trap door over a gator pit to catch them, gets phone scammed again, full scooby-doo chase scenes after Chopper through the streets while still missing him, and suddenly his prisoners have escaped his impossible cage, and his giant bananagators are dead. and Nico Robin saw it all happen.

He then spends rest of the arc complaining about those meddling kids and their dog “strawhat pirates and their weird pet” and at no point does he even know how many strawhats there are.

Like yeah he keeps having plans on top of plans to stop everything Vivi can do but also she keeps coming up with a new thing to do (Tom and Jerry ass dynamic).

Part of it is that he’s underestimating them and keeps grandstanding villain monologuing but also teens keep killing hundreds of his grand line bounty hunters and he straight up does not know what is happening.

Cause he IS trying to kill them he’s sending top assassins after them and ripping out luffy’s organs, the whole time he’s yelling HOW ARE YOU ALIVE?? DIE. as whack-a-mole Luffy keeps inventing new ways to hit him.

About wukong and macaque

Both these bitches did wrong, but remember that MK saw the vision starting from the fight itself, not what happened before. He then read the chapters of the book and read that Macaque also attacked. I personally think he's mostly hurted by what Wukong did, not because it's worse of what Macaque did, but because he idolized Wukong for so long, and while he know he did so many wrongs in the past, his vision of a "hero" dissapeared in this moment. He s mostly dissapointed let's say. Of course it's not the best of things to put tour heroes on a pedal because you will always be dissapointed. I guess MK learned the lesson...

Yes they were Monkey King posters. MK ripped them immediately after the vision because he still was not sure was reality and vision and was scared.

it hurts so much to sit here and feel the limits of our own ability. we're not millionaires. we can't instantly fund these escape attempts. but these are bids for life, by people who never asked for the hellfire being rained upon them by sadistic colonialists, greedy for oil and land. they committed no crime other than being born in palestine. and of course it's unfair, to have to shoulder the weight of people's lives when we're all struggling to get by as it is. but our governments relentlessly fail us, they fail to scrape at the bottom of their cold dead hearts for their last dregs of humanity. it is so, so unfair, but it is up to the common man to save each other.
