Of course they make sure neither Wukong nor Macaque would be close, not wanting to risk anything. In truth, any genuine nurturing or parenting would come from Mac and The King. LBD would see such tasks as beneath her, and the Mayor, with his disdain for simians (MK included), would want little to do with him—after all, MK was Wukong and Macaque’s son.

There are many ways to approach how MK would have met the other two, but my love for angst simply pushes me towards the more disturbing route. :]

LBD quickly realized that if Wukong and Macaque had a child, they could create an immensely powerful being—perfect for her plans.
