You don't see it, but behind the scenes a lot of things happening, possibly one of your dream will come true! But for now, you should enjoy your life, enjoy the little things, be more positive. Celebrate yourself, be proud of yourself. If you need to choose between things, you should either make a choose or compromise. But it's time to face your fears, don't procrastinate! But also don't make a decision hestily! Diplomacy is important here, and make decisions calmly. Don't let your emotions take over control, listen to your intuition, but listen to your mind too. For some of you, you still need to forgive something, not because they weren't wrong, but it's for your own peace. Communication and speaking what's on your mind is very significant here. Believe in yourself! Soon you will have clarity in an important thing! Your inner work will pay off, it doesn't matter if you go slowly, just go further!
Pile 2 - panda
For some of you, you should choose your battles carefully. Don't go into unneccessery arguments, some people won't really listen, so don't waste your energy for them. But for others, you should stand up for yourself more. Don't let anyone disrespect your boundaries! You are worthy and talented. You should feel like it, don't be afraid to be in control, be in charge. It's not neccesseraly like be bossy, but you can take your own destiny into your own hands. A lot of answers are in you deep down. So you should maybe meditate or just really listen to your intuition. And do what you really want, not what others want. For some things, you need to plan and wait, but it will worth it. Some of you can travel or move to another place. Your guides said there are some blessings waiting for you, so don't give up! Keep going, you are doing so well, and your hard work will pay off!
Pile 3 - dove
If you are going through a hard time, don't worry, it's almost over. Just keep going a little longer, you are almost there! And now your life will be a little easier finally. Maybe there's a lot of things happening at the same time, and even if it's a good change, it can be very tiring. So don't forget to rest enough. Really rest, don't be online so much. Have enough sleep and take care of yourself. For some of you, you need to change some things, and you probably know what is this about. It can be scary or hard now, but you will feel better later! If you are a student, maybe you should focus more on your studies. Even if you are working, you should focus on the details too, and be confident, you can do it! In your pile traveling is very significant. You can travel, have your visa, have an opportunity to study abroad soon. Or if you don't plan anything like this, you should just go on a little trip, you need a vacation.

💖PROTECTING YOURSELF FROM LIFES CURVE BALLS AS YOU GLOW UP - PRE-2025 RE-INVENTION SERIES [WEEK 14] - 💖
So you’re trying to glow-up, change your life? Life, being life naturally start’s throwing those damn curve balls and before you know it you’re back on the floor fighting for dear life to get it together and get back on your feet. During this time, weeks if not months have passed, and so you feel behind, you feel like every time you get it together life pulls the rug from under your feet and you’re right back in square one.… So what’s the solution? If you’re absolutely serious about changing your life before 2025 you need STRONG FOUNDATIONS. Where are your roots currently? What practises do you have in place to help you stay grounded when you get hit with one of life’s inevitable problems? What and who is your support system? In order to thrive you need need your STRONG FOUNDATIONS in place. The basics: Sleep, Eating, Diet, Exercise As obvious as these seem, you really have to dive deep into each area to make sure you are covered by each subject. Are you sleeping properly? Is your diet nourishing you and supporting you? Are you hydrated? Are you moving your body daily and doing exercise? I say these are the foundations because when life starts trying to take you down, if any of the above are not strong enough you will easily start falling. No daily exercise? The anxiety will build up in your body and have no where to go, depression will host itself within your body and slump you further. The lack of orientation from not having enough sleep will only amplify the moment problems start arising. IBS, gut issues, rashes, disease will prey on your body when you are already lacking a healthy gut and immune system. However, if your diet is on point your gut is thriving, you’re on those pre-and-pro-biotics, you’re hydrated, you’re energised you are not a weak target for disease. You have strong foundations.
Support system: God /Spirituality, Therapist / Mentor / Coach, Friends / Family/ Pets
First and foremost God. The moment this relationship starts to weaken, you start forgetting to pray, or spend time with God in meditation you become an easy target for mental and emotional suffering, things that were not in God’s plan can easily take hold of your life, and thats why following God and walking in faith and his purpose for your life will protect you in all seasons. Having a therapist, mentor, or coach in your corner is how you win. If you don’t have any of these, start seeking a mentor, invest in therapy, seek coaching. This is how you continue to grow and have empowering support as you do, the moment you are in difficulty you have reliable and insightful support on hand to guide you. Finally family and friends and pets offer that loving support needed to survive and thrive in the good and bad times. Toolbox: Meditation, Affirmations, Healing Books, Youtube / Podcasts, Journalling, Online courses
Your toolbox is your handy kit that you strengthen before the storm. You are already meditating daily, you are already in your affirmations, speaking life into yourself each day, so when you get triggered because the guy rejects you or dumbs you, you are not so wounded. You know if it's not him it will be someone else, you are in detached energy, you are on your healing journey, you are already reading the books that keep you grounded in self development and wisdom. You’re journaling daily and taking courses online to strengthen your inner wisdom. You are not an easy target for life's problems and stresses. You are rooted in God, in loving support, in your own self love and care practises...and if you aren't there yet. This is the blueprint. Let this week be one of resilience, of remembering who you are and standing firm on your practises and staying close to your toolbox so you are prepared for what's next. Remember it's not about avoiding the problems, they are part of live, it's learning how to ride the wave and not drown that is the key.

Trance States for Spirit Flight
Trance states are used in a lot of witchcraft practices, but especially those for spirit flight. This post will look at how these states translate in brain waves and what we are trying to achieve in our brains to accomplish our goal of spirit flight. Once we have an understanding of the feeling we are looking for it will be easier to use our techniques to get ourselves there.

Brain Waves for Trance States
According to Introduction to EEG- and Speech-Based Emotion Recogintion, brain waves are "oscillating electrical voltages in the brain measuring just a few millionths of a volt." It goes on to say that the brain can give off more than one type of brain wave at a time and that each individual brain has different patterns that the five brain wave states could appear at. So one persons wave pattern for gamma would be different to another persons wave pattern for gamma.
The five brain wave states are:
Gamma (32 - 100 Hz)
The state in which concentration and problem-solving are achieved. It is associated with enlightenment as some Tibetan monks and Indian Yogi's are able to display it while meditating (Auryn, pg. 15). It happens during creative expression and our brain processes and recalls incredible amounts of information while in gamma (Orapello, Pg. 205-206).
Beta (16 - 31 Hz)
When we have a busy or active mind. This is the most common brain wave state, all others are considered trance states. This occurs when we are awake, alert, and concentrating (Auryn, pg. 15).
Alpha (8 - 15 Hz)
When our mind is at rest and reflective. This can happen when we are meditating, visualizing, or learning. It has access to the subconscious mind and is most associated with psychic ability as well as being linked to hypnosis (Auryn, pg. 15). Some believe this is the proper state for magic; and ritual, dancing, chanting, and grounding and centering happen to be perfect catalysts for inducing it. Alpha also improves our memory, which allows inspiration and clarity of thought (Orapello, pg. 61).
Theta (4 - 7 Hz)
When we are drowsy and close to sleep. It is also associated with light sleep, deep meditation, deep dreaming, vivid imagery, and high levels of inner awareness. We become completely unware of the external world while in this state (Auryn, pg. 15). In theta, we have one foot on either side of consciousness and are ripe for possession or aspecting (such as drawing down the goddess) (Orapello, pg. 204). This is the state we want to access for spirit flight.
Delta (0 - 3 Hz)
This occurs during deep dreamless sleep and the deepest states of meditation. During this time our bodies and minds do most of their healing and regeneration (Auryn, pg. 15). This occurs just before REM sleep.

Tips for ADHD
I myself have ADHD so these tips will come from my own experience, though I have some links that may be helpful in my references found below. Also keep in mind, I am currently unmedicated due to personal issues. Mileage may vary.
The main goal we are trying to achieve is extreme relaxation. So lucky for us, ADHDers is that we aren't looking to concentrate necessarily. Yes we have a goal we are trying to achieve, but the more we TRY the harder it will be to actually achieve. We need to practice mentally letting go.
Meditation
For me, a basic meditation practice has helped tremendously. This was suggested to me by a therapist I was seeing in college. This isn't guided though I've found using apps that have timed meditations helps me properly gauge timing without having to think about it, they have a nice little chime at the end too. A meditation that has you simply separate yourself from your thoughts, observe them, and then let them pass by can be difficult for those with ADHD... at first. I struggled with letting a thought pass by without going down several different paths of thought. But with practice, and being kind to myself when I would catch it, eventually exercised my brain muscle to the point it became easier and easier. I would do this for 10 minutes a day (life has been crazy, I should make time for this again I can tell the difference).
Movement and Music
For those of us that don't just have a hyper mind but also a hyper body, swaying gently and creating a sensation of being rocked by waves can help keep the jitters away. Doing some physical activity before hand such as running can keep away the bigger bursts or energy, or dancing is a great way to enter a relaxed and exhausted trance state if that's something you enjoy doing. In fact, lyric-less music can be a great way to keep your focus. I personally, find music with lyrics to be distracting. I end up getting taken away with the story of the song rather then paying attention to my goal. There are many instrumental playlists on Spotify and YouTube that can fit with a witchy aesthetic (which can help keep from getting distracted). Movements tend to stop once the spirit has left the body, though a light sway may continue.
Visual Distractions
If you're not using the dance method, keeping your eyes closed while using the techniques in posts to follow can help to avoid visual distractions. Our minds tend to be louder in the dark, so the meditation advice above could be useful as an exercise to help with that. Or if you have a therapist you can brainstorm other ways to quiet the mind with them as well. If you're into art or tarot/oracle cards, there are also some interesting techniques allowing you to travel through the cards imagery (I suggest the book "A Broom at Midnight" by Roger J. Horne for more details). Though this technique may only work for those who have these as a hyperfocus or have already trained their brain to quiet.
Stims
Stims tend to be more associated with autism (and thus these tips may work for them as well), though I find that ADHD can provide some as well. If you tend to vocal stim, try chanting or intoning. It doesn't have to be words if you find that too distracting. If you have a common vocal stim, you can add that into a rhythmic chant or tone. If there's something you do with your hands, try to make a rhythmic display with it by flicking it out at certain intervals or adding it to part of a swaying sensation. Whatever makes sense for your personal stim. Just as with the movement section above, this may stop once the spirit has left the body. If you find that you bring yourself back too soon once you have left the body due to a stim, be kind to yourself first. It's ok. Stims can happen due to stress and overstimulation (good or bad) and I consider it a way of my body continuing to protect me. Something happened (good or bad) that I should process. If you left in the middle of a conversation with a spirit, you can give an offering to that spirit if you feel it is appropriate.
If I missed anything you struggle with due to ADHD, feel free to reach out. I'm not an expert but I could also be missing something here that I've experienced as well. If I don't have an answer, I will try to help you find one.

Conclusion
Our brains are constantly cycling through trance stats every day. Learning to control which state we are in can help us with our magic and our spirit flight. But not all brains are the same. Hopefully these tips help those who are struggling, and understanding what we are trying to achieve helps those who don't know what to look for.

Connecting with your spirit guides
Hello, before I go on and about the information here, I just want you to know that I am sharing knowledge coming from a book called “The Witches Way”, published by Leanna Greenaway and Shawn Robbins :) It’s particular penchant is mainly Wiccan, but the books purpose it serves is a guide to modern-day witchcraft. I’m here to divulge information for our fellow beginner witches, who are still educating through their practice and journey, just like the majority of the witches that mentors and teaches. Although, this posts purpose is probably not aimed to how to start getting into your spiritual journey, but it could be something you’d want to learn later on. I hope you understand. But of course, I’ll post the essentials about how to start and where to start. Keep on learning little witchlings!! <33
Your guide will never want to frighten you, so it is unlikely that they will suddenly appear before your eyes in the cold light of day. To reach a successful connection, you must be prepared to experience a deeper level of consciousness. It can take a lot of practice to perfect, and only when you are at an advanced state in the meditative process can you begin to see visions.
These will usually occur when you are in the middling stage between sleep and wakefulness or in the moments before you wake up. You might also want to keep a motepad and pen next to your bed, as it is common to be told relevant information in dream sleep.
From Leanna Greenaway/Shawn Robbins, „Over the years and with a lot of practice, I have mastered the art of connection. For me, it’s like looking at a screen, a bit like a video recording. The background is black and the images appear with gold edges. The pictures move like they would in a video and last anywhere between one and three minutes. Prior to the visions, I sometimes hear a ringing sound, a bit like tinnitus but not as annoying. This is when I know my soul is turning into a higher frequency and I have finally connected.”

Items to have nearby
Crystals are very good to dot around the house, as they balance the energies in a room and can also help you to ground yourself. The seven crystals below are good if you want to promote successful meditation. I recommend that you house these stones somewhere in the bedroom. There is no need to spend a fortune on them when purchasing; small, polished versions, or tumble stones, can work just as well as large, more-expensive pieces. The choice is yours.
Angelite , used for summoning guides and angels
Amethyst , a calming stone sed to enhance psychic ability and meditation
Clear quartz , amplifies healing energy; known as the master healing stone
Rose quartz , good for relieving stress and tension; restores the aura by replacing negative energy with positive energy, boosts a live vibration
Black tourmaline , a ground stone that connects the Earth with the human spirit; aligns with chakras
Aventurine , energises the Heart Chakra for wellbeing and emotions
Carnelian , improves concentration during meditation
Mindful meditation
People begin with a series of meditation techniques when first trying to connect to their spirit guides. Before embarking on any spirit communication, it is imperative that you meditate for at least thirty minutes.
Lots of people find it hard to meditate for thirty minutes, but once you get the hang of if, it’s very easy. Those of you who have researched meditation will know there are hundreds of ways to get into a meditative state. There is also a wealth of information online that can help you find the right method for you.
If you choose to perform your meditation during the waking hours, select a crystal and hold it in your hand. If you want to use all of them in your meditation, sit and space the stones in a circle around the base of the chair you’re using or on the floor, should you choose to go without a chair.
If you hope to meditate during your sleeping hours, situate the stone(s) either under the bed or next to wherever you are sleeping. Make sure the house is quiet and sit or lie in the lotus position (sitting with legs crossed and hands on knees) as depicted in some books just make sure that you are cozy, snug, and completely relaxed. People find lying in the fetal position, under the covers, in their bed the best position. You might prefer to lie on your back or sit upright; it’s completely up to you!
First, concentrate on every part of your body, starting with your feet. Relax the feet, focusing on each toe being completely floppy, then work up the body to the ankle, calf muscles, and so fourth. Your aim is to be totally still, allowing yourself to become calm and tranquil. When you get to the area below the waist, hold a pelvic floor exercise for ten seconds, then clench your buttocks for a few seconds and relax. When you get to the top part of your body, raise your shoulders up toward your neck for five seconds before releasing them. You will feel a tingling sensation as they fall back to their usual position. Take your time. By the time you reach your facial muscles, you should be feeling extremely relaxed. Second, breathe steadily, either through your nose or mouth — whichever is most comfortable. Take a deep, slow breath inward and then exhale slowly. Repeat this for a few minutes or until you start to feel weightless. Clear your mind. Behind your closed eyes, focus in the darkness you see. See if you can pick out any shapes or lights.
Ask questions
At this stage, you should be in a meditative state, so now is the time to ask your guides for information. In your mind, ask your guide a series of questions, focusing on each question for a few minutes.
„I would like my guide to visit me. Are you there? Can you show yourself to me?
You might see patterns and shapes behind your eyes or feel a strange sensation of belonging. The experience is different for everyone. If you don’t feel anything, don’t be disheartened. Remember, some guides will not show themselves to you while uou are awake and might wait until a time when you are asleep. They know you better than you know yourself and may think that you are not ready to receive them in a conscious state.
„Please show me your gender. Are you male, female, or nonbinary?”
At this point, you must tune in physically and trust your inner thoughts and instincts. Imagine you are standing in front of a being. Tap into the energies and trust your very first answer.
„can you tell me your name, please?”
It might take several meditations before you receive this answer, but, once again, trust those instincts—you have them for a reason. Allow your imagination to expand. Your guides name may not come quickly or even come to you at all when meditating. You might be given the name a few days later, so look out for signs. If, during the following days, you hear the same name repeatedly, perhaps on TV or the radio, it could be your guide nudging you gently. Alternatively, you might wake up one morning with a clear name in your head.
Once you have your guides name, you are on your way to connecting with them fully. If you are serious about making a connection with your guide, you must meditate every night before going to sleep. People often fall asleep during meditation; this is quite alright. When you arrive at a meditative state, your vibration rises and your energy starts to change and evolve. It does take lots of practice, so never give up. After a while you will be able to slip into this relaxed state quickly and summon your guide as needed.

Ultimate glow up guide to glow up before school!
(I'll try to put these in sections + I'll also be using these tips my self as well)
To glow up you must have to take care of yourself in these areas physically, emotionally, and mentally so I'll try to help you conquer these things!
What is wonyoungism?
A: it's a term created by Ives fans thats centered on the princess pilates aesthetic. Wonyoungism is all about living a healthy lifestyle, positive mindset, keeping fit, eating healthy, and most importantly self love and loving your self!
1. How to enter your wonyoungism era?
Workout could go to the gym or work out home (I recommend pilates and cardio)
Try to stretch every morning and night
Sleep well at least 8 hours a day
Try to build a skincare routine I recommend finding your skin type and finding products that work for it
Ice your face (makes you look more put together and gives you a refreshed look)
Eat healthy or in small portions
Find a make up routine (if you need it)
Be nice to people around you!! If someone is mean you be nice to them
Drink enough water ik everyone says this but its actually really benifical to glow up cuz it flushes out all the nasty toxins in your body. It makes your skin look brighter and hydrated
2. Glow up mentally
Learn to love your self beacuse if you can't love yourself then who love you?
Try I have an idgaf mindset this is so helpful because if someone disrespects you, you don't care
Walk around w/ confidence
Tell your self affirmations
Try to limit your screen time an the amount of negative things you consume (negative things leads to bad mentality)
Try to put your self first
Have a "I don't chase, I attract mindset" this is by song jia
Find motivational quotes to help you feel good
Spend some time alone! Do the things you love
Journal it gets all your bottled emotions out
Write goals you want to achieve
Work on healing your self
Surround your self w/ positive ppl
Start doing meditation and yoga!
Get LOTS OF SLEEP at least 8hrs per night
Try to connect w/ your religion more
Create a summer playlist!
3. Self care
Pamper your self more
Skincare tips:
Use cold water to help your skin
Wash ur face 1-2 times a day w/ a good cleanser
Rubbing ice on your face
Moisture daily (day and night)
Find your skin type
Gently dry ur face after washing it
Shower tips:
User rice water for shiny an silky hair (not too often)
Cold showers
Use conditioner on tips
Shampoo on roots (bubble it up first)
Let hair naturally dry most of the time blow dry it rarely
Wash your pillows frequently
Smooth skin:
Use lotion Immediately after showering or bathing (surprisingly ppl don't do this ?!!)
Body butter after showering to keep skin extra hydrated
Wear silky types of clothing while sleeping
Shave (don't have to if you dont want to)
Use body scrubs once a week so you don't overly strip your skin of it's natural oils
Use body oils when your skin needs it or every other day
Few other tips:
Take warm baths when you need them especially on long mentally draining days to restore your energy
Don't shower with hot water bc it can really damage your skin
Brush your teeth with toothpaste then w/ water (makes them look whiter
Wash your hands regularly to keep them smooth and clean (moisture them after to keep them soft not hard!
Ware gloves while cleaning and washing dishes because the harsh chemicals can make your hands dry and rough!!
Diet:
Drink at least 6-8 cups of water per day
Include fruits and veggies in every meal (try to)
Eat healthy fats like; avacadoes, nuts, seeds, fatty fish. These types of foods contain omega-3 which gives your skin a healthy appearance
Whole grains like; quinoa, brown rice, oats, and whole wheat bread. They provide you fiber, vitamins, and minerals that are good for your skins health
Lean proteins like; fish, tofu, beans, and Greek yogurt they can give your hair and skin a healthy look to it
Physically glow up:
Invest into a good skincare routine
Try a new hairstyle this can change up your whole look
Get your nails done
Everything shower (exfoliate, shave, hair mask, ect)
Find new clothes
Get a SIGNATURE SCENT!
get a tan (optional)
Dye your hair (optional)
Use a gusha and face roller (it changes up your face shape sm)
Summer bucketlist ideas:
Have picnics w/ ur self or friends
See sunrises and sunsets
Paint or draw

Angel Work: Introduction and Hierarchy - The Thrones
Angels are powerful spiritual beings, that can accompany us and guide us through our spiritual life on Earth. We may find angels mainly on monotheist religions such as Christianity, Judaism and even Islam.
The Kabbalah was the first religious text where Angels are spoken of. There’s 72 angels regrouped in 9 families. Each of these families is headed by a specific Archangel.

I cut off my immediate family because I was tired of abuse . Sometimes it gets lonely, I’m struggling to build a new life for myself . How can I overcome feeling unworthy due to years of being mistreated by people In my life ?
Hey Sweetie, you should be very proud that you have been able to remove yourself from your immediate family due to the abuse. In removing there is always going to be space, space for what you want and desire to flow towards you. Space to clear out those old limiting beliefs. So often we can be removed from an abusive situation, and still re-create similar emotions in our new reality because clearing and healing has not taken place.
Deep healing is going to require some time and some efforts on your part. Investing in a wellness practise. Seeking a coach or mentor. Therapy. Finding an EFT therapist to work with in clearing your blockages. Journalling every single day. Start asking yourself questions. Get curious. Re-parent yourself, you know you best.
What is the the perfect routine that supports and nourishes you each week? What does your inner child need? What does caring for yourself look like? What are the words you wished to hear from your loved ones that you never heard? Tell yourself these words. Write yourself a letter every single day for one month each night and read it in the morning. Let you know how much you are loved, how proud you are. Speak life into yourself. What are you doing in your life currently that makes you feel unworthy? What actions. Start treating yourself as if you are worthy, as if you are enough. Remove the habits that make you feel less than. Key foundations:
find a guided meditation on youtube that resonates and listen every single day.
Prioritise sleep and eating properly (remove sugar/ high carb diet)
And last but not least. Start praying. Often. Praying each day connects you to a power source unlike any other. It allows you to recieve the blessings and support that are only possible when you start leaning on this immense power that is God.
