Todays my first metabolism day since I started 3 weeks ago. Started at 171lbs and now I’ve been stuck at 164lbs for about 4-5 days. Thinking I’ll eat at my BMR today, which is about 1,500 cals.

The beauty shines in the room at UGW.

At your UGW you're not just the girl in the group, you're the center of attention. You're the one that everyone is looking at.

At your UGW there will be no insecurities, there will be no doubt.

At your UGW you'll be feminine, fragile and powerful. For the first time in your life, you'll be beautiful and the stares won't be in disgust, they'll be in awe.

Imagine the way the clothes hug your body in the most flattering way, hugging your body- not suffocating you. The clothes you've always wanted to wear, the outfits you've always wanted- you can literally have it all.

Imagine all the girls that looked at you in pity, your family that threw you around, the boys that looked away at the sight of you. All of that is gone at UGW. All the nastiness the world has thrown at you, all the undeserved ugliness you've faced will disappear; because most of you have.

This will be the fist time in your life that when someone looked at you eating, they won't be disgusted. This will bet the first time your family asks you if you ate, rather than ask how much you ate. This will be the first time people will offer you food, force feed you.

This will be the first time boys open the door for you when you are entering a room, even if its more than an expected feet away from the door. Boys will ask your number at parties, talk about how you're so desirable, they will walk you to your dorm and walk you to class. This will be the first time you have them wrapped around your finger.

Everyone will be nicer to you. Professors, classmates, waitstaff, retail workers, doctors. There is no pain at your UGW. There is only bliss.

Let's get what we deserve, but first we have to earn it.
