Todays my first metabolism day since I started 3 weeks ago. Started at 171lbs and now I’ve been stuck at 164lbs for about 4-5 days. Thinking I’ll eat at my BMR today, which is about 1,500 cals.

No, I don't want to get disgustingly bony, I just wanna look the way I want to, and the way I do it is completely up to me, who's gonna tell me what to do with my own body? I am choosing quite healthy options, a lot healthier than my habits now, then am I even relapsing since I am doing it to feel better? I am only on ed tumblr because it's motivating, I could be on fitness blogs and it would be the same fucking thing, people are just more honest here.

I’ve been averaging 1,000 cals a day, so I should be losing about 1.5lbs per week. That’s not even considering exercise tho.
I’ve noticed about 4-5lbs of weight loss this last week but half of that must be things other than actual fat, such as water and maybe protein, since in early low energy consumption our bodies rely heavily on protein breakdown. Gotta get that protein!

My highest vs my lowest weight. I’m now comfortably 5-6 pounds heavier than my lowest, and focusing more on building muscle and losing fat than just losing fat. I want to be toned and strong and work on my endurance. Bodies change and so do goals!
For reference: 185~ vs 128~ lbs. I’m 5’8” and there is a 2 year difference between the pictures.
