Story Questions For Sean

As far as early ego appearances go, I still have some questions. Can they be answered now or can Sean please let us know that they’ll be answered in future storyline? In the very least, I hope if you see this, you keep these in mind for future story progression! :) Hope this helps if you don’t answer them here.

Did Chase actually shoot himself in Bro Average? Or was he joking because he’s depressed/grieving over the divorce?

Did he actually commit a drive-by shooting in Bro Average? Or was that also a joke? The realistic sound affects throws us off. And if it DID happen, how has he not been caught yet? (Maybe Henrik did some time stuff to fix it?? Or Jameson?)

Was Chase trying to make a career out of being a vlogger or was that a hobby? Does it play at all into why he and Stacy divorced?

Between Dark Silence and CHASE, it seems Anti is stalking Chase. So has he have any influence over any of what happened in Bro Average?

Are Henrik and Chase best friends? Henrik says so during Kill Jacksepticeye and also implies he saved Chase’s life- likely after his suicide attempt (if it was real) -but is any of that true? They have both also stated being very close with Jack. So are they three good friends that Bad Things are happening to? (Not uncommon that a good movie/show starts with an iconic trio of protagonists!)

Did ANY of Henrik’s power hour really happen? Between Kill Jacksepticeye and that recent clip of him doing time travel math, he’s clearly much more competent and refined. Is he a mad scientist? Was he acting for entertainment? Did he really kill a patient or did he just fail the surgery? Does he still have a wife and kid(s) that left him after he failed that surgery or does he not have a family? Is his doctor’s license fake or was that all a joke because the whole thing was an act?

His “degrees” in his power hour are MD, PhD, MVP, FFS. Pretty sure the last two are obvious jokes but does he actually have an MD and PhD? Is the PhD related to the time travel stuff we saw him doing?

Did ANY of Henrik’s Bio Inc appearances where he was purposely killing patients happen or is that not part of the story? If it is part, how has he also not been caught for murder like Chase? Or did he reverse it with time stuff? (Or again, did Jameson have something to do with it?)

If Henrik IS a mad scientist and not completely sane, what caused it? His wife and kid(s) leaving him? Anti? Something else?

It is HEAVILY implied Henrik saved Jack after Say Goodbye’s events. Did he?

Is Jack Anti’s main target? Does he originate in some way from Jack’s mind or body? Was Jack his first target and now Chase is his next one? Or does he just Exist and decided I’m Gonna Fuck With These Guys?

Will Anti’s range of power ever be specified or will it be assumed he has infinite power that’s unpredictable?

What does Overnight Watch have to do with the story? Or is that Anti strictly interacting with us and testing our “loyalties” to him? Is he the only one of the six egos who is aware we exist? Or are we a Y/N character? (Really excited how you go about our involvement in the story!)

Who the FUCK was in the chair that Henrik yelled at?? Dr. Jacksepticeye? Will that person be more relevant in the future or?? Jack is comatose, it cant be him, can it? Does he have any connection to Anti?

Is he the same person as the “You weren’t supposed to find that” guy in Barry Has A Secret’s end skit or is none of that relevant to story and just you being an ominous dork?

That being said, are ALL of the Mayhem 2018 skits part of the story or are the only ones relevant to ego things, aside from Henrik’s return, Stories Untold 3 (”Jack, this is Chase you need to wake up”), Stories Untold 4 (”I remember what he did to me”),  Try To Fall Asleep (Marvin/Jameson cameos and”Jack you need to flee”), TIE, Dark Silence, and Exiles (bleeding eyes).

Were all of those moments Chase? He DID say he was running the channel in Jack’s absence. Though Exiles was exploring an abandoned hospital, so was that some kind of coma dream sequence for Jack?

Who said “I remember what he did to me”? I’m guessing “he” refers to Anti. Was Jack or Chase saying it? Being that he woke up in bed and not a hospital, is it Chase?

I THINK that’s all the loose ends for now? Are these things being retconned and never happened? Are they meaningless? Did they really happen? It’s crucial these get answered in the story if not somewhere online or during a con Q&A, these questions could majorly change theories and how we string the story together so far. All of these questions are making what’s happened up until CHASE unclear. PLEASE Sean, keep these in mind or otherwise give us some answers somewhere!

Also I want to add that this isn’t criticism or any form of shitting on, these are just questions that theorists and people following the story really really need answered somewhere, somehow! Even if they’re answered after the entire story is finished (which we’d probably have more questions then), we desperately need clarification at some point!

This might not be the best explanation for gravitational lensing but I hope it gets the point across.

My head cannon. I think that both Sun, and Moon. Has a mental compacity of a 10-year-old. Or perhaps older than that. And why I think that's the appropriate comparison, for that age. Is because, at that age they are still into playing with toy's, and playing games.

And also, are old enough to take on responsibilities, and have more range of stuff they like to do. And are at that age to take more opportunities. And it could be with anything. Even up to the age of 13 years old. Even though, their bodies, and their age are fully grown.

But, with their nature connecting with their behaviors as such, including playing around. This would be fitting with this idea. And to give them independence.

listen. people have always debated which character is the most normal guy but what if it has in fact been crowley the whole time. no string pulling no master plan just a guy who wants to keep his school running and is cursed with problematic students and incidents

honestly I think the funniest possible reveal would be one of two options:

ONE: Crowley has no plot relevance whatsoever. he wears the mask to cover his receding hairline. his darkest secret is the bottle of "medicinal" whiskey under his desk. this man can barely plan a PTA function with six months' advance notice, he doesn't have the time or patience for any kind of overarching master plot involving mutating students or whatever. the only thing wrong with him is that he's been running this school for (mumblemumble) years and, quite frankly, if you'd been putting up with NRC students for a couple of centuries, you'd have totally checked out by this point too.

TWO: Crowley IS actually Raverne and HAS been slowly enacting a master gambit...to embezzle school funds. the overblots are still completely incidental. he has somehow less idea of what's going on than we do. we confront him about it and he's just like

So I know that for months, since the promo images started releasing, we all have been comparing Pedro Pascal as Marcus Acacius in Gladiator II to the sculpture The Dying Gaul (or The Dying Gladiator).

I think the first post I saw pointing this out was this one from @quicksilvermad, though I know there have been others.

The resemblance is uncanny. BUT. The header of the Gladiator II article from Entertainment Weekly that released today features Paul Mescal in this pose...

It. Is. Identical.

The platform, the sword, everything about Paul's pose - all of it is exactly the same as The Dying Gaul.

Is this more than just a really cool, really apt artistic reference on the part of the photoshoot directors? Is this telling us something about the outcome of the film? Do I need to be worried about Lucius making it out alive the same way I am worried about Acacius?

HEAD IN HANDS,,,, Just realized the profound realization that at Knight of Dawn and Meleanor's fight, I know they'll never talk it out... But I just realized that the story even expresses that fact visually....

throughout their fight and even until their death, they stayed at their "masked" form.

So, in Knight of Dawn's view, Meleanor was just a dragon and why the story makes it seem like he's just "insensitive" to the fact she's a living person too, because in that fight, he viewed her a monstrous dragon because Meleanor fought him as that. And, Dawn as a human, can't possibly interpret Meleanor's language as a dragon, much like how Humans are inept in fae language and why humans are still having a difficult time understanding faes and their morals.

The same thing with Meleanor, Knight of Dawn was in full armor in that time, so in Meleanor's point of view, Knight of Dawn was just "a piece of metals". (Like how Malleus viewed Ortho as just a "metallic technology"). Additionally, Knight of Dawn was a person who seem to want to say many things but never did(?), so Meleanor never heard him—

So their resistance, in giving up their role was expressed in the narrative decision that Meleanor fights as a dragon and Knight of Dawn will fight her in full armor and also he's a person who doesn't speak much especially in battles (much like a "metal").

Dawn was only "understood" somewhat when he crashed to Lilia, causing his head armor to fall off.... causing his "mask" to fall off
