Rest days. 
I used to dread rest days because I wasn’t burning calories and putting in work towards my goals. Once quarantine hit, the gyms closed and home workouts became quite difficult because I was not motivated. I ended up not weight training for 9 months before my gym opened back up. I genuinely thought I was gaining weight. I may have lost some muscle, but I weight exactly the same as I did before quarantine. I learned in that time that it is okay to skip workouts or take rest days. It is okay to go on a walk instead of lift weights. It is not the end of the world if you don’t feel like going to the gym today. Honestly the 9 months off of the gym taught me so much about myself and I am so grateful for it! Now I’m going to go enjoy my rest day 🤗 Sports bra is @underarmour
