what people don't understand is that now that i'm moving out and planning to live on my own i am about to be a fucking mENACE to society

never in my entire life have i ever lived somewhere where i made all the decisions

i'm sitting here CATALOGUING all the shit i own so i can maximize storage and aesthetic and get rid of the shit i truly do not want in my life while also making my life better by reorganizing and reorienting myself in a space that makes me feel safe and seen that is going to be pinterest-worthy — like i am here to make 2010 me feel LOVED!

all that cool shit i have stored in my closet with nowhere to go? it's going on my fucking coffeetable! all the taylor shit with nowhere to display? it's going in my living room! all the DVDs i can't really appreciate bc my roommate doesn't use them and her cat wants to eat them? get to live in the hall of fame at my new place! my plants are gonna have a cool spot in the living room, my cameras are getting their own special display spot, my kitchen supplies will no longer be abused. we are talking GOOD! FUCKING! VIBES!

thinking about an estranged childhood friends to lovers story with gojo……

you’re a rowdy kid. during one of your adventures, you end up at the gojo estate; sneaking your way into a vast, beautiful garden, pretty pink roses as far as the eye can see. little gojo is crouched down, watching tiny sprouts grow, and you’re too captivated to look away. bright snowy hair, striking blue eyes, all dolled up in a fancy yukata. he turns to meet your gaze — and all you give him is a sheepish laugh, before strolling over to introduce yourself. he doesn’t seem to mind the company, so you keep coming over to play with him. you bring cool rocks, pretty cicadas you caught, a dusty gameboy. he listens to you speak. he watches the way you move, wave your hands when you’re excited. he grows so, so fond of you.

one day, you stop coming by to see him — and he doesn’t need confirmation to know that one of the maids must have chased you off.

twenty years later, you meet him again, in a crowded little café. he calls out for you by name and you have no idea who you’re looking at. a tall, handsome, cheery man… wearing a blindfold? and shooting you a charming grin. you have no idea who he is, but he remembers you. he remembers you a lot more than he should. he chides you for forgetting your very best friend, but there’s nothing but humour in his voice. you watch as he speaks, as he moves, as he taps his feet under the table after insisting you order something — his treat. you still don’t remember him.

but you’re captivated, all the same.

Just an 11 year old pissed off at the world it seems😭

#insane he ended up being so happy go lucky in canon #like in the art book they talk about the character shift dewey had once ben auditioned #and he made them realize they could take a more comedic approach with him #but initially dewey’s character seemed very negative and irritable #they had the label ‘the bad boy’ of the 3 on him for a bit too #bc of the massive chip on his shoulder and how unsatisfied he was at the time #and tbh you can see bits of that in the pilot #dewey’s character and overall demeanor is very different in the first two eps of s1 #i LOVE my boy as the bright impulsive ball of sunshine and danger that he is #but this original pitch of him intrigues me a lot #like i can talk about pitch!dewey for hours bc #kinda feels like wasted potential idk LMAO #bc he didn’t entirely disappear at least in s1 so #just a lot of dewey thoughts #bc that’s my boy🫶#ducktales #ducktales 2017 #dewey duck

I didn't really think about this before, but in the iconic proposal scene, twilight thinks "until my mission do us part" and yor thinks "until my killing do us part". twilights bit made sense to me bc he planned to eventually end the family, but for Yor I was kinda like "oh endo must have just needed a parallel and yor doesn't have a specific end in mind so he must've just went with 'until my killing do us part' even if it doesn't make as much sense".

but i realized that maybe by "my killing" Yor didn't necessarily mean her job killing people, but rather HERSELF being killed? like was her life prior to the forgers just doing jobs until an inevitable end? cruise arc showed us that she found her new reason (family) to keep going with garden, but before that, was she just like. waiting for the one job that'd end up killing her?

idk maybe this was really obvious but I didn't realize LOL
