Creamy Vegetable Soup
Mixing in the milk/flour just at the end of cooking adds a warming feeling to this healthy family meal.  While the vegetable soup mix - split peas (green, yellow), barley, lentils, vegetable pasta shapes, and red lentils - is starting to simmer, I prep the vegetables.  By the time the vegetables are chopped, it’s time to pour those into the soup pot.  See what you think...
1 c. Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix
4 c. Vegetable Broth
1/2 c. radishes, chopped
1 c. parsnip, sliced
1 c. turnip, chopped
1 c. rutabaga, grated coarse
2 leeks, sliced ribbon thin
1 t.+ salt to taste
1/2 t. pepper
1 c. half and half
3 T. whole wheat flour In a large soup pot, add soup mix and vegetable broth.   Cover, bring to a boil then turn down to simmer for 30 min.  Add radishes, parsnip, turnip, rutabaga, leeks, salt, and pepper.  Simmer for 30 min. more until grains are tender.  In a 2 c. measuring cup, slowly add and stir in hot broth to milk then whisk in flour - no lumps please.  Add milk mixture to soup pot slowly stirring in with all vegetables to the bottom. Keep stirring until soup is thickened - then serve and enjoy.

Pear & Pomegranate Quinoa Breakfast Bowl by Jessica Levinson MS, RDN, CDN Warm up on a cold morning with this delicious breakfast bowl, lightly sweetened with SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener!
Serves 2 Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 15 min
Ingredients:
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa, pre-washed or rinsed and drained 1 cup nonfat milk (or non-dairy, unsweetened milk of choice) 1-2 packets of SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener, to taste 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more to taste 1 small pear, sliced or chopped 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds Chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
1. In a small pot, combine quinoa and milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, loosely cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
2. Uncover pot and fluff quinoa with a fork. Stir in SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener and cinnamon, to taste.
3. Divide quinoa between two bowls and top with equal amounts of pears and pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired, and serve.

#ad I made Curemaster Reserve Premium bone-in Spiral-cut Double Smoked ham with the Apple Cider Bourbon glaze. The ham was Delicious! The sweet apple bourbon taste is so good. The whole family enjoyed it. The smokey taste was savory and it was so mouthwatering. I really loved the crunchy brown sugar glaze. I couldn't stop dipping the ham in the sweet glaze. Curemaster was a hit and so delish.
Curemaster Reserve hams has three ham varieties to choose from: Vermont Maple, Double Smoked, and Campfire Sugar Rubbed. Each small batch CureMaster Reserve ham is selected and picked by a Curemaster for it’s size and tenderness.  The ham is slow cooked and smoked in the process. 
The hams are paired with three CUREMASTER RESERVE‘s signature glazes. The glazes are Pineapple Ginger, Crunchy Brown Sugar, Honey Dijon, Apple Cider Bourbon, Cranberry Chipotle, and Brown Sugar Sriracha. The glazes come in a glass container. I like the design of the glass container. The glazes can be use for dipping and glazing the ham. I like to glaze the whole ham. l will also serve the glazes on the side for dipping.
Shipping: The delivery is exceptional. The ham was packed in a form cooler with ice packs. The glaze and ham were packed tight and sealed. The package was iced cooled when I received it.
With the left overs, we made a omelette with the ham and peppers. It was scrumptious.
I'm serving Curemaster Rerserve ham to my love ones this fall for the holidays. It's easy to make. I just heat and serve it.
Curemaster Reserve hams will be great to serve to your  guests for sports parties and the fall holidays coming up. I make the Vermont Maple ham and I glazed it with the Honey Dijon glaze. Everyone enjoyed the Curemaster Reserve ham. My husband really like the pineapple ginger and cranberry chipotle glazes. The ham is so juicy and flavorful.
I would definitely make these hams again. I highly recommend the CUREMASTER RESERVE Ham. Curemaster Reserve ham is full flavored and great quality.
