Shidou and Isagi being best friends while they're both dating their respective Itoshis would make for a KILLER and hilarious double date/meet the parents.

Double date would have Rin killing Shidou with his glare while Shidou continues to rile him up to the exasperation (Isagi) and fondness (Sae) of the onlookers. When Rin and Shidou start arguing and fighting, Isagi and Sae are just at the corner watching it all happen.

Even funnier if somehow Shidou and Isagi know far too much about the other Itoshi sibling because Rin and Sae enjoy talking about each other to their boyfriends so Shidou and Isagi's text messages to one another are just them exchanging tips and fun facts cause they're each other's best wingman

Even before they start dating the Itoshis, Shidou and Isagi are just. Wingmanning each other. Shidou picking fights with Rin so when he storms off, he gives Isagi a thumbs up which he reciprocates because now he has a chance to talk to Rin alone in the locker room before everyone else starts crowding it. Isagi giving Shidou little tidbits of information about Sae from when Rin would sometimes reference him so Shidou knows what to do and give to Sae to woo him.

When they do decide to confess they hype each other up and when they start dating Shidou and Isagi share a secret high five cause they managed to bag the best baddies around. The Itoshies are blissfully unaware up until their first double date and somehow Isagi and Shidou are FAR TOO coordinated with the date plans and everything.

Then Bachira spills the beans to Rin (BC BachiRin friendship is PEAK) and Rin shakes Isagi like WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE FRIENDS WITH THAT BROTHER STEALING INSECT and Isagi let's himself be shaken and he just goes "we had a shared interest" "what interest" "... We both liked an Itoshi" which leads to the biggest crash out ever cause on one hand he doesn't know to be thankful that Shidou got him and Isagi together and on the other THAT MEANT ISAGI GOT SHIDOU AND S A E TOGETHER

Sae is just a little bit impressed that somehow those two managed to get things rolling and he isn't all that bothered about it.

GROWING OUT + STYLING YOUR LASHES

Minimise the use of mascara + if you do use it anyway, ensure that most of the residue is washed off with micellar water before you go to sleep

Avoid lash adhesives, falsies, eyelash curlers etc for the time being.

Using a clean spoolie, brush through your lashes everyday, this helps stimulate them which promotes growth.

Apply oil to your lashes daily- coconut, castor, olive etc etc. use a cotton swab for a clean application.

Consider taking biotin, collagen, or vitamin E as supplements for lash growth (consult with your doctor first!)

Avoid touching/rubbing your eyes, as this can pull out some of your lashes.

Use tweezers carefully to style your lashes each morning

To naturally curl your lashes, I just use a small spoolie and warm Vaseline, and leave it for around 1-2 minutes.

Apply some Vaseline there and there because it helps with locking in moisture but don’t apply anything to the roots as it will block the hair follicles for growth

GROWING OUT + STYLING YOUR EYEBROWS

Same things here- wash your face and ensure no make up residue is in your eyebrows + apply oils daily.

Avoid plucking your eyebrows for 12~ weeks. This gives them time to properly grow and actually highlight stray hairs.

Try to wear sunglasses that cover your eyebrows, as excessive UV exposure to your eyebrows can harm the proteins there, which cause them to be brittle and thinner.

Once again apply small amounts of Vaseline but the former still applies.

Exfoliate your eyebrows around 3x a week as it stimulates the follicles which promotes growth

Use eyebrow gel for them to stay put throughout the day, but a good quality one as some can leave white residue.

Fill them in if they’re sparse, but still be diligent. Overfilled eyebrows<<<

Know if an arch, soft arch, or straight eyebrows suit you the best, dear peachie has a good video on this.

Got possessed again

Some of them are mixed of two types of ponies. Earth pony hooves are larger, fluffier, and more strongly colored magic hooves etc

Shadow has umbrum inspirations

Green: Full pegasus- full flight power, speed, and ability to create gusts, can walk on clouds, weighs less, fly at high speeds through storms, able to handle high altitudes and pressure changes

Red: Half unicorn, half earth- able to do basic spells (light spell etc), requires rods for high power spells, additional earth pony strength can lift 2x his weight

Blue: Full Earth- full earth pony strength and resistance to injury+ toxic plants, more resistant to the cold and harsh conditions, can lift up to 5x his weight

Vio: Full Unicorn, able to raise a crystal shield as a adrenaline induced reaction, still struggles with controlling his magic (or doing basic spells/levitation) until he meets shadow.

Shadow: Appears to be half Pegasus, half earth (Like Link was)- can shape shift and float even without flight, able to manipulate the darkness, clone himself, become intangible, and travel through the darkness.

An Ode to Ina

I actually don't know if I think Ina is a good actress. I watched From the Terrace about 20 years ago when I went through my Paul Newman phase and she was kinda of forgettable, but then, the whole movie was, imho. I definitely feel she got a bum deal landing parts with great costars in films that have fallen to the wayside of our popular culture bin. Remember The Comancheros? Yeah, like From the Terrace, neither do I.

But lately I have been going through a Charro! phase as one does and I find myself memorized by her. She has one of those faces with features that seem oddly large and more pronounced than is normal, which makes her look weird and yet alluring at the same time. She strikes me as a women with similar facial features to Sophia Loren, an actress who she actually starred with in The Black Orchid, another film with amazing costars that yeah, no one ever talks about.....

Anyway, life has been a trainwreck rollercoaster for me the last month but thank god it is the weekend and I finally feel like I can breath. And as I stare at Ina's publicity shots with Elvis and imagine I am her, there, with his scruffy beard rubbing against my chin, and then find myself falling into Google holes searching for an easy history lesson on who she was and what was in her soul, I thought I would share a few of my favorite photos. I don't know enough about her to say this is a comprehensive tribute or even a fair ode to her. Rather this is the beginning of a tribute to her that I thought I should add to the swirling either of tumblr.
